Tek ne u b\u00eb nj\u00eb revolucion i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, shpesh k\u00ebsaj fjale ia kan\u00eb frik\u00ebn tek e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, por kur veprojn\u00eb mundohen t\u2019ia zbutin kuptimin, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysi tradit\u00ebn e shkuar dhe \u201ct\u00eb vjet\u00ebr\u201d. Dialektika e zhvillimit t\u00eb vendit kaloi p\u00ebrmes ndryshimeve sasiore n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb ndryshime cil\u00ebsore t\u00eb niveleve dhe standarteve europiane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb shkolla shqiptare p\u00ebsoi nj\u00eb regres dhe n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb forconte tiparin e saj t\u00eb ri dhe modern, b\u00ebri hapa prapa, pra e th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb qart\u00eb, d\u00ebshtoi e gjith\u00eb poltika arsimore e nj\u00eb vendi q\u00eb deri pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e kishte patur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes.<\/p>\n<p>Teorizimi se shkolla duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb form\u00eb dhe mjete sesa p\u00ebrmbajtje, interneti po propogandohet si nj\u00eb arritje e padiskutueshme dhe q\u00eb duhet marr\u00eb shembull Ballkani, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm hipoteza q\u00eb nuk t\u00eb shpihen kurr\u00ebsesi n\u00eb hopet cil\u00ebsore q\u00eb po b\u00ebn shkolla italiane. Ng\u00ebr\u00e7i i qeverisjes s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, duket se po i vjen fundi, pasi qeveria Monti e ka identifikuar problemin dhe po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb rifitoj\u00eb koh\u00ebn e humbur. L\u00ebvizja e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb jasht\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes l\u00ebvizjen baz\u00eb mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ajo ngrihet, diturin\u00eb, prandaj thuhet se l\u00ebvizja \u00ebsht\u00eb e n\u00ebndhshme, karsike, e pavarur, refraktare ndaj burokracis\u00eb dhe shpesh me drita t\u00eb forta. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje rrethi nuk p\u00ebrfundon k\u00ebtu, porn \u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen edhe dy element\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb familja dhe shoq\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebvizja m\u00eb e re n\u00eb Itali ka n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes fenomenet brenda shkoll\u00ebs, tradita e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs reziston dhe k\u00ebrkon ristartim, sikur t\u00eb kishte trokitur viti 0- shkruhet nj\u00eb prej gazetave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Cili titull do t\u2019i shkonte m\u00eb p\u00ebrshtat asaj: shkoll\u00eb-fshat, shkoll\u00eb-shesh debatesh apo shkoll\u00eb-komunitet? Pa \u00e7ant\u00eb dhe n\u00eb \u00ebeb? Libra t\u00eb botuar apo book in progress? N\u00eb Brindizi 23,4% e t\u00eb rinjve e braktisin shkoll\u00ebn, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje tep\u00ebr e lart\u00eb kjo n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e internetit dhe q\u00eb bie ndesh me tendencat e progresit. Por ka edhe nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes, pasi projekti \u201cbook in progress\u201d e fitoi qytetarin\u00eb e vet, edhe pse me hapa t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl si fillim, n\u00eb 70 shkolla dhe po p\u00ebrhapet kudo n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb gadishullin. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vorbull e t\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb nga didaktika p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e deri tek teknologjia n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb analfabet\u00eb, por q\u00eb t\u00eb rigjejn\u00eb motivimet, sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve dhe pedagog\u00ebve q\u00eb po i shkruajn\u00eb vet\u00eb tekstet shkollore, bile edhe falas.<\/p>\n<p>Librat kushtonin shum\u00eb dhe lindi ideja q\u00eb manualet t\u2019i shkruanin dhe botonin vet\u00eb, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur tek p\u00ebrvoja dhe kompetencat e viteve t\u00eb gjata n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ide synuan edhe t\u2019i reduktonin shpenzimet p\u00ebr familjet e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre. Librat u miratuan, u botuan dhe shit\u00ebn me pak euro. M\u00eb tej familjet duhet t\u00eb blinin nga nj\u00eb pc p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tyre nga kusimet e librave. Librat kushtuan 35 nga 350 q\u00eb ishte shuma q\u00eb duhej shpenzuar, pra rreth 300 euro n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr ta bler\u00eb at\u00eb. M\u00eb tej mb\u00ebrrijn\u00eb edhe d\u00ebrrasat nd\u00ebrkative, krijohet rrjeti dhe m\u00ebsimet mund t\u00eb ndiqen edhe nga sht\u00ebpia. Hap\u00ebsira nga fizike po shnd\u00ebrrohet dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb n\u00eb virtuale. U krye nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e madhe pa pushim p\u00ebr t\u2019i realizuar librat, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion dijet e viteve dhe u shmang k\u00ebshtu blerja lib\u00ebrave q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb treg.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ringjall pasionin p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn-shprehen vet\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit. Nj\u00eb motivim edhe i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, duke larguar orarin fiks dhe at\u00eb monotoni t\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Projekti \u201cbook in progress\u201d po b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb realitet i kapsh\u00ebm dhe tep\u00ebr komod, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb do t\u2019i detyroj\u00eb botuesit e librave shkollor\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i rishohin \u00e7mimet e librave. Q\u00eb prej tre vitesh n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb af\u00ebr Rom\u00ebs, vend i migracioneve dhe imigracioneve, po eksperimentohet nj\u00eb didaktik\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, bazuar tek koncepti i komunitetit. M\u00ebsimi ka dy fjal\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb rend t\u00eb dit\u00ebs : pritje dhe integrim, p\u00ebrvojat jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb e frekuenton at\u00eb. Ka edhe m\u00ebsime frontale, midis t\u00eb cil\u00ebve bisedat q\u00eb lidhen me kujtimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn dhe origjin\u00ebn e tyre. Klasat jan\u00eb t\u00eb formuara me moshat nga 2-14 vje\u00e7 dhe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ideja e p\u00ebrqasjes globale t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, e krijimit t\u00eb kooperativave learning dhe m\u00eb i p\u00ebrparuari dhe m\u00eb i shpejti ndihmon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb ka edhe nxitje p\u00ebr ekselencat.<\/p>\n<p>Metoda \u201cpa \u00e7ant\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb fut n\u00eb klasa t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uara, pa katedra, plot me materiale t\u00eb \u00e7do tipi, sepse asgj\u00eb nuk shkon n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, por mbetet aty n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb. Ka disa ndarje p\u00ebr diskutimet, p\u00ebr vet\u00ebkorrigjimet e detyrave, laborator\u00eb dhe klasa t\u00eb hapura, m\u00ebsime t\u00eb gjata deri 90 minuta q\u00eb t\u00eb mos fragmentizohet koha e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit, q\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb krijuese p\u00ebrmes teatrit, fotografis\u00eb, grafik\u00ebs, muzik\u00ebs. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur tek p\u00ebrmbajtja \u00e7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb zgjedh mediumin, mjetin e vet q\u00eb preferon dhe p\u00ebrmes fleksibilitetit m\u00ebson q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb. Pra nj\u00eb lloj\u00eb didaktike q\u00eb i jep m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi lirie q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb duke u ushtruar. Sipas drejtueses s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit merren n\u00eb ngarkim nga m\u00ebsuesit dhe ndiqen \u00e7do dit\u00eb hap pas hapi. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj rimotivimi, b\u00ebhen m\u00eb shum\u00eb or\u00eb, k\u00ebrkohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb impenjim, kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. Ka m\u00ebsues q\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtij ndryshimi t\u00eb theksuar cil\u00ebsor, koncepti tradicional i shkoll\u00ebs duket se po merr fund, k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb largohen, por ka edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb guximsh\u00ebm q\u00eb zgjedhin programin e m\u00ebsimeve n\u00eb at\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb parasysh riskun dhe natyr\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri i ri arriti rezultate ku d\u00ebshtoi i m\u00ebparshmi dhe p\u00ebrmes projektit Vales, Vler\u00ebsim dhe Zhvillim i Shkoll\u00ebs, ka marr\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e mbi 1000 shkollave. Nga shkurti i nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb duket se ka kaluar nj\u00eb shekull, klima n\u00eb shkolla u qet\u00ebsua dhe modeli i vler\u00ebsimit ka marr\u00eb konsensusin e baz\u00ebs. Financimi me 70 mij\u00eb euro nga projekti synon q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb performanc\u00ebn e \u00e7do shkolle q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkrah k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet t\u00eb ri. Projekti parashikon tre faza :<\/p>\n<p>a- analiz\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs si sistem kompleks,<br \/>\nb- realizimi i veprimeve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim<br \/>\nc- vler\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7muar rezultatet<\/p>\n<p>Sipas m\u00ebsuesve duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb metod\u00eb m\u00eb bind\u00ebse. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebto modele t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, ku teknologjia jo vet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrone, por t\u00eb ofron edhe metodat efikase t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit themelor, ecja me hapin e koh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja alternativ\u00eb e mundshme, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb t\u00eb ringrihet nga kaosi edhe shkolla shqiptare, duke e \u00e7liruar nga pasha e reformave \u201cpolitike\u201d q\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot nuk kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb rezultat cil\u00ebsor. T\u00eb vjen keq kur ende konstaton se n\u00eb vend t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb para n\u00eb konsolidimin e standarteve, po ik\u00ebn prapa.<\/p>\n<p>Arjan Th.
