Sali Berisha, i cili me sa duket nuk l\u00eb rast pa qen\u00eb fitues n\u00eb skandale politike, n\u00eb raport me opozit\u00ebn, i besoi m\u00eb shum\u00eb frik\u00ebs nga nj\u00eb tronditje e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb figure laramane propozuar nga opozita, se sa d\u00ebmi politik q\u00eb mund t\u2019i shkaktonte opozit\u00ebs, nga miratimi i Vish\u00ebs. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb votimit, opozita nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet n\u00eb KLD nga Adrian Visha dhe kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fitore e vog\u00ebl per ta, dhe Sali Berisha u detyrua t\u00eb thyente karshi publikut gjith\u00eb rregullat e votimit parlamentar t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, duke tentuar t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjoj\u00eb deputet\u00ebt, deri tek dhoma e fsheht\u00eb. Bilanci i betej\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pabesueshm\u00ebrisht\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij.<\/p>\n<p>Goditja e par\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb mori shumica e Berish\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb votimin e sot\u00ebm Berisha tentoi dhe ja arriti t\u00eb vendos\u00eb nj\u00eb standard antikushtetues p\u00ebr votimin e presidentit. Votimi p\u00ebr presidentin dhe votimi p\u00ebr KLD-n\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn form\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes votimit manual n\u00eb kuti. Vendosm\u00ebria e Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u2019u firmosej fleta e votimit, kur ai ta merrte at\u00eb para Komisionit, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prodhon pasiguri t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr fsheht\u00ebsin\u00eb e votimit, pasi deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb dyshuar, u vihet nj\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrim identifikues dhe k\u00ebshtu vota e tyre dekonspirohet.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha e mbrojti deri n\u00eb fund k\u00ebt\u00eb metod\u00eb votimi, jo aq se i duhej Cefa n\u00eb KLD, por se donte t\u2019u thoshte aleat\u00ebve t\u00eb l\u00ebkundur t\u00eb tij, se kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb votimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr presidentin. Me degradimin e k\u00ebtij standardi, Berisha ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ta, se askush nuk do t\u00eb guxoj\u00eb ta godas\u00eb pas shpine disa muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Goditja e dyt\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs ishte dhe politike. Para votimit ai ka pasur takime me Fatmir Mediun dhe LSI-n\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i bindur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb votim t\u00eb unifikuar. Sipas gjith\u00eb gjasave, Mediu ja ka pranuar marr\u00ebveshjen kund\u00ebr avokatit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb mbyllur, pasi Berisha sapo i ka hapur nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb re me Kajollin n\u00eb Fier. Nd\u00ebrsa Ilir Meta duket se i ka q\u00ebndruar presionit dhe ka mbajtur t\u00eb hapur pazarin me t\u00eb. Fakti q\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrpos k\u00ebsaj Berisha arriti t\u00eb marr\u00eb 71 vota, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e mbijetes\u00ebs politike. Politikisht Republikanet dhe Camet u faktorizuan duke i treguar Berishes se nuk ka nevoj per Ilir Meten nese Islami dhe Nasip Naco mbahen afer me qeverine. Kjo vetem sa ja heq makthin per momentin Berishes, por ja shton per te ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>Por, mbi t\u00eb gjitha kjo p\u00ebrplasje n\u00eb Kuvend e opozit\u00ebs me Berish\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ato rastet e arta q\u00eb duhet p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar frym\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit opozitar brenda dhe jasht\u00eb parlamentit. Edhe pse Berisha ja doli t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb KLD Cef\u00ebn, si\u00e7 \u00e7oi edhe Lulzim Bash\u00ebn n\u00eb Bashki, ai u detyrua t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbej\u00eb mandatin dhe jo ta fitoj\u00eb at\u00eb. Ky zhvillim duhet p\u00ebrdorur nga opozita p\u00ebr t\u00eb mobilizuar nj\u00eb koalicion t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7do partie opozitare, \u00e7do faktori politik t\u00eb l\u00ebkundur, \u00e7do qytetari t\u00eb angazhuar kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb pa parti, \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb nuk e pranon logjik\u00ebn e rr\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb pushtetit me forc\u00eb, t\u00eb bashkohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb front t\u00eb gjer\u00eb kund\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb se n\u00ebse gara me Sali Berish\u00ebn do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e ngusht\u00eb p\u00ebr disa vota, p\u00ebr disa mandate, ai do t\u2019i rr\u00ebmbej\u00eb, si\u00e7 i rr\u00ebmbeu dhjet\u00eb votat n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb apo mandatin e Cef\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<p>Fotografia e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvendin e s\u00eb enjtes, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashkuar opozit\u00ebn dhe frym\u00ebn opozitare n\u00eb vend, kund\u00ebr tij. Ai vrau p\u00ebrfundimisht \u00e7do iluzion se do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb nj\u00eb votim p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur se e humbet. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, ai nuk do t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb mbahen zgjedhje q\u00eb mendon se e nxjerrin t\u00eb humbur. Arben Ristani, m\u00eb dukej dje m\u00eb zotni burr\u00eb se Jozefina Topalli dhe Sali Berisha q\u00eb \u00e7irreshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar standardet e nj\u00eb votimi realisht t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb isha seriozisht i shqet\u00ebsuar se opozita po humbiste besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe kredon morale n\u00eb ballafaqimin me Berish\u00ebn, duke propozuar nj\u00eb kandidat, politikisht problematik, por Berisha duket se ka nj\u00eb hall m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se morali i opozit\u00ebs.
