Shkrimi i Dr. Alban Dacit – \u00c7\u00ebshtja e \u201cBashkimit Komb\u00ebtar\u201d mes Nacionalizmit dhe Integrimit Evropian\u201d inkuadrohet n\u00eb paradigm\u00ebn integracioniste t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhm\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit shqiptar q\u00eb mendon se prioritar \u00ebsht\u00eb integrimi n\u00eb strukturat euro-atlantike, bashkimi i kombit shqiptar duke ardhur pastaj vetvetiu, nj\u00ebher\u00eb me zhdukjen e kufive n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e Bashkimit Europian.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga fillimi, autori p\u00ebrzien termat, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e palejueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb doktor shkencash. Ai ngat\u00ebrron \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Natyrore\u201d me \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Madhe\u201d, Arb\u00ebrin\u00eb me Ilirin\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Duhet pohuar se \u201cShqip\u00ebria Natyrore\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb me \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Madhe\u201d. Termi \u201cShqip\u00ebri e Madhe\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb koncept i kuzhinave propagandistike t\u00eb Beogradit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb na akuzuar se tentojm\u00eb t\u00eb pushtojm\u00eb toka q\u00eb Serbia i konsideron t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb fakt treva shqiptare t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb pushtuar vet Serbin\u00eb, IRJM-n\u00eb, Greqin\u00eb dhe Mali i Zi. Pastaj, territori i Arb\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb dikurshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj me territorin e Iliris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb zgjeroheshin n\u00eb territorin e Iliris\u00eb s\u00eb antikitetit, kjo nuk do t\u00eb ishte aspak \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Madhe\u201d. \u201cShqip\u00ebri e madhe\u201d do t\u00eb thot\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb dalin jasht\u00eb kornizave t\u00eb territorit e tyre etnik dhe do t\u00eb projektojn\u00eb pushtimin e tokave p\u00ebrtej Danubit, p.sh. P\u00ebr n\u00eb fund, zoti Alban Daci duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigj n\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje: P\u00ebrse gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi flitet p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb e Madhe dhe kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb Etnike, Natyrale? Sepse po t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb Etnike do t\u00eb mbetet vet\u00ebm pashall\u00ebku i Beogradit.<\/p>\n

Teoria e \u201cfamiljes moderne\u201d e p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb shkrim deri diku \u00ebsht\u00eb korrekte. Mir\u00ebpo \u201cf\u00ebmijt\u00eb\u201d e N\u00ebn\u00ebs Shqip\u00ebri nuk kan\u00eb rritur t\u00eb lir\u00eb nga d\u00ebshira e vet, por kan\u00eb qen\u00eb marr\u00eb me zor nga familjet e huaja. Ata kan\u00eb tentuar t\u2019i zhduk\u00eb, t\u2019i vras\u00eb, t\u2019i asgj\u00ebsoj\u00eb me dhun\u00eb dhe terroriz\u00ebm t\u00eb eg\u00ebr shtet\u00ebror. Djemve t\u00eb N\u00ebn\u00ebs Shqip\u00ebri ua ka munguar liria m\u00eb elementare. Po ashtu edhe N\u00ebna ka vuajtur n\u00eb skamje dhe n\u00eb dhimbje, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb f\u00ebmijeve t\u00eb tij q\u00eb nuk ishin adoptuar, por pushtuar, kolonizuar dhe okupuar me forc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Autori njeh shum\u00eb mir\u00eb figurat antishqiptare t\u00eb \u201cfamiljeve t\u00eb huaja\u201d serbo-maqedono-greko-malazeze, u nj\u00ebh shum\u00eb mir\u00eb nacionalizmin e tyre agresiv dhe pyetet: \u201cSi mund t\u00eb mendosh dhe t\u00eb shpresosh, se duke ju trokitur n\u00eb der\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, Malit t\u00eb Zi, Maqedonis\u00eb, k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit do t\u00eb na hapin der\u00eb duke na pritur si miq dhe k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb na rikthyer \u201cdjemt\u00eb\u201d do i p\u00ebrgjigjen pozitivisht\u201d? P\u00ebrgjigja vjen nga karakteri terrorist t\u00eb shteteve sllavo-greke.<\/p>\n

Dhe nj\u00eb pyetje tjet\u00ebr duhet shtruar: si po mendon autori se mund\u00ebn m\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb pushtuar dhe t\u00eb kolonizuar n\u00eb trojet t\u00eb veta t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb \u201cbashk\u00eb\u201d me pushtuesit dhe kolonizator\u00ebt e tyre, kur dita-dit\u00ebs nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr fatin e vet, kur jetojn\u00eb n\u00ebn diktatin e tiranis\u00eb?! Ribashkimi komb\u00ebtar vjen me mjete demokratike, duke synuar sensibilizimin e Evrop\u00ebs Plake dhe t\u00eb aleat\u00ebve amerikan\u00eb p\u00ebr domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e krijimit t\u00eb shtetit etnik shqiptar. Nacionalizmi shqiptar kurr\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb agresiv, por mbrojtja e trojeve t\u00eb veta nga pushtimi dhe kolonizimi i huaj \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt human.<\/p>\n

Jo para shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, filozofi politik Slavoj Zizek, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb interviste p\u00ebr Radion \u201cDoj\u00e7e Vele\u201d ka deklaruar se bashkimi i Kosov\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, ndoshta do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte zgjidhja m\u00eb racionale p\u00ebr perspektiv\u00ebn e Ballkanit. (Radio \u201cKosova e lir\u00eb\u201d) \u201c Zizek ka vler\u00ebsuar se politika Brukselit ndaj Ballkanit \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ndryshuar, mir\u00ebpo duke marr\u00eb parasysh p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e deritashme, sidomos n\u00eb 10 vjet\u00ebt e fundit, Evropa, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb projektit serioz. Sa i p\u00ebrket Serbis\u00eb, Zizek ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ajo ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Evrop\u00eb moderne, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb po ballafaqohet me populiz\u00ebm nacionalist. <\/p>\n

Duke folur lidhur me ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs Zizek ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se situata n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb irracionale, pse jo edhe absurde: Ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se miri q\u00eb Kosova n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb koordinimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u2019i bashkohet Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte zgjidhja e vetme afatgjate racionale, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb budallall\u00ebk t\u00eb kesh dy shtete me popull krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.\u201d \u00cbsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb gabim t\u00eb logjik\u00ebs at\u00eb q\u00eb thot\u00eb Alban Daci se \u201cN\u00ebse mendojm\u00eb t\u2019i bashkojm\u00eb me nj\u00eb shtet nacionalist dhe t\u00eb koncentruar n\u00ebn emrin Shqip\u00ebri at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: se Kosova q\u00eb sapo ka dal\u00eb nga rob\u00ebrimi serb duhet t\u00eb hyj n\u00eb nj\u00eb rob\u00ebrim t\u00eb ri, at\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb drejtuar nga klasa politika shqiptare q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb interesa t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme, t\u00eb paqarta, t\u00eb ngushta dhe personale.\u201d <\/p>\n

Por ky kinse \u201crob\u00ebrim i ri\u201d ka qen\u00eb end\u00ebrra dhe objektivin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kan\u00eb luftuar gjenerata n\u00eb vazhdim dhe akoma veprojn\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb administrative. Sigurisht, duhet pasur kujdes q\u00eb klasa politike t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb veten, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos l\u00ebviz\u00eb shtetin shqiptar as me kok\u00ebn n\u00eb Beograd ose n\u00eb Athin\u00eb. Shtetformimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb, demokracia e brendshme \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

B\u00ebrthama m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e shkrimit p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga tema e bashkimit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes integrimit. \u201cA mund t\u00eb bashkohen shqiptar\u00ebt pa pasur nevoj\u00eb me b\u00ebr\u00eb luft\u00eb me popujt e tjer\u00eb? \u00cbsht\u00eb po! Po-ja personifikon bashkimin e jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb popullit shqiptar\u00eb, por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe t\u00eb Kontinentit Evropian.\u201d, thot\u00eb Alban Daci. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se pik\u00ebrisht shqiptar\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb bashkohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb Bashkim Evropian. <\/p>\n

Ata duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet etnik dhe pastaj t\u00eb integrohen n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, sepse p\u00ebrndryshe do t\u00eb zhduk\u00ebn si komb. Q\u00eb nga momenti i liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb, Malin e Zi dhe IRJM, shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar jasht\u00eb duke rrezikuar k\u00ebshtu boshatisjen e territoreve shqiptare. N\u00ebse vazhdon k\u00ebshtu, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb me prejardhje prej trojeve koloniale do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb jahud\u00ebt e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb shekullit XXI, pa shtet dhe pa atdhe\u2026<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkundrazi, n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb bashkohen, ata do t\u00eb konsolidohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar, ekonomikisht do t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcohen dhe do t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb dinjtoze edhe n\u00eb kuadrin e Bashkimit Evropian, ku ka vler\u00eb madh\u00ebsia e territorit, numri i popullsis\u00eb dhe fuqia ekonomike. M\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, shteti etnik shqiptar sjell stabilizimin e Ballkanit dhe integrimin e tij t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb strukturat euro-atlantike, larg nacionalizmit agresiv t\u00eb tanish\u00ebm t\u00eb idhtar\u00ebve serbo-grek\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cNa\u00e7ertanijes\u201d dhe \u201cMegali Ides\u00eb\u201d<\/p>\n
