N\u00eb krah t\u00eb tyre duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb rreshtuar s\u00eb fundmi dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i OSBE n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe disa diplomat\u00eb t\u00eb niveleve t\u00eb dyta, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb zbusin frik\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb president i PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb Topalli duket se ka nisur xhiron e saj presidenciale para faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb Ballkan duke udh\u00ebtuar drejt Maqedonis\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pas drejt Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb si kryetare parlamenti, edhe pse pa pik\u00eb serioziteti, ka sh\u00ebtitur n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb lobimit p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, ku i ka dashur qejfi. Udh\u00ebtimi i saj i fundit drejt Maqedonis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interesant, pasi ka si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb delegacionit dhe deputet\u00eb socialist, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt edhe pse nuk i pranojn\u00eb asaj gjuh\u00ebn e ashp\u00ebr brenda vendit dhe n\u00eb foltore, i pranojn\u00eb protokollin \u201ckomb\u00ebtar\u201d si kandidate p\u00ebr presidente.<\/p>\n<p>Grupi i dyt\u00eb brenda pushtetit, ose m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi \u00e7ifti Meta\u2013Basha, shikojn\u00eb pak shanse t\u00eb marrin kandidatin p\u00ebr president, por po b\u00ebjn\u00eb presion p\u00ebr t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar zgjedhjen e tij me poste q\u00eb vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb funksionit. Duke qen\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb dy persona q\u00eb kan\u00eb pun\u00eb me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, aleanca Meta-Basha po kund\u00ebrshton zgjedhjen e mundshme t\u00eb Topallit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar tek pazari i fundit, pazari p\u00ebr emrin e kryeprokurorit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb jetik p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos rihapur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb 21 janar, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur p\u00ebrfundimisht \u201ckutin\u00eb e zez\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs. Presioni i tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar kandidatin nga grupi i drejtuesve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb shkon deri tek pazari p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kryeprokurorit i vjen radha dhe KLD si dhe em\u00ebrimit t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve ky\u00e7 n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha, i cili i njeh mir\u00eb orekset e t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve, t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb vet, q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr dekor dhe t\u00eb \u00e7iftit Meta-Basha, q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr pazare, po e menaxhon me qet\u00ebsi situat\u00ebn duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpresa t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Beteja e dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr presidentin \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e opozit\u00ebs. Opozita k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb president mbi pal\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga konsensusi. P\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj\u00eb funksionimi i institucioneve pas qershorit, futja n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb plot\u00eb e prokuroris\u00eb, gjykatave, SHISH, do t\u2019i shtohen parametrave t\u00eb k\u00ebqij t\u00eb liris\u00eb ekonomike, liris\u00eb s\u00eb shtypit dhe luft\u00ebs mes institucioneve q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb aktualisht. Beteja e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur Berish\u00ebn deri m\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebshtuar. Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb se me presidentin ai do t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb stek\u00ebn e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tij ndaj Per\u00ebndimit dhe do t\u00eb fuqizoj\u00eb koalicionin e tij t\u00eb plasaritur me LSI. Ai do t\u2019i jap\u00eb siguri Ilir Met\u00ebs nga drejt\u00ebsia q\u00eb do t\u00eb rrudhet pas qershorit, klani Meta do t\u00eb ket\u00eb garanci t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme dhe se nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt do t\u00eb ulen pas qershorit n\u00eb bisedime me Berish\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm si kryeminist\u00ebr, por dhe si president, kryeprokuror, kryetar SHISH, kryetar KLD etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pazari q\u00eb mund tu jap\u00eb Berisha pas qershorit kur t\u2019i ket\u00eb marr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha. me at\u00eb q\u00eb mund tu jap\u00eb tani \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn.
