N\u00eb mediet kosovare kjo figur\u00eb anashkalohet. Ai ishte profesor n\u00eb universitetin e Gracit (Austri). Ibrahim Rugova shkruante: \u201cN\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e vet Maloki tregoi interesim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje etnopsikologjike t\u00eb realitetit dhe t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb popullit shqiptar pastaj p\u00ebr filozofin\u00eb, \u00e7far\u00eb mu nd t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet edhe n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn e tij kritike\u201d. Malokin ka shkruar nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb studimesh t\u00eb ndryshme, ku ka shprehur pik\u00ebpamjet dhe mendimet e tij moderne p\u00ebr Kombin dhe shtetin, p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, zgjidhjen e problemit shqiptar; kritikat e tij letrare kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqiptare nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs objektive.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim ne do trajtojm\u00eb Krist Malokin, pik\u00ebpamjet dhe vler\u00ebsimet lidhur me lidershipin shqiptar rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb si tem\u00eb kryesore problemin shqiptar. Pik\u00ebpamjet e tij rreth problemeve shqiptare ai i trajton n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme sociologjike, juridike, filozofike, psikologjike, sipas m\u00ebsimeve q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Graz-it, duke i inkorporuar k\u00ebto fusha me elementet e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare e duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb analiza t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebr ta kuptuar vetveten. P\u00ebr t\u2019u inkuadruar n\u00eb tem\u00ebn q\u00eb kemi zgjedhur, ne duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb me shkrimin e tij t\u00eb (mir\u00eb)njohur \u201eOriental apo okcidental?\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Lidershipi shqiptar oriental a aksidental I nxitur nga ngjarjet socio-politike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht t\u00eb viteve 1930\u2019 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Maloki paraqiti shkrimin e tij \u201eOriental apo okcidental?\u201c, duke hyr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb dialogun q\u00eb zhvillohej at\u00eb koh\u00eb \u201end\u00ebrmjet Pleqve dhe t\u00eb Rinjve\u201c. Sipas Malokit, n\u00eb \u201e&#8230;luft\u00ebn tragji-komike nd\u00ebrmjet Pleqve dhe t\u00eb Rinjve\u201c jan\u00eb dalluar disa rryma q\u00eb mund t\u00eb klasifikohen me sa vijon:<\/p>\n<p>a) rryma e par\u00eb q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr \u201eobjekt sulmimi\u201c kolltuk\u00ebt qeveritare. Dhe se, shton Maloki, bajraku i t\u00eb Rinj\u00ebve ishte motoja e padukshme \u201eUlu ti, t\u00eb hypi un\u00eb!\u201c, nd\u00ebrsa Pleqt kishin \u201eBes\u00ebn\u201c,<\/p>\n<p>b) rryma tjet\u00ebr mundohej ta paraqiste gjendjen si luft\u00eb mes gjeneratave t\u00eb ndryshme, prirje kjo q\u00eb nga Maloki refuzohet kategorisht, duke arsyetuar se \u201eproblemi Pleq a t\u00eb Rinjt s&#8217;ka pun\u00eb me njat luft\u00eb e me generacione n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje biologjike-sociologjike!\u201c;<\/p>\n<p>c) p\u00ebr Malokin kishte edhe nj\u00eb rrym\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti i afrohej thelbit t\u00eb problemit dhe kjo ishte lufta mes \u201emendsinash e botkuptimesh\u201c. M\u00eb konkretisht b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201eluft\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Orientalizm\u00ebs dhe Okcidentalizm\u00ebs\u201c. Q\u00eb rryma e tret\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohej m\u00eb drejt, Maloki shpjegonte fillimisht se \u00e7ka kuptohet me semantik\u00ebn e fjal\u00ebve orientaliz\u00ebm dhe oksidentaliz\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sikur t\u00eb mos kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb shpjegim t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre koncepteve, ai do ishte keqkuptuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. Duke e arsyetuar rrym\u00ebn e tret\u00eb, Maloki jep argumenti se \u201clufta e ardhme asht luft\u00eb e djal\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare kundra anmikut n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb vet, asht luft\u00eb mend\u00ebsie krijuese kundra nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsie destruktive, asht luft\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptimi drite kundra nj\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptimi err\u00ebsire, asht lufta Okcidentale shqiptare kundra Orientalizm\u00ebs shqiptare&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Semantika Orientali shqiptar p\u00ebrshkruhet si nj\u00eb person q\u00eb i pret t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb mirat vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr vete nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Bota p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb burim i \u201cpashterrun mjetesh, qejfesh e lezetesh t\u00eb cilat i shfryt\u00ebzon n\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e metod\u00eb&#8230;\u201d Sakrific\u00ebn vet\u00ebmohuese, ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb nuk i njeh, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, orientali shqiptar \u201ci ngjitet trupit kolektiv dhe shoqnor dhe ja thith gjakun pa asnj\u00eb droje e skrupull\u201d. M\u00eb tutje Maloki vazhdon shpjegimin e tij duke p\u00ebrcaktuar se, orientalisti \u201cs`njef turp a marre&#8230; aj ska cip\u00eb q\u00eb t`i nxihet&#8230; \u00ebsht\u00eb i zoti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha&#8230; shet ba`e nan\u00eb&#8230; p\u00ebr mos me than shpirtin e trupin e vet; vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t`i shkoj kungulli mbi uj, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb mos t`i prishen telat e karadyzenit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa idealet q\u00eb ka orientalisti jan\u00eb \u201ckolltuku e llokma\u201d dhe p\u00ebr ta arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim e \u201cp\u00ebrdor aj \u00e7do mjet\u201d kurse instinktet e tij jan\u00eb \u201ct`ujkut monoambulant, t`ujkut tek &#8230; deviza e tij karakteristike q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjell asht nj\u00eb thanie &#8230; \u201ckudo rafsha, mos u vrafsha!\u201d. Atdheu \u00ebsht\u00eb burim ku ushqehet orientali dhe e shfryt\u00ebzon at\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa pse prishet nj\u00eb shtet, komb a bot\u00eb, s`\u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00eb, shpjegon Maloki. Burimi i orientalizmit \u201casht nj\u00eb dhanti (=darov\u00eb) fatale e kristianizmit, me gjith\u00eb q\u00eb e nj\u00eb kristianizmi euro-aziatik&#8230;\u201d Dhe ky burim vjen me ndarjen e kish\u00ebs dhe sundimin bizantin, thot\u00eb teoria e Malokit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta konkretizuar edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb burimin e orientalizmit te shqiptari shton: \u201cPor s`ishte aq fort ndamja (skizma) kishtare se sa njaj shpirt i administrat\u00ebs bizantine plot angth e myk q\u00eb u pllakos si nj\u00eb shpirt\u00ebr e zez\u00eb si nj\u00eb hije murtaje mbi mbar\u00eb kombin shqiptar&#8230; dmth. ner mardh\u00ebniet e shqiptarit me shqiptarin dhe ner marr\u00ebdhaniet e shqiptarit me shtetin epror\u00ebt e tij u fut e u p\u00ebrhap shirita bizantine si nj\u00eb epidemi rr\u00ebnimtare dhe e deformoi karakterin e drejt t\u00eb shqiptarit n\u00eb nj\u00eb boll\u00eb amorfe e sisfingore\u201d. Kurse Turqia e m\u00ebvonshme trash\u00ebgon dhe kujdeset p\u00ebr \u201cmiraz-in bizantin\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Oksidentalzmi shqiptar n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr vler\u00ebsohet e kund\u00ebrta orientalizm\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb studiuesi Maloki vler\u00ebsonte se \u201cshqiptar\u00ebt e sotsh\u00ebm (at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm sh\u00ebnimi i imi) gjinden aq larg nga okcidentalizma e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb&#8230;\u201d. Ai shprehet shum\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe u b\u00ebn me dije se \u201cvet djelmnia e shkollueme e ka gabim kur kujton se okcidentalizma p\u00ebrmbahet vet\u00ebm ner veshje e mbathje evropiane, apo n\u00eb t\u00eb ndejunit plot kot\u00ebsi ner sallona&#8230;\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Oksidentalizmi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb d\u00ebftohet me kryerjen e ndonj\u00eb detyre t\u00eb ndershme&#8230; bile karakterizohet edhe me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ai e ngarkon vet\u00ebn, pra me vet\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb, me detyra t\u00eb r\u00ebnda bile edhe jasht\u00eb detyrave ordinare e t\u00eb domosdoshme&#8230; lart\u00ebsia morale rreth nj\u00eb ideje t\u00eb lart&#8230; rreth nj\u00eb \u201cideje q\u00eb s`ka pun\u00eb me kolltuke, me llokma e me meashe&#8230;\u201d na shkruan Krist. Ai thot\u00eb se oksidentali shqiptar duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shembull pozitiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Shpirti fisnik q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb demonstroj\u00eb me at\u00eb se si \u201cmerr pjes\u00eb ner dhimbjet e brenga t\u00eb bot\u00ebs peran\u00eb!\u201d. Vijimi dhe edukimi n\u00eb shkollat evropiane nuk t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb oksidental, sepse edhe n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ka orientalizma, shpjegon autori Maloki.<\/p>\n<p>Studiuesi Maloki na jep edhe shembuj konkret q\u00eb dalin nga shkrimet e tij lidhur me shqiptarin orientalist. Ai k\u00ebshtu e quan Ahmet Zogun, \u201cnj\u00eb oriental dinak n\u00ebn mask\u00ebn e nj\u00eb gentleman-i, nj\u00eb injorant karagjoz me hijen e nj\u00eb dashunori shkencash e artesh, nj\u00eb gangster ballkanik e i p\u00ebrgjakun me gjestet e nj\u00eb borgjezi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpirtsh\u00ebm&#8230;\u201d Kurse ata q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen i quan marioneta teatrore. Dhe gjith\u00eb individ\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur q\u00eb i kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer Zogut i analizon edhe n\u00eb aspektin psikologjik duke futur n\u00eb loj\u00eb edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e \u201cmarionetave\u201d dhe edukimit e Abas Kupi, Ga\u00e7o Gogo-ja dhe Dr. Nu\u00e7i Kotta q\u00eb thot\u00eb se, megjith\u00eb dallimeve individuale, ata kan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt \u201cnj\u00eb romantiz\u00ebm fantazmagorik, nj\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptim anakronik dhe nj\u00eb vetmohim (a vet\u00ebmashtrim) verbues dhe shkat\u00ebrrimtar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse mercenar i quan \u201c&#8230;ata zogista andej e k\u00ebndej bot\u00ebs q\u00eb spekulojn\u00eb me rriardhjen e \u201cMbretit\u201d, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i sigurue vedit sot a nes\u00ebr nj\u00eb cop\u00eb buk\u00eb apor ndonj\u00eb ofiq qibari\u201d. Zogu nuk ka pas ndonj\u00eb koncept t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb politik, ai nuk ka lodh\u00eb mendjen e tij p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e vendit dhe kombit, dhe n\u00ebse ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb di\u00e7ka, ai at\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr interesin e vet, sipas motos \u201cshteti jam un\u00eb!. \u201d Dhe n\u00eb \u201cqoft\u00eb se ka pas\u00eb Ahmet Zogu ndonji fjal\u00eb apor ideologji politike, ajo ka qen\u00eb e p\u00ebrmbajtun n\u00eb diviz\u00ebn revoltuese e d\u00ebrmuese: \u201cQ\u00ebllimi i shejtnon mjetet!\u201d\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrforcuar k\u00ebt\u00eb mendim, Maloki cek disa d\u00ebshmi (akte) e vjen n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim se A. Zogu ka qen\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm \u201cpo ta lypte nevoja d.m.th. interesi i tij&#8230;&#8230;. me i pranue t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e shteteve t\u00eb ndryshme rreth e perqark Shqipnis\u00eb&#8230; q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjihet mbret&#8230;\u201d. Ai e quan Zogun fotokopje t\u00eb Esat Toptanit, njeri materialist (Zogu duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb pas nj\u00eb rini n\u00eb varf\u00ebri) q\u00eb i mungojn\u00eb gjitha vetit\u00eb e vlerave ideale, dhe vazhdon m\u00ebtutje duke b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe vler\u00ebsimin e bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tij ku shprehet \u201cdo t\u00eb mjaftonte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim psikologjik apor nj\u00eb pikturim&#8230; i rrethit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb &#8230; e sidomos brenda koh\u00ebs 1925-39 d.m.th t\u00eb personave q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb vegla imediate t\u00eb dallavereve zogolliane: nj\u00eb galeri e gjall\u00eb korrupsionistash, kriminelash, pederastash, kodosh\u00ebsh e kontrabandistash &#8230; q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet materializmi i rr\u00ebnjosur shpirtnor i \u201cmbretit t\u00eb derrave\u201d (simbas Faik Konic\u00ebs!)&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistemi i organizimit t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb Hylli i Drit\u00ebs n\u00eb numrin e n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1935 me titull: Diktatur\u00eb, liberaliz\u00ebm apor shtet autoritar? Krist Maloki shtjellon k\u00ebto koncepte dhe me vler\u00ebsimet e analizat e tij mundohet t\u00eb shpjegoj\u00eb se cila nga parimet e p\u00ebrmendura do i p\u00ebrshtatej m\u00eb s\u00eb miri shtetit shqiptar t\u00eb lodhur. Lidhur me konceptin \u201cdiktatur\u00eb\u201d si sistem i mundsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shtetin shqiptar, ai jep disa shembuj me disa shtete t\u00eb asaj kohe, si Gjermania dhe Italia, duke shpjeguar se kjo form\u00eb ishte e pap\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kjo sepse, nuk ekzistonin n\u00eb ato koh\u00eb\u201cklasa t`atilla shoqnore, kompakte o plot ideale kolektive \u2013nacjonale\u201d, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mblidhnin \u201cturmat shoqnore\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sikur b\u00ebn\u00eb Musolini dhe Hitleri, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet sugjerimit t\u00eb \u201cshpresave t\u00eb reja\u201d dhe rr\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb tyre me nj\u00eb \u201cideal i ri komb\u00ebtar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb ushtrie e xhandarm\u00ebri, dhe se nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb zgjidhte problemet vitale e paq\u00ebsore t\u00eb kombit. P\u00ebr rrethanat ekzistuese t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb 1930\u2019, kur fryma e liberalizmit ishte aktuale dhe ishte futur edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Maloki k\u00ebt\u00eb ide q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e quan \u201cpseudoideologjie\u201d! Ai thot\u00eb \u201ce v\u00ebrteta asht se liberalizem do me than : konkurrenc\u00eb e pakufishme, konkurenc\u00eb me \u00e7do mjet, a ma mir\u00eb: konkurrenca pa shpirt e pa shkrupull\u00eb, shkurt: dallavere orientale&#8230;\u201d. Koncepti, principi i liberalizmit \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Malokin dhe kjo p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb \u201canalfabeti (t) bilmez\u201d shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb s`ka kurrfar\u00eb haberi p\u00ebr problemet dhe nevojat jetike t\u00eb kombit e t\u00eb shtetit- n\u00eb liberaliz\u00ebm \u201cmbi fatet e atdheut\u201d dhe se \u201cnj\u00eb demokraci e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e ka vendin ndoshta n\u00eb Zvicer, Franc\u00eb, e n`Angli\u00eb d.m.th.n n\u00eb ato shtete q\u00eb kan nj\u00eb tradicjon politik shekullor, ku populli s`ka as 5 perqind analfabeta\u201d, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ky grup njer\u00ebzish do t\u00eb votonin me siguri \u201c90% p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesa oriental&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Maloki pohon dhe thekson numrin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb analfabetizmin nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb pas t\u00ebrheqjes s\u00eb Turqis\u00eb nga Ballkani. Mendohet s\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, popullata t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb 90-95% analfabet. Maloki kujton se n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fare e njohur dallimi mes Potestas dhe Auctoritas. N\u00eb shpjegimin q\u00eb i b\u00ebn koncepteve t\u00eb dh\u00ebna m\u00eb lart, ai shpjegon edhe q\u00ebndrimin e tij p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn tranzicion t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 1930. P\u00ebrderisa koncepti potestas n\u00ebnkupton forc\u00ebn brutale e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese, auctoritas \u00ebsht\u00eb forc\u00eb imponuese shpirt\u00ebrore produktive me besim t\u00eb plot\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha pun\u00ebt e shtetit bahen n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e popullit.<\/p>\n<p>Potestas nuk e merr parasysh elementin e vullnetit t\u00eb popullit, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn ky element injorohet fare, kurse n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr shteti q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq sipas principit t\u00eb auctoritas, mb\u00ebshtetet kryesisht n\u00eb vullnetin dinamik. Sipas analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb Malokit \u201cauctoritas mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb vet\u00ebm njata prijsa e burra shteti, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, pos zot\u00ebsis\u00eb (shkenc\u00ebtare-mendtare-praktike), kan edhe kualitete morale, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb paraqiten sidomos nen deviz\u00ebn: Bes\u00eb, Burrni\u00eb, e Nder shqiptari!\u201d. P\u00ebrgjigja q\u00eb Maloki i jep pyetjes, se cili sistem i organizimit shtet\u00ebror\u00eb do t`i p\u00ebrshtatej m\u00eb s\u00eb miri Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb po e trajtojm\u00eb? \u00cbsht\u00eb: nj\u00eb sistem autoritar.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo ai nuk jep ndonj\u00eb sqarim si do kishte mundur q\u00eb ky sistem autoritar t\u00eb ngrihej brenda rrethanave ekzistuese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ideja shqiptare dhe shteti apor kombi e Malokit Nd\u00ebr shkrimet e nivelit shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb e t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb Malokit, v\u00ebshtruar n\u00eb aspektet studimore politiko-juridike, sociologjiko-filozofike, duhen p\u00ebrmendur: Ideja shqiptare\u201d dhe\u201cShteti apor kombi!\u201d. K\u00ebto shkrime t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht lidhen p\u00ebrher\u00eb me trajtimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve brenda shqiptare. Kur flet p\u00ebr dallimin mes kombit dhe nacionit, Maloki jep nj\u00eb shpjegim shum\u00eb t\u00eb bukur, q\u00eb e thon\u00eb edhe filozof\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb shpjegim ai e b\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen dhe dallimin mes kombit dhe nacionit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta kuptuar dallimin, s\u00eb pari ai jep shpjegim p\u00ebr teorin\u00eb rreth kombit, q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb kuptim etnik, t\u00eb cilin Maloki e shpreh\u00eb si vijon \u201ckombi p\u00ebrmbledh n\u00eb gji t\u00eb vet nji grumbull personash q\u00eb jan\u00eb lidh\u00eb shoq me shoq (ideal!) n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjakun e fisin e njajt dhe ma fort n\u00ebp\u00ebr nji bot\u00ebshikim e bot\u00ebkuptim (Weltanschauung!) t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Porse ky bot\u00ebkuptim bazohet ma fort nder ndjenja d.m.th. nder kujtime abstrakte t\u00eb nji vitaliteti t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb (=t\u00eb gjakut!) dhe jo aq nder kujtime abstrakte t\u00eb nji sistemi filozofik e racional\u201d. Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, me siguri duke u bazuar n\u00eb filozof\u00ebt gjerman\u00eb e francez\u00eb, ai e shpjegon sakt\u00eb edhe nocionin nacion, se ka kuptim politik, dhe q\u00eb lind n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebn her\u00eb fillon krijimi i shteteve n\u00eb kuptimin e sotsh\u00ebm (shek. XVI sipas K.M.).<\/p>\n<p>Me nacion n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, shpjegon Maloki, kuptohet \u201cpopulli shtetnor\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb term etnik, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton, p\u00ebrfshin, e i kalon edhe kufijt\u00eb shtet\u00ebror. Dhe k\u00ebshtu ai vjen n\u00eb pik\u00ebn ku thot\u00eb se, duke u bazuar n\u00eb shpjegimet e lartcekura, ideja nacionale nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb pune me iden\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Nisur nga ky k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim Krist kujton \u201cencikllopedistat\u201d shqiptar\u00eb brenda e jasht\u00eb se, nacionalist mundet me qen\u00eb si vlleh\u00ebt, si grekofon\u00ebt apo edhe jevgjit e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. I brengosur p\u00ebr kombin t\u00eb cilit i takonte dhe e donte aq shume, n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb dhe pa p\u00ebrdor\u00eb shprehje diplomatike ai do t\u00eb shkruante: \u201cGabimin ma t\u00eb madh e ma t\u00eb trash\u00eb e bajn\u00eb nder ne disa fantasta, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt &#8211; t\u00eb marrun mendsh n\u00ebp\u00ebr studimet e shkencat e veta eoretike &#8211; xhixhilluese &#8211; p\u00ebrpilojn\u00eb plane politike -shtetnore pa u interesue aspak se a hyn nder ato kallepe (eoretike) materiali real i kombit dhe vendit (gjeografik e geopolitik) shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u vue n\u00eb dajak dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u d\u00ebrgue mandej nder klaset e para t\u00eb shkollave shqiptare q\u00eb t\u00eb mesojn\u00eb s\u00eb paku geografin\u00eb dhe historin\u00eb e kombit shqiptar. Jo, zotni, p\u00ebr me ngreh\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet, ashtu n\u00eb kuptimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, nuk jemi t\u00eb zot na tridhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm. Dhe do t\u00eb kondendohemi edhe ma tutje me nj\u00eb gjendje gjysmake, p\u00ebr mos me than\u00eb provizore; sepse na &#8211; arkitektat fantasta &#8211; s\u2019kemi haber mbi materialin real, sepse na s\u2019e njofim as kombin, as vendin, as &#8230; Sepse na kemi ndoshta shum\u00eb dije (dituri shkenc\u00ebtare!) por jo mend e shpirt! &#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ai nuk jep vet\u00ebm kritik\u00eb, por shpjegon se si mundet t\u00eb dilet nga gjendja ekzistuese kur thot\u00eb: \u201cDhe zgjidhja e \u201cProblemit Shqiptar\u201d k\u00ebrkon para s\u00eb gjithash shum\u00eb mend e shpirt. Djelmnia shqiptare asht m\u00ebsue me e shikue kombin e vendin e vet n\u00ebp\u00ebr syzat e do vagabondave t\u00eb tymosun kafehanesh, apor t\u00eb do pseudo &#8211; pedagog\u00ebve pedant\u00eb e skolastik\u00eb, apo edhe t\u00eb do shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb huej q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pas\u00eb as zotsin\u00eb e nuk e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb kurr\u00eb mundimin e duhun p\u00ebr me i kushtue problemeve tona nj\u00eb \u201cv\u00ebmendje\u201d t\u00eb plot\u00eb e objektive.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj s\u2019asht \u00e7udi q\u00eb brenda djelmnis\u00eb shqiptare vlon nj\u00eb anarki pik\u00ebpamjesh e mendimesh mbi kombin, popullin e vendin e vet. Dhe, \u201cshp\u00ebtimtar i kombit\u201d mund t\u00eb quhet me gjith\u00eb mend ai shpirtmadh q\u00eb i fal\u00eb asaj djelmnie ideologjin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cShqiptarizm\u00ebs\u201d reale &#8211; komb\u00ebtare.\u201d I shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr fatin e kombit, por edhe me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb kombi t\u00eb marr\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e duhur, me dhimbje e emocion nj\u00ebkohsisht, me logjik\u00eb dhe frym\u00eb idealiste, pra n\u00eb frym\u00ebn okcidentale, Krist Maloki do t\u00eb shprehej: \u201cFjal\u00ebt e pallavrat e kafeneve e as bisedat e shkrimet akademike s\u00b4e shpejtojn kombin nga vdekja q\u00eb i kercnohet. Jo, shpetimi i kombit shqiptar varet vetem nga ndergjegj\u00ebja e tij\u00eb. Dhe ket\u00eb ndergjegj\u00ebje mund t\u00b4a zgjoj\u00eb dhe t\u00b4a ndezi vetem flaka dinamike e nj\u00eb djalerije t\u00eb past\u00ebr, t\u00eb nj\u00eb djalerije vetmohimtare dhe plot aktivitet shemb\u00ebllor.<\/p>\n<p>Nga aparati mekanik-qeveritar s\u00b4ka shka pritet n\u00eb k\u00ebto pun\u00eb. Qeverija mund t\u00b4i dor\u00ebzoj popullit ila\u00e7e e mjete per kurim e perparim, porse ajo s\u00b4mund t\u00eb kujdesohet edhe per mir\u00ebperdorimin e tyne. K\u00ebto t\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb pun\u00eb ndergjegjjeje, jan\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb shpirtit. Dhe shpirti ndezet vetem nga nj\u00eb shpirt tjeter, nga nj\u00eb shpirt i flak\u00ebt&#8230;\u201d Rreth lidershipit shqiptar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs D\u00ebshira e Malokit p\u00ebr \u201c&#8230;nj\u00eb djalerije t\u00eb past\u00ebr &#8230;nj\u00eb djalerije vetmohimtare\u201d, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cshp\u00ebtim\u201d komb\u00ebtar nuk arrihet. Me gjith\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr kombin e t\u00ebr\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebria m\u00eb 1913 dhe m\u00eb 1919 cungohet. Pjes\u00eb t\u00eb kombitshqiptar i jepen nga Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha t\u00eb koh\u00ebs shteteve t\u00eb etura ballkanike. Edhe Kosova, si pjesa m\u00eb e ndjeshme nga gjitha pjes\u00ebt tjera t\u00eb banuara me shqiptar, hyn\u00eb n\u00eb trajtimet e Malokit.<\/p>\n<p>Mendimet rreth Kosov\u00ebs kryesisht ai i shpreh n\u00eb letrat e tij, t\u00eb cilat nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb edhe pjes\u00eb d\u00ebshmie e koh\u00ebs dhe q\u00ebndrimeve q\u00eb ai i p\u00ebrmbahej. Ai brengosej po ashtu n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, mbase ishte edhe vendlindja e tij. N\u00eb letr\u00ebn d\u00ebrguar Kazim Prodanit, (t\u00eb cilin e vler\u00ebson shum\u00eb, duke e quajtur se \u201cjeni nj\u00eb tip i ve\u00e7ant politikan dhe zhurnalist shqiptar\u201d dhe i vetmi q\u00eb e meritonte t\u00eb quhet ashtu sipas profesorit), dalin shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna dhe mendime interesante t\u00eb Malokit rreth problemeve shqiptare dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti Kosov\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht asaj q\u00eb n\u00eb dokuemtat diplomatike europiane t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb para cop\u00ebtimit njihej si Upper Albania. (ne p\u00ebr sakt\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb themi Shqip\u00ebria Verilindore).<\/p>\n<p>Maloki shpreh\u00ebe shqet\u00ebsimet e tij, ve\u00e7anarisht p\u00ebr sjelljet e \u201celit\u00ebs\u201d shqiptare t\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb (vitet 1950\u2019) vepronte e sillej duke e \u201crefuzuar\u201d identitetin e vet, duke u munduar t\u00eb mbulohej me nj\u00eb petk t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fenomen ne letr\u00ebn e par\u00eb d\u00ebrguar Prodanit shkruan: \u201cnj\u00eb realitet tjet\u00ebr i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb as gjysma e kosovar\u00ebve as q\u00eb kan prishur ndjenjat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi dhe liri komb\u00ebtare&#8230; paraqiten m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si turq se si shqiptar\u00eb&#8230; me gjith\u00eb se s`dinin turqisht&#8230;Akademiku kosovar preferon zyrtar, spitalet, dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjet shtetrore jashta Kosov\u00ebs, m\u00ebsuesi i normal\u00ebs kosovare k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb futet o ner qytete o ner krahina sllave, ku paska \u201cma lezet jeta\u201d&#8230; n\u00eb policin sekrete (UDB) me qindra kosovar &#8230; qenk\u00ebkan m\u00eb t\u00eb zot dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7kath\u00ebt &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Populli i fushave dhe mal\u00ebsive kosovare i ka l\u00ebn zakonet dhe adetet e mo\u00e7me shqiptare dhe ka nisur ta g\u00ebzojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn o fare orientale o fare moderne, n\u00eb da\u00e7 si kundrejt seksit fem\u00ebror si dhe seksit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkund\u00ebrt&#8230; hajde pastaj dhe i beso shqiptarizmit t\u00eb kompatriot\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb!&#8230;\u201d Maloki flet p\u00ebr \u201cpisll\u00ebk shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Maloki \u201cProblemin Kosovar\u201d e ka p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb, madje edhe duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb propozime se si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet \u201cinternacionalizimi\u201d i saj. Me gjith\u00eb kontaktet dhe vler\u00ebsimet e ndryshme q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb, ai nuk gjen dot shok\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb studim serioz q\u00eb do ta l\u00ebvizte \u201cProblemin Kosovar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Koleg\u00ebt e tij, n\u00ebn presionin e kushteve politike n\u00ebn t\u00eb cilat jetonin, e kishin refuzuar nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb atille, duke argumentuar se \u201cende s\u2019kishte ardh koha\u201d, apo duke u fshehur pas frazave evazive. Maloki ishte nj\u00eb personalitet q\u00eb n\u00eb shpirtin e vet kishte barr\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare. Shpesh her\u00eb ai shprehej: \u201cune jam kosovar nacjonalist, kam qen\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn t&#8217;ime kosovar patriot&#8230;\u201d nd\u00ebrsa procesin e shp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e shpreh\u00eb duke sh\u00ebnuar: \u201cShp\u00ebtimi i Kosov\u00ebs dhe ringjall\u00ebja e Shpirtit Kosovar munt t\u00eb vij\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga brenda dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb verteta dhe t\u00eb perbashk\u00ebta kulturrale t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kosovar\u00ebve, kudo qofshin n\u00eb bot\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfundim Figura e dijetarit shqiptar nga Kosova, gjegj\u00ebsisht Shqip\u00ebria Verilindore, q\u00eb ka jetuar e vepruar n\u00eb Grac t\u00eb Austris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur ngusht\u00eb me \u201cpolitik\u00ebn e Kombit Shqiptar\u201ddhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e kombit shqiptar luante nj\u00eb rol kryesor n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e tij. P\u00ebr at\u00eb \u201ctotaliteti\u201d(sipas filozofis\u00eb s\u00eb Aristotelit), Kombi Shqiptar, kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e saj. Shkrimet e tij edhe pse nga gjuha ishin t\u00eb ashpra, ishin reale dhe p\u00ebrkonin me realitetin shqiptar. Ato shkaktonin \u201cdridhje\u201d kur publikoheshin. Dhe si njeri \u201cidealist\u201d me zem\u00ebr n\u00eb kombin kudo dhe ngado q\u00eb shkonte, ai b\u00ebnte kritika p\u00ebr ato fenomene negative n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, t\u00eb cilat e hendikaponin zhvillimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u201cpisll\u00ebqe shpirt\u00ebrore\u201dq\u00eb lundronin n\u00eb kombin e tij, q\u00eb n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn e tij ishte n\u00eb rangun e par\u00eb, ai vuante shum\u00eb, brengosej tejmase. Ishte nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar i rrept\u00eb i asaj \u201celite\u201d shqiptare q\u00eb ishte e infektuar nga \u201corientalizma\u201d. K\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb djal\u00ebri t\u00eb past\u00ebr. Dhe vet\u00ebm djal\u00ebria e past\u00ebr q\u00eb do duhej t\u00eb dilte nga vet\u00eb shpirti i Kombit, do ta shp\u00ebtonte at\u00eb. Kritikonte oksidentalizmin formal, nd\u00ebrsa e avancon at\u00eb oksidentalizmin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb e t\u00eb past\u00ebr. Duke njohur mir\u00eb organizimet e shoq\u00ebrive n\u00eb per\u00ebndim, i ndikuar edhe nga filozof\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj, ai kurr nuk kishte distanc\u00eb nga identiteti shqiptar, p\u00ebrkundrazi, ai elementet kryesore q\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin \u201cshpirtin shqiptar\u201d Besa, Ndera dhe Burrnia ishin elemente q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjellin gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ai i mbronte k\u00ebto tri elemente t\u00eb \u201cshpirtit shqiptar\u201dme nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb interesante dhe nuk kishte kurrfar\u00eb probleme q\u00eb ato t`i harmonizonte si veti t\u00eb shenjta edhe me filozofin\u00eb moderne t\u00eb organizimit shoq\u00ebror\u00eb. Ai n\u00eb k\u00ebto tre elemente shihte edhe baz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb shqiptare oksidentale. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dijetarin ton\u00eb, gjendja kombit shqiptar e r\u00ebndonte n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Ishte idealist por edhe realist dhe gj\u00ebrat i shikonte n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb objektive, mbase edhe si shkenc\u00ebtar q\u00eb ishte, ai nuk i lejonte vet\u00ebs t\u00eb shkruante dhe t\u00eb fliste pa gjuh\u00ebn e argumentit. Puna e Krist Malokit \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Mendimet tij rreth temave t\u00eb ndryshme lidhur me kombin shqiptar, ai i shtjellon nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.
