T\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, q\u00eb u plagos\u00ebn r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga ciflat, iu ndryshoi jeta p\u00ebrgjithnj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk mund t\u2019ua kthej\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt familjeve apo t\u2019i sh\u00ebroj\u00eb s\u00ebrish ato trupa t\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuar. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi themelore e qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia t\u00eb vihet ne vend dhe q\u00eb viktimat e k\u00ebsaj b\u00ebme t\u00eb tmerrshme t\u00eb shohin, q\u00eb ata q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb ligjore e morale p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb krim, t\u00eb japin llogari p\u00ebr veprimet e tyre. Por, qeveria shqiptare jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ka neglizhuar zbardhjen e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb G\u00ebrdecit, por n\u00eb fakt, ka ushtruar n\u00eb maksimum pushtetin e saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar q\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb shesh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb kontekstin e vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb gjyqin e G\u00ebrdecit, jan\u00eb ngritur pik\u00ebpyetje t\u00eb tjera. Askush nuk e ka mbrojtur m\u00eb fuqimisht sesa un\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjyq\u00ebsorit shqiptar. Por edhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb besojn\u00eb fort n\u00eb autonomin\u00eb e gjykatave, k\u00ebto vendime jan\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme, e madje zhg\u00ebnjyese. Rast pas rasti, Gjykata dha vendime p\u00ebr \u201cdhunimin e rregullave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cshkat\u00ebrrimin e pron\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb neglizhenc\u00ebs.\u201d Por si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ajo iu shmang me kaq p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri elementit ky\u00e7, faktit qendror t\u00eb tragjedis\u00eb s\u00eb G\u00ebrdecit: q\u00eb 26 njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm u vran\u00eb nga ato shp\u00ebrthime dhe q\u00eb dikush \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ato jet\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vepra e k\u00ebsaj qeverie shkon kund\u00ebr konceptit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do gj\u00eb tek elita politike shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb mentaliteti. Sot, klasa qeveris\u00ebse shqiptare i p\u00ebrmbahet nj\u00eb koncepti t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, e madje regresiv, se g\u00ebzon privilegje n\u00eb raport me njer\u00ebzit e zakonsh\u00ebm, se ka imunitet nga sundimi i ligjit, se nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohet vullnetit t\u00eb popullit. Asgj\u00eb nuk ka influencuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb minuar progresin drejt demokracis\u00eb q\u00eb i duhet vendit, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa k\u00ebto q\u00ebndrime arkaike t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve me pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb demokraci e re. Gjat\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar q\u00eb prej r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit, nevoja e saj m\u00eb e madhe ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi i institucioneve ky\u00e7e t\u00eb nj\u00eb demokracie: nj\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb media t\u00eb \u00e7liruar, nj\u00eb sistem elektoral q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb realisht i lir\u00eb dhe i ndersh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb shtet ligjor q\u00eb e lufton realisht korrupsionin dhe q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj i vlefsh\u00ebm si p\u00ebr ata me pushtet, ashtu dhe p\u00ebr ata pa pushtet, nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb politike q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e aft\u00eb t\u00eb arrij\u00eb konsensusin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb lidhen me interesin komb\u00ebtar, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrim i pareshtur p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur nevojave t\u00eb popullit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Asgj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur. Shikoni qeverin\u00eb aktuale. Vepra q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pas shkon t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht kund\u00ebr konceptit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Ajo ka kanosur gjykatat n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb rutin\u00eb, madje edhe n\u00ebn fasad\u00ebn e nj\u00eb ligji antikushtetues lustracioni. Ka sulmuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb posht\u00ebruese zyr\u00ebn e Prokurores s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, teksa ajo p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb gjente p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr tragjedit\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec dhe n\u00eb 21 Janar 2011. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb kufizoj\u00eb lirit\u00eb e medias, p\u00ebrmes ligjeve shtr\u00ebnguese dhe jodemokratike dhe p\u00ebrmes presionit ndaj ambienteve n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat funksionon media. Dhe rast pas rasti, ajo ka manipuluar dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn demokratike m\u00eb themelore, procesin elektoral. \u00cbsht\u00eb e trishtueshme, q\u00eb p\u00ebrkundrejt gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebve t\u00eb mira q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb qeveri largpam\u00ebse, reformiste dhe pro demokracis\u00eb, kjo qeveri ka treguar nj\u00eb interes aktiv, e madje obsesiv, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb objektiv: pushtetin, me \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ajo q\u00eb i nevojitet Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb thjesht politikan\u00eb m\u00eb rinor\u00eb, por nj\u00eb mentalitet i ri. Burrat e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit, si Nelson Mandela n\u00eb Afrik\u00ebn e Jugut apo i ndjeri Vaclav Havel i Republik\u00ebs \u00c7eke, ishin burra n\u00eb mosh\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb madhe, por besimi tek idealet demokratike ishte thelbi i karakterit dhe qenies s\u00eb tyre. Ky besim udh\u00ebhiqet \u00e7do veprim q\u00eb b\u00ebnin dhe \u00e7do vendim q\u00eb merrnin.
