Gj\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon se realitetet e ngurta e statike b\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00eb historia t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet. Gjithsesi, me ato ve\u00e7ori, thelb\u00ebsore ose jo, q\u00eb imponojn\u00eb rrjedhat e koh\u00ebs. P\u00ebr shembull, n\u00ebse rezultatet e bisedimeve Enver-Tito jan\u00eb pranuar pa debate nga opinionet e t\u00eb dyja shteteve, nj\u00eb ve\u00e7ori e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb formulimi i lir\u00eb i opinioneve n\u00ebse b\u00ebri mir\u00eb apo keq Rama q\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendi nevoj\u00ebn e njohjes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga Serbia? Apo n\u00ebse i ka sh\u00ebrbyer nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb shkrirjes s\u00eb akujve n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Serbis\u00eb apo ka ndjell\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00eb shum\u00eb se rrethanat, jan\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e njer\u00ebzve ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mase historia, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb keq, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb vetveten. N\u00eb vitin 1946, Enver Hoxha i tha Titos, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn k\u00ebshtu shkruan ai n\u00eb kujtimet e veta, se shqiptar\u00ebt kishin luftuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb lir\u00eb e sovrane, pjes\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ishin edhe Kosova dhe viset e tjera n\u00eb Jugosllavi t\u00eb banuara nga shqiptar\u00ebt. \u201cKa ardhur koha q\u00eb ky problem nacional t\u00eb zgjidhet drejt nga dy partit\u00eb tona\u201d \u2013 citon veten Hoxha n\u00eb kujtimet e tij. E v\u00ebrteta ishte se gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, partit\u00eb komuniste n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendet e pushtuara nga fuqit\u00eb e Boshtit, nd\u00ebrsa luftonin p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim komb\u00ebtar kishin premtuar edhe zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve nacionale t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimin e vet\u00ebvendosjes s\u00eb kombeve. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb premtim, popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb vise t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb banuara nga shqiptar\u00ebt, duhet t\u2019i jepej e drejta e vet\u00ebvendosjes. Po si u p\u00ebrgjigj Tito ndaj k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Hoxh\u00ebs? \u201cJam dakord me pik\u00ebpamjen tuaj, por tash p\u00ebr tash nuk mund ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb dot k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, sepse serb\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb na kuptojn\u00eb\u201d \u2013 shkruan Hoxha, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje q\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet edhe me ato q\u00eb raportohen nga dokumente t\u00eb tjera historike. Enver Hoxh\u00ebs i p\u00ebrkiste q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulte p\u00ebr zbatimin e parimit t\u00eb vet\u00ebvendosjes. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, edhe ai mund ta kund\u00ebrshtonte Titon me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin argument: n\u00eb rast se ju nuk ju kuptojn\u00eb tash p\u00ebr tash serb\u00ebt, po ne si do t\u00eb na kuptojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt?! Enver Hoxha nuk e b\u00ebri nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, sepse ishte i dob\u00ebt para Titos dhe e dinte se nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn do t\u00eb thoshte t\u00eb rrezikonte seriozisht pushtetin. Enveri preferoi t\u00eb mos e rrezikoj\u00eb pushtetin, duke braktisur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Kosov\u00ebs dhe viseve shqiptare n\u00eb Jugosllavi. Ai heshti, nuk protestoi askund, pranoi. Sa p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, ata hesht\u00ebn bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb, sepse ai dinte t\u2019i b\u00ebnte t\u00eb heshtnin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 70 vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, para dilem\u00ebs n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn apo jo, ndodhet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr Kryeminist\u00ebr shqiptar. Duhet t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, sepse heshtja e mbajtur nga brezat e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve, b\u00ebri q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb gangrenizohet p\u00ebr dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra duke e trashur t\u00eb keqen. Prandaj edhe t\u00eb gjej\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund zgjidhje vet\u00ebm kur kosovar\u00ebt pas nj\u00eb gandizmi shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar, por t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillur rugovian, \u201cfol\u00ebn\u201d me gryk\u00ebn e pushk\u00ebs me an\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Kjo p\u00ebrpjekje dhe luft\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb reagimi kriminal t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7it, krijuan premisat dhe justifikimin historik t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes vendimtare t\u00eb NATO-s, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kosova, edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, nuk do t\u00eb qe e pavarur. M\u00ebsimi i historis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb hesht\u00ebsh p\u00ebr \u201cdiplomaci\u201d kur ka ardhur momenti i p\u00ebrballjes me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, nuk ndihmon aspak. Enver Hoxha heshti ku i tha Titoja se nuk do ta kuptonin serb\u00ebt, por kan\u00eb kaluar rreth 70 vjet dhe serb\u00ebt p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar se Kosova e meriton lirin\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj. Prandaj dhe Edi Rama nuk heshti p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Edhe pse n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Titos kishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb Kryeministrin Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shkak \u201cse serb\u00ebt nuk do ta kuptonin\u201d, do t\u00eb kish preferuar q\u00eb Rama t\u00eb heshtte p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Dhe mendoj se ata q\u00eb sot e kritikojn\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebn se foli m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe m\u00eb fort nga \u00e7\u2019duhet n\u00eb Beograd, do ta kritikonin se nuk foli fort dhe sa duhet po t\u00eb kish d\u00ebgjuar k\u00ebshillat e vonuara q\u00eb ata japin sot. Ndaj mendoj se b\u00ebri mir\u00eb q\u00eb tha nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se shum\u00eb jan\u00eb hidh\u00ebruar nga kjo e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd, por a nuk thon\u00eb amerikan\u00ebt se e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pilul\u00eb e hidhur q\u00eb sh\u00ebron?! Serb\u00ebt do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohen nga nostalgjit\u00eb e sundimit dhe gjakimet nacionaliste ndaj Kosov\u00ebs vet\u00ebm duke u p\u00ebrballur me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe jo me heshtjen. Nj\u00eb realitet i hidhur nuk zhduket duke mos folur p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Aq sa zhduket bota duke mbyllur syt\u00eb. Akoma m\u00eb pak duke detyruar edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb mbyllin syt\u00eb, t\u00eb mos flasin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p>Dialog konstruktiv do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb nuk biem dakord. Se p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb biem dakord nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb tjerrim shum\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq, sikund\u00ebr thoshte Rusoi, t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e path\u00ebna prodhojn\u00eb helme vdekjeprur\u00ebse p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Dhe a nuk prodhuan t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e path\u00ebna apo t\u00eb neglizhuara p\u00ebr dekada me radh\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, luft\u00ebn? Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb objektiv, at\u00eb t\u00eb integrimit, t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs s\u00eb Madhe, q\u00eb u jep zgjidhjen me koeficientin maksimal t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paqes t\u00eb gjitha ngat\u00ebrresave etnike ne Ballkan. N\u00eb funksion t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj aspirate dhe aspak nga ndonj\u00eb gjakim nacionalist, Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar q\u00eb Serbia ta njoh\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, sepse nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kriter themelor q\u00eb do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb europianizimin e politik\u00ebs serbe dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb serbe. Rama nuk mund t\u00eb heshtte p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb sado t\u00eb hidhur, por sh\u00ebruese. Nuk mund t\u00eb respektonte nj\u00eb tabu q\u00eb i ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb justifikimin tradicional t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve serb\u00eb se \u201cnuk do na kuptojn\u00eb serb\u00ebt\u201d. Vet\u00ebm e v\u00ebrteta q\u00eb vjen nga liria e t\u00eb th\u00ebnit t\u00eb \u00e7on te liria dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebron nga nacionalizmi.
