Profesor Qosja, si i gjykoni konfliktet e fundit politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri?<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb baz\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij konflikti politik q\u00ebndron pangopshm\u00ebria pushtetore e kryetarit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha. Nuk i mjaftojn\u00eb 22 vjet n\u00eb politik\u00eb, por do dhe vite t\u00eb tjera deri sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Do shum\u00eb t\u00eb rrij\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. Nuk mendon se iu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Kryeministri dhe kreu i PD-s\u00eb, Berisha, tashm\u00eb ka uzurpuar t\u00eb gjitha institucionet si SHIK-u, Prokuroria, Gjykatat, Presidentin etj.<\/p>\n

A mendoni se \u00ebsht\u00eb cenuar demokracia n\u00eb vend dhe liria e institucioneve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuk ka lidhje me demokracin\u00eb ajo. Kushti i par\u00eb i demokracis\u00eb, faktor\u00ebt e par\u00eb t\u00eb saj jan\u00eb ndarja e pushteteve, e para. Dhe e dyta, mediat e lira. As pushtetet e ndara n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pavarura dhe as nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i medieve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb lira. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb shantazhuara, jan\u00eb t\u00eb blera, i jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar presioneve dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuara, si\u00e7 ishte rasti i nj\u00eb TV-je komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Komisioni Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, PD-ja dhe qeveria Berisha kan\u00eb krijuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb vot\u00ebs n\u00eb parlament nj\u00eb kaos sa i p\u00ebrket pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni. Kemi nj\u00eb reagim t\u00eb ambasador\u00ebve si t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe SHBA-ve, por edhe Baronesh\u00ebs Ashton dhe Drejtorit t\u00eb DASH-it, Moore. Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi juaj p\u00ebr k\u00ebto mesazhe n\u00eb kamban\u00ebn q\u00eb i tundet qeveris\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ato jan\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues q\u00eb d\u00ebshmon se Berisha do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u2019i falsifikoj\u00eb zgjedhjet dhe t\u2019i fitoj\u00eb zgjedhjet n\u00eb tryez\u00eb. N\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra si, falsifikime, blerje, me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime dhe shantazhe dhe me metoda t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb i ka d\u00ebshmuar deri m\u00eb tani. Por, ruajna zot, Berisha mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb dhe mjete m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do t\u00eb shoh\u00eb se do t\u00eb humb\u00eb zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb gjykimin tuaj, Profesor, \u00e7far\u00eb i ka sjell\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb qeverisja 8-vje\u00e7are e Berish\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb disa gj\u00ebra q\u00eb deshi nuk deshi Berisha, disa gj\u00ebra u b\u00ebn\u00eb. Disa gj\u00ebra t\u2019i dikton pushteti vet\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ato gj\u00ebra q\u00eb b\u00ebri abuzoi me pushtetin.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb folur dhe shkruar shpesh her\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr median shqiptare dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb kryeministri Berisha ka lidhje me serb\u00ebt dhe klanet e tyre ekonomike. A keni ndonj\u00eb informacion ju z. Qosja mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jo, nuk kam informacione t\u00eb tilla. Un\u00eb nuk merrem me \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb sigurimit dhe nuk mund t\u00eb kem kurrfar\u00eb informacioni, se ai ka qen\u00eb lidh\u00eb me grupe t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb Sigurimit serb apo n\u00eb lidhje me grupe t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

A shikoni shpres\u00eb pas dat\u00ebs 23 qershor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, a do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb politikb\u00ebrja?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un\u00eb di vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gj\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb jet\u00ebsore, jetike, ekzistenciale, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrrim t\u00eb pushtetit. Dhe ky nd\u00ebrrim pushteti i sjell Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra, shum\u00eb kontribute, veprime t\u00eb dobishme dhe masa t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin e saj. Sepse po t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb i nj\u00ebjti njeri pushtetin p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte katastrof\u00eb historike.<\/p>\n

Sot (dje) kemi nj\u00eb fyerje t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Kryetarja e Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, zj. Jozefina Topalli, e cila iu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs nj\u00eb shprehje shum\u00eb banale dhe jo t\u00eb hijshme, \u201cdo shkoni p\u00ebr lesh\u201d. Komenti juaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrse i thoni zonj\u00eb, zonjat nuk flasin ashtu. Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha e zonjave, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha e rruga\u00e7eve. Shikoni, ata q\u00eb flasin me k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb n\u00eb Parlament nuk e kan\u00eb vendin n\u00eb parlament. Duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebbohen prej parlamentit. Opozita dhe e majta e bashkuar ka deklaruar se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajo fituese e zgjedhjeve pas dat\u00ebs 23 qershor, \u00e7far\u00eb prisni ju nga kreu i PS-s\u00eb, Edi Rama, si e shikoni ju si Kryeminist\u00ebr t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, a do tu sjell\u00eb shpres\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edi Rama ka qen\u00eb Kryetari Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs shum\u00eb i suksessh\u00ebm dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e ka n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e qeverisjes. Por, t\u00eb qeveris\u00ebsh nj\u00eb qytet dhe t\u00eb qeveris\u00ebsh nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj. Vota e tyre p\u00ebrcakton shum\u00eb vitet e ardhshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.
