Ai la jasht\u00eb axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb tij Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. T\u00eb par\u00ebn, shteti i tij nuk e njeh, duke mbajtur pezull edhe shum\u00eb vende latine t\u00eb mos e njohin. Kurse p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, k\u00ebto muaj t\u00eb presidenc\u00ebs spanjolle, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Moratinos deklaroi n\u00eb Maqedoni se do nisin negociatat me Bashkimin Europian, duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00eb maqedonasit pak konfuz\u00eb, pasi Greqia ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb i bllokon negociatat. P\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, liberalizimi i vizave, q\u00eb pritej t\u00eb ishte \u00e7\u00ebshtje e zgjidhur n\u00eb k\u00ebto muaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb s\u00ebrish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Gazeta britanike \u201cThe Guardian\u201d shkruante se \u201cstandardet europiane\u201d po b\u00ebhen nj\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e reformave n\u00eb Ballkan. Sipas k\u00ebsaj gazete, tashm\u00eb debati nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb cil\u00ebsor, por sasior, duke shkurajuar mediat, qytetar\u00ebt dhe ata q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb qeverisje, t\u00eb angazhohen. Nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb e re ndoshta?!<\/p>\n<p>A nuk po ndodh k\u00ebshtu edhe n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, kur \u00e7far\u00ebdo veprimi q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb opozita, shkon kund\u00ebr integrimit, e \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb pro integrimit?<\/p>\n<p>A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht sasiore kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje, kur ne nuk jemi informuar se \u00e7\u2019ndodh me reformat?<\/p>\n<p>Erdhi pyet\u00ebsori, u plot\u00ebsua, u dor\u00ebzua dhe nuk mori vesh kush se \u00e7far\u00eb u pyet e \u00e7far\u00eb u tha.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebshtuam her\u00ebn e par\u00eb me liberalizimin e vizave, e s\u00ebrish nuk na sqaroi kush n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebrse d\u00ebshtuam. Vet\u00ebm ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Ilir Meta, na dha nj\u00eb shpjegim pran\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Ai tha se fajtor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ishte izolimi komunist. Sa shum\u00eb q\u00eb e duam k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cbekuar\u201d komuniz\u00ebm! E p\u00ebrdorim si t\u00eb na doj\u00eb qejfi. P.sh e p\u00ebrdorim kur duam t\u00eb d\u00ebrrmojm\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarin, e p\u00ebrdorim kur duam t\u00eb justifikojm\u00eb munges\u00ebn e reformave, e p\u00ebrdorim madje edhe kur duam t\u00eb tregojm\u00eb shpirtin disident q\u00eb na karakterizonte n\u00eb komuniz\u00ebm e gjat\u00eb r\u00ebnies s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Po sipas gazet\u00ebs \u201cThe Guardian\u201d, vet\u00eb Evropa nuk i ka arritur standardet, dhe po punon p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur p\u00ebrpara. T\u00eb kopjosh ligjet, shkruan britanikja e njohur, thjesht se ashtu b\u00ebhen n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gabim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb. \u201cThe Guardian\u201d sjell rastin e drejtuesit t\u00eb serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka vendosur t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb miratimin e nj\u00eb ligji p\u00ebr heqjen e ferexhes\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 po b\u00ebn Franca e Belgjika. Por n\u00eb rastin e Bosnj\u00ebs kjo do ishte fatale.<\/p>\n<p>A nuk ndodh k\u00ebshtu edhe me ligjet tona?<\/p>\n<p>A nuk ishte nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim spektakolar ligji europian p\u00ebr ndalimin e duhanit n\u00eb ambiente publike?<\/p>\n<p>A nuk ndodh k\u00ebshtu edhe me ligjin p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pakicave seksuale?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb ndryshimi kan\u00eb qeveritar\u00ebt tan\u00eb me adoleshent\u00ebt e Lezh\u00ebs q\u00eb protestojn\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb riu, q\u00eb ka shpallur hapur prirjet e tij seksuale?<\/p>\n<p>A nuk e kujtoni se gjat\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji, kryeministri e shpura e tij kujdeseshin m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb fyenin e p\u00ebrqeshnin kund\u00ebrshtarin, t\u00eb cilin e akuzojn\u00eb si pakic\u00eb seksuale?<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa gajaseshin e kakarisnin n\u00ebn z\u00eb e mbi z\u00eb, deklaronin se do miratonin nj\u00eb ligj europian, por silleshin sikur t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb nj\u00eb qebaptore, e jo si drejtues mendjehapur q\u00eb po miratojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj shum\u00eb delikat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit, presidenc\u00ebn e Bashkimit Europian do e marr\u00eb Belgjika, e cila gjithashtu ka shprehur prej koh\u00ebsh rezerva ndaj zgjerimit. Ky vend \u201cvuajti\u201d m\u00eb shum\u00eb fluksin e azilk\u00ebrkuesve shqiptar\u00eb nga Serbia e Maqedonia, pas heqjes s\u00eb vizave. Vet\u00eb kryeministri i k\u00ebtij vendi, s\u00eb bashku me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, shkuan n\u00eb vendet prej nga vinin emigrant\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb nga af\u00ebr kushtet e tyre ekonomike e p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar m\u00eb pas se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se informacionin e kishin t\u00eb pak\u00ebt p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtimin e lir\u00eb, por kushtet ekonomike i \u00e7uan n\u00eb at\u00eb situat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa vler\u00ebsimi i Komisionit Europian p\u00ebr vizat \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr grup ekspert\u00ebsh do t\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb vizitoj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Ilir Meta, ka deklaruar se e mir\u00ebpret edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb grup, pasi ka deklaruar bashk\u00eb me kryeministrin se nuk kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb kusht pa plot\u00ebsuar. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00eb vler\u00ebsim thuhet se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrapa n\u00eb luft\u00ebn ndaj krimit t\u00eb organizuar e korrupsionit. Tani ngelet p\u00ebr t\u00eb hamend\u00ebsuar se \u00e7far\u00eb do b\u00ebj\u00eb qeveria k\u00ebto muaj q\u00eb t\u00eb bind\u00eb Europ\u00ebn se po e lufton korrupsionin e krimin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Fati yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb jemi si nj\u00eb ishull, i rrethuar nga vendet q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin Bashkimit Europian dhe jemi t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrkasim atij. Por, pushtetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb po shtyjn\u00eb n\u00eb limit \u00e7do reform\u00eb q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte realizuar. Aq shum\u00eb i kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb reformat, sa ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Ilir Meta, deklaron se tashm\u00eb heqja e vizave \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dinjiteti. E dihet shum\u00eb mir\u00eb se kur dikush k\u00ebrkon dinjitet, \u00ebsht\u00eb posht\u00ebruar. Dhe kur Meta e ndjen veten t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar, qytetar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij vendi duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb dyfish t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar.
