Shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb mesmen n\u00eb Gjilan. Xhuli Spahiu, u diplomua n\u00eb shkencat Parapsikologjike. Poetesha, dhe humanistja Xhuli Spahiu, \u00ebsht\u00eb e dashuruara e atdhetarizm\u00ebz, mike e dashur e t\u00eb palumturve, dora e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebshill\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkrahje.<\/p>\n

Edhe krijimi m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl e do pak shpirt dhe zem\u00ebr, q\u00eb ai krijim t\u00eb rroj.<\/p>\n

Libri i Xhuli Spahiut \u201e Dizajno jet\u00ebn t\u00ebnde\u201c, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje krijuese e n\u00ebn\u00ebs, e bashk\u00ebshortes, e mikut, e artistit dhe shkenc\u00ebtares, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i fsheh vuajtjet dhe \u00ebndrrat, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb hallosur. Un\u00eb jam poete dhe psikologe, shprehet Xhuli. Kam nj\u00eb publik timin q\u00eb m\u00eb do. Disa prej tyre m\u00eb thurin k\u00ebng\u00eb dhe m\u00eb dhurojn\u00eb poezi. Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb historike mund t\u00eb lindin vepra dhe ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dialog poetik me koh\u00ebn, shkrimtari s\u00b4mund ta braktis\u00eb lirin\u00eb, sespe nuk ka arrati nga liria. Krijuesit e t\u00eb gjitha fushave sot p\u00ebrballen nga shkat\u00ebrrues t\u00eb liris\u00eb. Shkrimtari e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00b4i artikujoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat e tij p\u00ebr liri.
