N\u00eb delegacionet q\u00eb po marrin pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr takime me Qeverin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, por edhe vizita t\u00eb shpeshta n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb dhe Amerik\u00eb, harrohen p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit nga Komuna e Medvegj\u00ebs, her\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme e her\u00eb jo.<\/p>\n

Ky shkrim \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb lloj reagimi me rastin e fundit q\u00eb nj\u00eb delegacion nga LDD-ja vizitoi Bujanocin, kurse ky delegacion jo q\u00eb nuk e pa t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm ta vizitoj Medvegj\u00ebn por nuk e pa t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm as t\u00eb ftoj dikend nga Komuna e Medvegj\u00ebs t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim. Po ashtu, kjo nuk pati p\u00ebrmisime kur nj\u00eb delegacion nga Bujanoci dhe Presheva erdhi dhe u takua me liderin e AAK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, po ashtu edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje mungonte dikush nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb nga Medvegja.N\u00eb k\u00ebto takime p\u00ebrveq\u00eb gabimit t\u00eb pafalsh\u00ebm mungonin p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsusei shqiptar\u00eb nga Medvegja, por edhe asg\u00eb nuk u tha konkretisht q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shtrohet lidhur me k\u00ebrkesat e tona t\u00eb ligjshme.<\/p>\n
Po ashtu ishte shum\u00eb gabim kur n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime, dy lider\u00ebt e partive opozitare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs z. Daci dhe z. Haradinaj nuk dit\u00ebn e as nuk pat\u00ebn guxim t’ju japin “leksione” lidhur me marrjen pjes\u00eb apo jo, q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb formojn k\u00ebshillin Nacional sipas ligjeve serbe n\u00eb fuqi. K\u00ebto takime n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb gabuar u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebn, pasi diplomacia shqiptare dhe politika e Kosov\u00ebs ka obligim ta mbroj\u00eb, shtroj\u00eb dhe ngris\u00eb shum\u00eb drejt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetur n\u00ebn administrimin e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n
Ju kujtojm\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebto dy lider ishin n\u00eb krye t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00eb z. Haradinaj ishte Kryeminist\u00ebr, z.Daci ishte Kryetari i parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe asgj\u00eb nuk u p\u00ebrmisu gjendja e plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb drejtave individuale dhe kolektive t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n
Deri m\u00eb tani nga institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk arrit\u00eb s\u00eb paku nga dy parlamente t\u00eb b\u00ebhet ndonj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb apo pse jo edhe nga nj\u00eb rezolut lidhur me shkeljen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetur n\u00ebn\u00eb administrimin e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Harres\u00eb pas harres\u00eb, ku t\u00eb nj\u00ebtin gabim b\u00ebri edhe z. Ilir Meta Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs-Kryeminist\u00ebr i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, minist\u00ebr i pun\u00ebve t\u00eb jashtme dhe Kryetari LSI-s\u00eb, gabimi fatal i tij ishte se e harroi ta vizitoj\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebn!. Edhe at\u00ebher edhe tash jo vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto tre lider t\u00eb partive nuk arrit\u00ebn ta kuptojn kompleksin dhe sfidat me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohen shqiptar\u00ebt nga Krahina shqiptare e mbetur n\u00ebn\u00eb administrimin e Serbis\u00eb. I kujtojm opinionit se edhe n\u00eb takimet e m\u00eb hershme me presidentin e Kosov\u00ebs z. Fatmir Sejdiu delegacioni i lart\u00eb ishte n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje vet\u00ebm nga Presheva dhe Bujanoci !, kurse nga Medvegja mungonte p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi.<\/p>\n
N\u00ebse vazhdohet q\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Mevegj\u00ebs t\u00eb mos marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb delegacioneve shqiptare t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe Bujanocit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se nj\u00eb harres\u00eb. Mosp\u00ebrfshirja e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsusve nga kjo Komun\u00eb ka kuptimin shum\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm, me lemente dhe premisa t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrmendet , dhe l\u00ebnja e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebs n\u00ebn m\u00ebshir t\u00eb askujt, sikur kemi mbetur pa p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues shqiptar\u00eb nga Medvegja.D\u00ebmi m\u00eb i madh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe kjo form\u00eb e harres\u00ebs nganj\u00ebher\u00eb e q\u00ebllimshme.<\/p>\n
Dikush do t\u00eb mendonte se edhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e obliguesh\u00ebm t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsus shqiptar\u00eb ga Medvegja, por m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb i din\u00eb banor\u00ebt\u00eb vendor hallet ,askush nuk mund ti identifikoj dhe ti shtroj drejt\u00eb.D\u00ebmi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh\u00eb n\u00ebse vazhdohet me k\u00ebt\u00eb avaz, fajtor q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsusesit shqiptar\u00eb nga Medvegja nuk po p\u00ebrfshihen, s\u00eb pari \u00ebsht\u00eb nga vet\u00eb shiptar\u00ebt vendor, por faji bjen edhe mbi bart\u00ebsit dhe lider\u00ebt e institucioneve t\u00eb Shqipar\u00ebis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs.N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast\u00eb humb\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb mdhenj\u00eb jan vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga Medvegja, por edhe ata nga Presheva dhe Bujanoci. P\u00ebrvec aspekteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjs s\u00eb delegacioneve, duhet t\u00eb kihet parasysh q\u00eb edhe duhet t\u00eb dilet me nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim: Shqiptar\u00ebt duhet a po nuk duhet t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet p\u00ebr parlament t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Po ashtu shqiptar\u00ebve ju duhet apo jo formimi i nj\u00eb K\u00ebshilli nacional n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ligjeve egzistuese t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto takime nuk po p\u00ebrmend\u00ebt fare Referendumi i mbajtur m\u00eb 1 e 2 mars 1992,sakrifica e banor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe lufta e b\u00ebr\u00eb nga U\u00c7PMB-ja dhe Marr\u00ebveshja e Kon\u00e7ulit.<\/p>\n
Po harrohet q\u00eb k\u00ebto troje dita dit\u00ebs po zbrasen me t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb heshtur.Serbia nuk ka plane, strategji dhe platform as p\u00ebr inegrimin e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe kthimin e t\u00eb zhvendosurve, as p\u00ebr lejimin e p\u00ebrdorimin t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, simboleve dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet sipas numrit t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes.Nuk ka vullnet t\u00eb hap\u00eb nj\u00eb universitet publik\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe dhe t\u00eb investoj n\u00eb rregullimin dhe p\u00ebrmisimin e kushteven\u00eb k\u00ebto tri Komuna shqiptare me zhvillimin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi. Shteti Shqiptar\u00eb dhe i Kosov\u00ebs duhet ti njoh\u00eb dhe mbroj k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje fundamentale. Por kur po harrojm p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit shqiptar\u00eb nga Medvegja,sikur na jep\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm q\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta v\u00ebshtir\u00eb do ti k\u00ebrkojm .I kujtojm lexuesve se para pak\u00eb dit\u00ebsh n\u00eb Medvegj\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb delegacion i nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb krye me presidentin z. Boris Tadiq.<\/p>\n
Kjo vizit\u00eb e Tadiqit n\u00eb Medvegj\u00eb ka dometh\u00ebnje t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr serb\u00ebt e mbetur n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Medvegj\u00ebs , por kjo ting\u00ebllon kjart\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kan mbetur t\u00eb pa krah\u00eb , t\u00eb pa zot dhe nuk i din dhe nuk ka kush ia qan hallet e tyre. Sipas regjistrimit t\u00eb vitit 2001 shqiptar\u00ebt me 26,8 % , e p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb numrin e p\u00ebrgjitshum t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebs.Duhet cek se regjistrimi i popullsis ka ndodh pas shp\u00ebrnguljes dhe d\u00ebbimeve masive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebs ku mbi tet\u00eb mij\u00eb i l\u00ebshuan trojet e tyre.Pas regjistrimit t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs u shpallen zgjedhjet e lira n\u00eb vitin 2002 n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat mor\u00ebn pjes edhe shqiptar\u00ebt e Medvegj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Kuvendi Komunal i Medvegj\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 35 K\u00ebshilltar\u00eb , kurse shiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb 11 majit 2008 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen dhe kan tet\u00eb (8) K\u00ebshilltar\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt qeverisin me nj\u00eb drejtori t\u00eb drejtoratit edhe N\u00ebnkryetari i Kuvendit \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb,me ligj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb praktikohet edhe p\u00ebrdorimi i dy gjuhsis\u00eb edhe gjat\u00eb seancave t\u00eb Kuvendit dhe prej vitit 2003 K\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt shqiptar n\u00eb Kuvendin Komunal mund\u00eb t\u00eb diskutojn edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n
Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb popullata shqiptare e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Medvegj\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Preshev\u00ebs do t\u00eb presim nga shteti i Shqiptar\u00eb dhe i Kosov\u00ebs dhe nga dy Akademit\u00eb tona q\u00eb kemi obligim ,t\u00eb shtrojm dhe mbrojm drejt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e shqiptar\u00ebve.Mbi t\u00eb gjitha Prishtina duhet t\u00eb konsiderohet si kryeqitet jo vet\u00ebm i kosovar\u00ebve por i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve anek\u00ebnd\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb ish\u2013ngrehin\u00ebs artificiale t\u00eb quajtur Jugosllavi.<\/p>\n
