Ndoshta politikan\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb e Maqedoni mendojn\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lajm q\u00eb restoranti i nj\u00eb shqiptari \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur m\u00eb i miri n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2010. Ndoshta as q\u00eb e kan\u00eb regjistruar si lajm, sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb me obligimet e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb kalimi i orarit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr restorante. Sidoqoft\u00eb \u2013 lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarit e kan\u00eb kuptuar, lexuesit kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar se restoranti \u201dNoma\u201c n\u00eb Kopenhag\u00eb t\u00eb Danimark\u00ebs, pron\u00eb e Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit, nj\u00eb shqiptar me origjin\u00eb nga Tetova, ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e par\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e 50 restoranteve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhje e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb revista britanike \u201cRestaurant Magazine\u201c; p\u00ebrzgjedhja njihet edhe si \u201cThe S. Pellegrino World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants\u201d.
\nGjat\u00eb tri dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha gazetat n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb kan\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje. Shumica e tyre nuk harruan t\u00eb theksojn\u00eb se Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptar, se i ati i tij kishte ardhur nga Tetova n\u00eb Danimark\u00eb, ku ishte martuar me nj\u00eb daneze.<\/p>\n

Triumfi i Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit \u00ebsht\u00eb mbase lajmi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr imazhin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb nga shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb shqiptar tani p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb kontekst pozitiv n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt e globit. Kjo ndodh rrall\u00eb, sepse vendet e prejardhjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, Shqip\u00ebria, Kosova dhe viset e tjera t\u00eb banuara me shqiptar\u00eb nuk prodhojn\u00eb pothuaj kurr\u00eb lajme pozitive, n\u00ebse si lajm pozitiv nuk e shohim pasurimin e politikan\u00ebve nga resurset shtet\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n

E udh\u00ebs do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb politikan\u00ebt n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb e Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb Shkup dhe Tetov\u00eb ta p\u00ebrg\u00ebzonin dhe ta dekoronin me medaljet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta Ren\u00e9 Rexhepin p\u00ebr fitoren e tij madh\u00ebshtore n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr. Sepse as spoti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb CNN p\u00ebr turizmin n\u00eb detin Jon dhe n\u00eb Adriatik, as spotet e agjencis\u00eb \u201cSaatchi & Saatchi\u201c p\u00ebr evropian\u00ebt e rinj t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb imazhin e shqiptar\u00ebve m\u00eb shum\u00eb se lajmi se nj\u00eb restorant, pron\u00eb e nj\u00eb shqiptari, shpallet m\u00eb i miri n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shqiptar q\u00eb e rr\u00ebzon p\u00ebrtok\u00eb mentalitetin racist t\u00eb antievropian\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vajtojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr \u201dEvrop\u00ebs kurv\u00eb\u201c, e cila s\u2019po i heq vizat. Kur e mori \u00e7mimin n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi kishte veshur nj\u00eb fanell\u00eb me fotografin\u00eb e Aliut, nj\u00eb pjatalar\u00ebsi nga Gambia, nj\u00eb shtet n\u00eb Afrik\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore. \u201cAliu \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr funksionimin e restorantit sa un\u00eb, por atij nuk ia dhan\u00eb viz\u00ebn\u201c, tha Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi. N\u00eb \u00e7astin e triumfit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb deritanishme shqiptari evropian, Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi, protestoi pse pun\u00ebtorit t\u00eb tij, pra Aliut nga Gambia, nuk ia dhan\u00eb viz\u00ebn q\u00eb edhe ai t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb g\u00ebzimin bashk\u00eb me pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb restorantit \u201cNoma\u201c.<\/p>\n

Me t\u00ebrfurk drejt Evrop\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00ebse politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan nuk e p\u00ebrg\u00ebzojn\u00eb dhe nuk e nderojn\u00eb Ren\u00e9 Rexhepin, at\u00ebher\u00eb ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Qeveria e Maqedonis\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka vepruar edhe n\u00eb rastin e N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs. Arsyeja pse politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan e injorojn\u00eb triumfin e Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb shqiptare nga Saranda n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb heronj dhe modele orientuese sociale jan\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt me alltia, politikan\u00ebt e korruptuar dhe mafioz\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Ky mentalitet i oping\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb shikoj\u00eb p\u00ebrtej gardhit t\u00eb kalbur t\u00eb torisht\u00ebs. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebtij mentaliteti din\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebshtyjn\u00eb, t\u00eb shpifin dhe t\u00eb ankohen pse Evropa oksidentale nuk po i pranon si t\u00eb till\u00eb, me opinga, me t\u00ebrfurk dhe me thik\u00eb n\u00eb brez. E pse po e pranon Ren\u00e9 Rexhepin? Pse i ka pranuar qindra t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme publike n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb? P\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb: sepse k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz t\u00eb rritur dhe t\u00eb socializuar n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb, demokracin\u00eb dhe toleranc\u00ebn e kan\u00eb mish\u00ebruar n\u00eb veprat e tyre.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb kthehemi te Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi, heroi m\u00eb i ri i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e civilizuar. Restoranti i tij \u201dNoma\u201c ka triumfuar para restorantit spanjoll \u201cEl Bulli\u201c, i cili kishte z\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e par\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vitet e fundit.<\/p>\n

Rexhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ri, vet\u00ebm 32-vje\u00e7ar. Zanatin e kuzhinierit e ka m\u00ebsuar te mjeshtrit e njohur Ferran Adria nga Katalonia e Spanj\u00ebs, tek amerikani Thomas Keller dhe te francezi Jacques Pourcel. N\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 26-vje\u00e7are Rexhepi hapi restorantin \u201cNoma\u201d n\u00eb Kopenhag\u00eb. \u201cNoma\u201d dometh\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cnordisk mad\u201d, ushqim nordik, verior. Tani njer\u00ebzit vijn\u00eb me avion privat n\u00eb Kopenhag\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb drek\u00eb apo dark\u00eb n\u00eb lokalin e Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit, i cili nga gazetat quhet \u201chero i barishteve\u201d, sepse kreacionet e tij kulinarike p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen prej barishteve deri tani jo aq t\u00eb njohura n\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb. K\u00ebto barishte shefi i kuzhin\u00ebs shpesh i mbledh vet\u00eb, n\u00eb Danimark\u00eb dhe gjetiu, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga fillimi i karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tij Rexhepi u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb etabloj\u00eb nj\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb nordike si kund\u00ebrpol ndaj kuzhin\u00ebs mesdhetare, e cila dominon n\u00eb shum\u00eb restorante t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Gazetat gjermane e quajn\u00eb Ren\u00e9 Rexhepin nj\u00eb \u201cWunderkind\u201d (\u2018f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm\u2019) t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs. N\u00eb muzik\u00ebn klasike si \u201cWunderkind\u201d konsiderohet Moxarti. N\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Kallamar me akullore<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pak para Samitit mbi klim\u00ebn, i cili u mbajt vitin e kaluar n\u00eb Kopenhag\u00eb, Ren\u00e9 Rexhepi i ftoi n\u00eb kryeqytetin danez koleg\u00ebt e tij m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kaloi dy dit\u00eb duke k\u00ebrkuar barishte t\u00eb panjohura n\u00eb male dhe n\u00eb plazh, gjithnj\u00eb duke diskutuar mbi kuzhin\u00ebn dhe kontributin q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jap\u00eb ajo p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e klim\u00ebs.
\nJa si duket nj\u00eb drek\u00eb apo dark\u00eb n\u00eb restorantin \u201cNoma\u201d n\u00eb Kopenhag\u00eb: 1) kallamar i gjall\u00eb me akullore t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nga dredh\u00ebzat e papjekura, kop\u00ebr, gjiz\u00eb e fresk\u00ebt, t\u00eblyen dhish me krip\u00eb, th\u00ebrrmija buke t\u00eb zez\u00eb; 2) gaforre nga Norvegjia, midhje, senf deti, portulak (lloj perimesh), p\u00ebrdoret si m\u00eblmes\u00eb; 3) tatar i m\u00ebzatit bizam (njihet edhe si m\u00ebzat-dele), rritet kryesisht n\u00eb Alask\u00eb, Siberi, Kanada, Norvegji dhe Suedi; 4) langustina daneze (lloj gaforresh) me alga deti; 5) spinaq i avulluar, \u00e7aj, djath\u00eb, selino; 6) qep\u00eb, l\u00ebng mishi; 7) gaforre, presh, th\u00ebrrmija buke; 8) perime turshi me palc\u00eb eshtrash, barishte dhe l\u00ebng mishi; 9) gjoks rose me gjuh\u00eb dhe zem\u00ebr, barishte, dardh\u00eb dhe presh; 10) kastravec, verbena (lloj bari); 11) pluhur arrash, akullore arrash, kajmak, mjedra t\u00eb terura; 12) boronica, akullore boronice, akullore pishash, gonxhe temjani, buk\u00eb e rreshkur.<\/p>\n

Natyrisht q\u00eb meny si kjo apo t\u00eb ngjashme kan\u00eb \u00e7mimin e tyre, i cili arrin deri n\u00eb 135 euro. Por, t\u00eb ushqehesh n\u00eb restorantin e Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb zori, por qejfi. Si\u00e7 dihet njeriu p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb pal\u00eb qejfe i kalon edhe shtat\u00eb kodra. T\u00eb hidh\u00ebruar pas triumfit t\u00eb Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit jan\u00eb sidomos spanjoll\u00ebt. Restoranti i tyre \u201cEl Bulli\u201d, i cili gjendet n\u00eb qytez\u00ebn bregdetare Rosas n\u00eb Costa Brava, me vite ka qen\u00eb Olimpi, Nirvana dhe Parajsa e kuzhin\u00ebs. Tani juria e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej 800 kuzhinier\u00ebve, gazetar\u00ebve dhe ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs e zhvendosi nga froni lokalin \u201cEl Bulli\u201d dhe e zgjodhi restorantin \u201cNoma\u201d n\u00eb krye t\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb 50 restoranteve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n
