N\u00eb vitin e fundit t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij, diferenca mes tij dhe opozit\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm politike si\u00e7 duhet t\u00eb ishte, por nj\u00ebsoj si n\u00eb vitin 1997 ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me orientimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1997 dy forcat politike konkurronin (p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs), jo me vizionin e tyre politik, por me raportet e tyre ndaj Per\u00ebndimit. Ish- komunist\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Berisha tentoi t\u2019i shkel\u00eb me k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, u b\u00ebn\u00eb aleat\u00eb t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit dhe Berisha, i cili udh\u00ebhiqte forc\u00ebn proper\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, u b\u00eb simbol i antiper\u00ebndimit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri me tentativa t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr tu lidhur me bot\u00ebn islame dhe shtete batak\u00e7inj kund\u00ebr Per\u00ebndimit.<\/p>\n<p>Prej vitit 1997 kjo situat\u00eb nuk u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit m\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike shqiptare, por ato zgjedhje lan\u00eb shenja t\u00eb thella n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare. Pas 15 vitesh cikli po rip\u00ebrs\u00ebritet dhe Berisha po tenton t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb politik\u00eb me nj\u00eb kurs t\u00eb ri antiper\u00ebndimor m\u00eb t\u00eb moderuar, por shum\u00eb m\u00eb friksh\u00ebm pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb eksperiment q\u00eb po rezulton me sukses kund\u00ebr Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb ish- Lindjes komuniste. Shqip\u00ebria, Maqedonia, Hungaria, Bullgaria, Ukraina, Gjeorgjia, Moldavia, Kazakistani, Azerbajxhani, Turkmenistani, Bjellorusia dhe kryeqendra e k\u00ebtij kursi, Moska, po stabilizojn\u00eb regjime autoritare, q\u00eb dhunojn\u00eb lirin\u00eb e zgjedhjeve, mediat, gjykatat, prokurorin\u00eb dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Opozitat n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende po kthehen n\u00eb fasada morale, nd\u00ebrsa mediat thuajse nuk ekzistojn\u00eb. M\u00eb i shquari i koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij grupi \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeministri hungarez, Viktor Orban, i cili ka rr\u00ebmbyer flamurin e nacionalizmit hungarez p\u00ebr t\u2019i treguar vendin Per\u00ebndimit. Sali Berisha po gjendet pas 15 vitesh n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin pozicion q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1996, kur izolimi nga Evropa dhe SHBA e detyruan t\u00eb hidhte syt\u00eb nga regjime islamike dhe grupe t\u00eb dyshimta t\u00eb lidhura me Al Kaed\u00ebn. Sot ai gjendet si mysafir i Viktor Orbanit n\u00eb Hungari, nd\u00ebrsa kund\u00ebrshtari i tij n\u00eb Uashington si mik i administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb Presidentit Obama. Diktimi i rotacionit politik nga kjo diferenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt, pasi shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebri proper\u00ebndimore, por kostoja q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojm\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rotacion \u00ebsht\u00eb e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare, dhe konkretisht administrata e Berish\u00ebs, p\u00ebrdori an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb NATO jo si nj\u00eb hap q\u00eb do garantonte standardet per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb shqiptare, por si nj\u00eb fasad\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb maskuar deformimet e demokracis\u00eb shqiptare. Pas an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb NATO, Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb kurb\u00eb konstante t\u00eb deformimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, duke filluar me zgjedhjet e vitit 2009 e deri tek zhvillimet e fundit dramatike me gjyq\u00ebsorin dhe betej\u00ebn e sapunisur publike kund\u00ebr kryeprokurores Ina Rama. Qart\u00ebsia e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb NATO si fasad\u00eb p\u00ebr deformimet e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij, jan\u00eb thelbi mbi t\u00eb cilin ngrihet filozofia e pushtetit t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ikja nga Per\u00ebndimi.<\/p>\n<p>Duke i v\u00ebn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt para dilem\u00ebs t\u00eb zgjedhin nj\u00eb forc\u00eb politike proper\u00ebndimore apo nj\u00eb t\u00eb izoluar nga Per\u00ebndimi, natyrisht q\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb triumf t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, por dhe nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb pushtetit pa nj\u00eb gar\u00eb reale p\u00ebr politikat me t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb qeveriset.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha nuk do t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb armik i Per\u00ebndimit n\u00ebse Per\u00ebndimi dhe standardet demokratike t\u00eb tij do t\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb aleat p\u00ebr pushtetin e tij. Ai nuk do t\u00eb kishte dhunuar zgjedhjet sikur t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb fitonte me zgjedhje t\u00eb lira, nuk do t\u00eb dhunonte drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb sikur f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij t\u00eb mos rrezikoheshin nga drejt\u00ebsia p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb korrupsionit, ai nuk do t\u00eb kishte dhunuar medien sikur ajo t\u00eb ishte luajale me t\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb kishte zaptuar \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb prodhon ky vend, sikur t\u00eb mos kishte neps p\u00ebr tu pasuruar aq shpejt. Thjesht ai ndryshoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ndryshuar vet\u00eb. Ai e ktheu k\u00ebt\u00eb shoq\u00ebri nga nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb ishte nisur drejt Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb funksionon si \u00e7iflig i tij. P\u00ebrplasja e tij me Per\u00ebndimin \u00ebsht\u00eb e pashmangshme dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb t\u00eb re p\u00ebr pushtetin e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Ikja e Berish\u00ebs nga orientimi per\u00ebndimor i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe izolimi i tij nga Per\u00ebndimi, e rrisin shum\u00eb dramacitetin brenda PD-s\u00eb, e cila n\u00eb thelb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb forc\u00eb proper\u00ebndimore dhe rrisin shum\u00eb leht\u00ebsin\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn opozita mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsoj\u00eb standardet e qarta q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb nj\u00eb forc\u00eb proper\u00ebndimore. T\u00eb jesh me Per\u00ebndimin se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb, por t\u00eb jesh me Per\u00ebndimin p\u00ebr arsyet e tua \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb reale.<\/p>\n<p>Sot Edi Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb mysafir i administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb Obam\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa Berisha mysafir i Viktor Orbanit, dhe kjo e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn. Por Shqip\u00ebria do ta fitoj\u00eb Per\u00ebndimin, jo si dhurat\u00eb nga Per\u00ebndimi, por nga beteja jon\u00eb p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb. Ne duhet ta mundim Sali Berish\u00ebn politikisht, si nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr i d\u00ebshtuar q\u00eb ka qeverisur keq Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ne duhet ta mundim Sali Berish\u00ebn edhe gjeopolitikisht, si nj\u00eb antiper\u00ebndimor t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm. Kam frik\u00eb se izolimi i tij nga Per\u00ebndimi do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb fitoren, por m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb betej\u00ebn me t\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre ai mund t\u00eb na ik\u00eb pa e mundur. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra q\u00eb ai iku n\u00eb vitin 1997. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra tinzare q\u00eb ai t\u00eb gjej\u00eb alibi p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar aty n\u00eb skut\u00ebn e vet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur gjall\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e vet me iden\u00eb e nj\u00eb komploti kund\u00ebr tij. Ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb betej\u00eb t\u00eb ndahet e djathta nga Berisha.
