K\u00ebshtu, \u00e7\u00ebshtja doli shum\u00eb m\u00eb e thell\u00eb dhe serioze sesa mendohej. Pra, aspak nuk b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb, si\u00e7 po krijohej bindja, p\u00ebr terminologji joshkencore dhe joadekuate q\u00eb evidentohej n\u00eb tekstet shqiptare t\u00eb historis\u00eb andej e k\u00ebndej kufirit (Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb) lidhur me Perandorin\u00eb Osmane.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, e gjith\u00eb kjo fushat\u00eb kund\u00ebr Historiografis\u00eb shqiptare qart\u00ebsohet n\u00ebse ia hedh nj\u00eb sy librit \u201cThell\u00ebsia Strategjike\u201d, autor i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ministri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb turk. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr voluminoz dhe duhet t\u00eb them jasht\u00ebzakonisht imponues (pjes\u00ebt t\u00eb cilat i lexova), shqiptar\u00ebt cil\u00ebsohen si Mbetje Osmane (f. 382), e cila mbetje si e till\u00eb ka rolin e vet n\u00eb thell\u00ebsit\u00eb e strategjis\u00eb politike turke n\u00eb plan t\u00eb gjer\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe n\u00eb \u201cekuilibrat zonale\u201d (f. 96).<\/p>\n<p>Dhe, sipas autorit, n\u00ebse Turqia synon p\u00ebrmasat e nj\u00eb fuqie t\u00eb till\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb parasysh m\u00ebsimin e psikologut Laing, i cili pohon sa vijon: \u201dPersoni i cili b\u00ebhet i huaj p\u00ebr trupin e vet, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs humb edhe elementet e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb personale dhe p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb perceptoj\u00eb vetveten me nj\u00eb vetvete false t\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizuar pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb jasht\u00eb vet\u00ebs\u201d, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb thellohet kjo ndjenj\u00eb kriza rritet dhe personi hyn brenda nj\u00eb labirinti krize\u2026\u201d. Nga kjo, Davutogllu nxjerr analogjin\u00eb vijuese: \u201dEkuivalenti i trupit t\u00eb personit n\u00eb nivelin shoq\u00ebror \u00ebsht\u00eb dimensioni histori\/hap\u00ebsir\u00eb. Tjet\u00ebrsimi i shoq\u00ebrive ndaj dimensionit t\u00eb vet historik\/hap\u00ebsinor \u00ebsht\u00eb si hyrja e personit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vetvete false, duke u tjet\u00ebrsuar ndaj trupit t\u00eb vet\u201d(f.86). Sakaq, dimensioni historik\/hap\u00ebsinor i Turqis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Perandoria Osmane, fati i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u201cu p\u00ebrvijua n\u00eb Ballkan\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dhe gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb. N\u00ebse kjo formul\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb re t\u00eb imputuar si Mbetje Osmane, at\u00ebher\u00eb ata do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb \u201cvet\u00ebdijesoheshin\u201d se kan\u00eb devijuar rrug\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur po vetidentifikoheshin p\u00ebrbrenda tyre dhe n\u00eb relacion me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt si Komb Shqiptar. Natyrisht, e para e pun\u00ebs q\u00eb historian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb b\u00ebnin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mohojn\u00eb pushtimin osman, dhe, n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, historiografia shqiptare do t\u00eb duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsoj\u00eb (lexo anatemoj\u00eb) t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb iu kund\u00ebrvun\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane duke nisur me Gjergj Kastriotin-Sk\u00ebnderbeun, duke vazhduar me lord\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb (si\u00e7 i quajn\u00eb historian\u00ebt europian\u00eb Bushatasit e Tepelenasit), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pat\u00ebn p\u00ebr synim formimin e shtetit shqiptar, me Rilind\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb, me prij\u00ebsit popullor\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, me elit\u00ebn politike e intelektuale shqiptare t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha koh\u00ebrave, pra e gjith\u00eb atyre dhe asaj q\u00eb jan\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijes qytetare e komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7ka t\u2019i b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs historike q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, jo me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre, u detyruan q\u00eb identitetin e vet komb\u00ebtar e shtet\u00ebror ta nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb n\u00eb konfrontim t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm me Port\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb, si pasoj\u00eb e mohimit dhe ndalimit q\u00eb vinte nga kjo an\u00eb. Konfrontim ky q\u00eb kulmoi me organizimin e Revolucionit Komb\u00ebtar Shqiptar t\u00eb vitit 1912, e i cili Perandoris\u00eb Osmane ia imponoi k\u00ebrkesat v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb reduktuara, por q\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja ishte se me zbatimin e tyre mbi t\u00eb gjitha do t\u00eb definohej, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht zyrtarizohej, p\u00ebrkufizimi hap\u00ebsinor i tyre (Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb etnik\u00eb) n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ata e ndienin veten krejt komod\u00eb me vet\u00ebdijen e konsoliduar p\u00ebr prejardhje iliro-arb\u00ebrore, banor\u00ebve autokton\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, dhe se ata- shqiptar\u00ebt, gjuha e tyre shqipe, doket e zakonet e tyre, q\u00eb ishin krejt tjera nga ato t\u00eb osman\u00ebve, kishin mbijetuar, zhvilluar dhe ishin baz\u00eb e fuqishme konvergimi brendakomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb preokupim ka nj\u00eb moment relaksues, dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se klasa politike shqiptare, k\u00ebndej e andej, e ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb raportin midis Politik\u00ebs dhe Historiografis\u00eb: Politika larg Historiografis\u00eb, apo si\u00e7 deklaruan nivelet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta politike t\u00eb dy shteteve shqiptare: \u201cHistoria shkruhet nga akademik\u00ebt\u201d dhe se \u201chistorian\u00ebt kan\u00eb para vetes nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb: ta thon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe asgj\u00eb pos t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs\u201d. Historian\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm e me etik\u00eb profesionale kaq duan. Nd\u00ebrsa e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se historian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb madje t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb klim\u00eb e cila do t\u2019u mund\u00ebsonte q\u00eb t\u00eb merren me veten e tyre n\u00eb kuptimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, pra nj\u00eb klim\u00eb europiane.<br \/>\nNuk jam e informuar sesa jan\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni bota intelektuale turke dhe vet\u00eb ministri n\u00eb fjal\u00eb turk, se mendimi shqiptar sot, si Mbetje Osmane e konsideron haxhiqamilizmin e per\u00ebnduar n\u00eb vitin 1915, dhe se n\u00eb fakt kjo sintagm\u00eb zgjon nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe e d\u00ebbuese te shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, ajo q\u00eb ne duhet t\u00eb na b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se n\u00eb produksionin elitar mendor shqiptar nuk gjenden konstruksione fyese e mohuese p\u00ebr turqit si popull e komb. P\u00ebrkundrazi. Duke filluar q\u00eb me kujtimet e Teodor Muzak\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb birit t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt humb\u00ebn gjith\u00e7ka me rastin e pushtimit osman t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb -\u201chap\u00ebsir\u00ebs shqiptare\u201d, evidentohen edhe mendime afirmative p\u00ebr turqit. Madje, Neoshqiptar\u00ebt e famsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr faktit q\u00eb kreu shqiptar mbreti Zog, ishte shum\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb krahasim me Turqin\u00eb avanconte n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn modernizuese-oksidentalizuese, n\u00eb fillimet e tyre predikonin Kemalizm\u00ebn (Kemal Ataturku), me \u00e7ka n\u00ebnkuptonin reforma t\u00eb cilat Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me pozit\u00ebn e jasht\u00ebzakonshme gjeografike do ta shnd\u00ebrronin n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb organike t\u00eb kontinentit t\u00eb saj-Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dhe Turqin\u00eb i lidhin shum\u00eb fije miq\u00ebsore e sidomos prezenca e miliona qytetar\u00ebve me prejardhje shqiptare n\u00eb at\u00eb vend.
