Kur n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuam me pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb disa interesave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi nj\u00eb shansi historik q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb kryente zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme, e b\u00ebm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duke realizuar detyr\u00ebn ton\u00eb q\u00eb ishte hartonim nj\u00eb ligj sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Rama. <\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb protest\u00eb pa kufij kohor\u00eb, nj\u00eb organizim i gjithansh\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn t\u00eb ndezur n\u00ebn thirrjet e pandalshme t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhur nga i gjith\u00eb vendi. \u201c100000 njer\u00ebz nuk do t\u00eb rrin\u00eb aty dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb, gjithsekush \u00ebsht\u00eb i lutur t\u00eb rrij\u00eb, por aty do t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb do t\u00eb rrin\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Rama, duke zbuluar nj\u00eb moment teknik t\u00eb protest\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme. Sa i takon zgjedhjes s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese dhe asaj t\u00eb Lart\u00eb, Rama tha se shpreson q\u00eb Presidenti t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhet pal\u00eb me asnj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e emrave. PS-ja, vijoi ai, garanton pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, n\u00ebse ai nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb fars\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb interes ngjall prononcimi i tij p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb element propagandistik akuzues ndaj l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. \u201cVizat do t\u00eb hiqen n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dhjetorit. Shpresa ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtohej sadopak procesi, por edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveria nuk e b\u00ebri dot. Prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb thuhet se protesta jon\u00eb ndikon n\u00eb liberalizimin e vizave, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb europiane\u201d, deklaroi Edi Rama n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe neutralizuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tymnaj\u00ebn e ngritur nga qeveria n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim. <\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrtej retorik\u00ebs politike dhe taktik\u00ebs propagandistike, kryetari i Partis\u00eb Socialiste ka formuluar nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb, q\u00eb sintetizon n\u00eb vetvete t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tipologjin\u00eb e sjelljes s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb aktuale. Dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kjo akuz\u00eb mund t\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si elementi m\u00eb kumbues i apelit publik t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, q\u00eb i b\u00ebn jehon\u00eb nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimi t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve ndaj Sali Berish\u00ebs. \u201cPo shkojm\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb mbret\u00ebrie t\u00eb pashpallur. Ka nj\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb, q\u00eb oborri i Kryeministrit e shkel sa her\u00eb q\u00eb do, ka nj\u00eb ligj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndrysh\u00ebm p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e af\u00ebrt me t\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Edi Rama n\u00eb nj\u00eb formulim t\u00eb pakontestuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb raportit q\u00eb sundon sot mes qeveris\u00eb dhe publikut. <\/p>\n<p>Pak gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb shtohet n\u00eb rrafshin argumentues rreth q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs socialiste; sipas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb saj, por edhe p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb fushat\u00ebs disamujore, retorika politike e ka reduktuar dhe thjeshtuar qart\u00eb objektivin kryesor; PS-ja k\u00ebrkon ndryshimin politik, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb \u00e7do skenari, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se mbajtjes s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb. \u201cSkenari i vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb rezistenca dhe mjeti i vet\u00ebm q\u00eb na ka mbetur \u00ebsht\u00eb protesta\u201d, u shpreh Rama po dje gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb interviste p\u00ebr BBC. Duke analizuar ecurin\u00eb e situat\u00ebs q\u00eb prej zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 28 qershorit, por edhe ngjarjet pararend\u00ebse si marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr Kushtetut\u00ebn, kreu i selis\u00eb roz\u00eb nuk i ka shtuar n\u00eb thelb asgj\u00eb deklarimeve t\u00eb muajve t\u00eb fundit. <\/p>\n<p>Konsistenca e tyre q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs i kriz\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb manipulimi elektoral i organizuar n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb nga ai q\u00eb sot drejton qeverin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, Sali Berisha. Sipas Ram\u00ebs, k\u00ebrkesa k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse p\u00ebr hapjen e kutive \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e PS-s\u00eb, por edhe nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim parimor, nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e 28 qershorit. Pik\u00ebrisht zbulimi i saj dhe dalja n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe e adres\u00ebs s\u00eb sakt\u00eb politike t\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ka bashkuar rreth PS-s\u00eb nj\u00eb spekt\u00ebr n\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb partive politike t\u00eb majta, por edhe t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse praktikisht ky koalicion buron nga interesi i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i cenuar n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit, n\u00eb vetvete ai ruan edhe vler\u00ebn e korrektimit t\u00eb \u201cgabimeve\u201d t\u00eb b\u00ebra n\u00eb procesin e fundit elektoral.
