\u00c7ka mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e bukur dhe m\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb n\u00eb Bukuresht, se sa fakti se emri i Kosov\u00ebs shkon duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb simbol. Kudo ku e kemi dhuruar flamurin e Kosov\u00ebs, pa marr\u00eb parasysh mosnjohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e mosnjohjes s\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe papjekuris\u00eb politike t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike rumune dhe asaj shqiptare, bukureshtar\u00ebt e mbajn\u00eb flamurin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr sallone, shitore, madje dhe n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Jo p\u00ebr dymilion\u00eb banor\u00ebt e metropol\u00ebs e kemi fjal\u00ebn, por p\u00ebr dhjetra vet\u00eb, nd\u00ebr ta shkrimtar\u00eb, diplomat\u00eb, p\u00ebrkthyes dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, q\u00eb flasin me admirim p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe kombin shqiptar. \u201cUn\u00eb e njoh dhe e kam njohur pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, por mos harro se presidenti Basescu nuk i ka fajet pse s\u2019e njeh, ngase fajet mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar i tij q\u00eb mund t\u2019i kishte p\u00ebshp\u00ebritur n\u00eb vesh mos ta njoh\u00eb\u201d, na thot nj\u00eb funksionar i Qeveris\u00eb, i cili nuk don t\u2019i dal\u00eb emri n\u00eb gazet\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cTraian Basescu m\u00ebnajn\u00eb nuk e njeh Kosov\u00ebn nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr e shp\u00ebtoi Kosov\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb gjakderdhje e re, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Nikoliqit ultranacionalist, t\u00eb b\u00ebhet Tadiqi president i Serbis\u00eb.\u201d K\u00ebshtu na thot nj\u00eb njoh\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr i rrethanave politike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, duke shtuar se \u201cxhandarmeria rumune e st\u00ebrvit policin\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e vendit.\u201d \u00c7\u2019b\u00ebn Kosova p\u00ebr lobimin e saj n\u00eb bot\u00eb, sidomos n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend gjurmash t\u00eb mo\u00e7me shqiptare, ngase \u201crumun\u00ebt dhe shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebr gjaku\u201d theksonte C. Predescu, prof. Univ. Dhe drejtor i revist\u00ebs Glasul Albaniei (Z\u00ebri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb), m\u00eb 1910, duke shtuar se fjala \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr lidhje farefisnore, p\u00ebr \u201cdeg\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit trung\u201d, p\u00ebr \u201cnj\u00eb simpati permanente dhe kontinuitive\u201d, si dhe p\u00ebr \u201cafrimin e tyre n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb dhe zakone, si\u00e7 ka deklaruar shpeshher\u00eb filologu erudit Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu, se \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb Prind\u00ebrit e Rumun\u00ebve\u201d (Albanezii sunt P\u0103rin\u0163ii Rom\u00e2nilor).<\/p>\n

Tekefundit, n\u00eb Rumani askush nuk e urren popullin shqiptar, por p\u00ebrkundrazi e admiron. E admiron Sk\u00ebnderbeun q\u00eb luftonte me 10 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kund\u00ebr 40 mij\u00eb halldup\u00ebve t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, dhe e admiron Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ngase n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs komuniste rumun\u00ebt e preferonin tejmase konjakun shqiptar (\u201cSk\u00ebnderbeu\u201d) dhe cigaret shqiptare \u201cArb\u00ebria\u201d dhe Durr\u00ebs special, madje edhe ansamblet folklorike q\u00eb i d\u00ebrgonte Tirana n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, nd\u00ebrsa sot, \u00e7ka b\u00ebn Qeveria shqiptare sot? Merre me mend, funksionar\u00ebt e Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Jashtme nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje nj\u00eb pasaport\u00eb shqiptare t\u2019ia japin Fatime Aliut nga Sllatina e Oltenis\u00eb, e cila i pat th\u00ebn\u00eb ishpresidentit Mojsiu se \u201cne jemi deklaruar gjithmon\u00eb si shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb regjistrim, q\u00eb nga koha e Ismail Qemalit, ne kemi patur pasaporta shqiptare n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Enverit, ne kemi luftuar si Sk\u00ebnderbeu p\u00ebr ta mbajtur gjall\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb familje, kurse Tirana \u201cdemokratike\u201d sot na ka qitur n\u00eb harres\u00eb!\u201d <\/p>\n

Kur do ta d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb Tirana n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nj\u00eb ambasador t\u00eb ri shqiptar me titull akademik (Luan Top\u00e7iu, Elida Petoshati apo Marko Bello), q\u00eb pun\u00ebt t\u00eb marrin nga e mbara! E p\u00ebrmendim mbar\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, ngase jan\u00eb njoh\u00ebs t\u00eb t\u00eb dy gjuh\u00ebve dhe mund t\u00eb japin kontribut t\u00eb pashoq p\u00ebr rikthimin e dinjitetit t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, madje, pse jo, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb lobuar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn pa i anashkaluar t\u00eb drejtat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb, si\u00e7 lobon Rumania p\u00ebr Basarabin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Si q\u00ebndron puna n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs?<\/strong>
\nLidhjet farefisnore reflektohen edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb magjike t\u00eb afirmimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb. Revistat rumune botojn\u00eb vazhdimisht shkrime p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr vlerat letrare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe diaspor\u00ebs shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb faqet e revist\u00ebs Cronica (nr.3\/2010) q\u00eb del n\u00eb Jash t\u00eb Moldov\u00ebs, Marius Chelaru (shq. Qelaru), boton re\u00e7ensionin \u201cDhe p\u00ebr \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e vrar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb braktisurve\u201d kushtuar poezis\u00eb s\u00eb Kostaq Duk\u00ebs dhe v\u00ebllimit t\u00eb tij \u201cTr\u00ebndafili q\u00eb \u00e7elte n\u00eb janar\u201d, botim i Bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb Kulturore t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Rumanis\u00eb. I nj\u00ebjti kritik letrar, boton n\u00eb faqet e s\u00eb p\u00ebrjavshmes bukureshtare Natiunea (Kombi, nr. 556\/2010), nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim eseistik (\u201cShtegtar me turm\u00ebn e brengave\u201d), duke deshifruar vlerat lirike t\u00eb Remzi Limanit nga Kosova, t\u00eb rik\u00ebnduara n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn rumune nga autori i k\u00ebtij shkrimi, e t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb librin \u201cSunete pierdute\/Tinguj t\u00eb humbur\u201d. <\/p>\n

N\u00eb faqet e k\u00ebsaj reviste ka dal\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit edhe nj\u00eb shkrim i Dr. Xhelku Maksutit mbi romanin \u201cSinistra Doamna\/Zonja e zez\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb Fahri Balliut. Revista Impact (q\u00eb del n\u00eb T\u00ebrgovishte), n\u00eb numrin e saj t\u00eb fundit (369\/2010), n\u00ebn autor\u00ebsin\u00eb e kritikut Victor Sterom, prezanton librin e Victoria Milescut \u201cBucuriile triste\/G\u00ebzimet e trishtme\u201d, q\u00eb e pa drit\u00ebn e botimit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe at\u00eb rumune (Kluzh-Napoka, 2009), si dhe v\u00ebllimin poetik t\u00eb Sabile Ke\u00e7mezi bash\u00ebs nga Kosova \u201cAnatomia iubirii\/Anatomia e dashuris\u00eb\u201d (Plojesht, 2009), duke i konsideruar vargjet e saj si \u201cnj\u00eb bot\u00eb magjike me nj\u00eb besim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb forc\u00ebn e intelektit, vargje q\u00eb kultivojn\u00eb konkretizimin e vizueles m\u00ebnjan\u00eb, dhe poezin\u00eb e ideve dhe njohjes n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.
