Akuzoi edhe opozit\u00ebn shqiptare se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb zi se opozita serbe.<\/p>\n<p>I b\u00ebri t\u00eb dyja p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me faj\u00ebsimin e opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar d\u00ebshtimin e qeverisjes n\u00eb procesin e integrimit. Shpifi se gjoja ne bllokuam Kodin Penal. N\u00eb fakt e votuam at\u00eb p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebrisht n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e caktuar pasi i b\u00ebm\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm. E donte si qorri syt\u00eb nj\u00eb alibi q\u00eb nuk ia dham\u00eb, bllokimin e kodit. E tani s\u2019ka \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7se t\u00eb shpif\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se asnj\u00eb lloj lidhje nuk ka mes sjelljes e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe mosreagimit pozitiv t\u00eb Komisionit Europian. P\u00ebrkundrazi jemi p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuar n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast nga partner\u00ebt europian\u00eb p\u00ebr kryerjen deri k\u00ebtu me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha detyrave tona t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb si opozit\u00eb n\u00eb raport me procesin e integrimit. Praktikisht jan\u00eb miratuar t\u00eb gjitha kodet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb 3\/5 e votave. E jo thjesht jan\u00eb miratuar, po jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar n\u00eb element\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb tyre fal\u00eb kontributit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve socialist\u00eb. Por kjo qasje e qart\u00eb proeuropiane e opozit\u00ebs sigurisht nuk i volet kryeministrit t\u00eb mbetur zbuluar para Bashkimit Europian dhe opinionit publik shqiptar. E n\u00ebse BE-s\u00eb nuk ia hedh dot me pallavra antiopozitare, ai k\u00ebrkon medoemos t\u2019ua hedh\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve duke faj\u00ebsuar deri n\u00eb marr\u00ebzi opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Shpif shpif se di\u00e7ka mbetet \u00ebsht\u00eb tanim\u00eb i vetmi program q\u00eb i ka mbetur Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i bindur shqiptar\u00ebt se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe anasjelltas, se edhe opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb. I ka ecur n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn duke p\u00ebrfituar nga p\u00ebr\u00e7arja shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb ka ushqyer 22 vjet me radh\u00eb si nj\u00eb antikomunist sherrnxit\u00ebs, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar 22 vjet t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb par\u00eb si nj\u00eb komunist luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebs. Shpreson se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u2019i ec\u00eb duke i m\u00ebshuar p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes e duke kultivuar urrejtje ndaj opozit\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar fal\u00eb hendekut q\u00eb mban hapur mes shqiptar\u00ebve. Por le t\u00eb pyesim pak historin\u00eb se ajo n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ndihmon k\u00ebdo q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave historike dhe jo t\u00eb shpifjeve e t\u00eb balt\u00ebs s\u00eb shtres\u00ebzuar n\u00eb vite nga Sali Berisha n\u00eb mendjen e shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Historia tregon se kur ishte President i Republik\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi, kryeministri i sot\u00ebm theu embargon nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u2019i \u00e7uar naft\u00eb regjimit kriminal e thell\u00ebsisht antishqiptar t\u00eb Sllobodan Milloshevi\u00e7it. Partia Socialiste at\u00eb koh\u00eb foli fort kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj tradh\u00ebtie t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare megjith\u00eb terrin mediatik q\u00eb kishte imponuar Sali Berisha si President i Republik\u00ebs. A ia \u00e7oi naft\u00ebn Kasapit t\u00eb Beogradit sepse si\u00e7 thon\u00eb disa goj\u00eb t\u00eb liga, ka ngr\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn komuniste ndonj\u00eb lug\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7orb\u00ebn serbe, apo sepse si\u00e7 thon\u00eb faktet e k\u00ebtyre 7 viteve t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb korruptuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb makut i dh\u00ebn\u00eb pas paras\u00eb kudo ku ajo i shfaqet, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e dim\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb dyja bashk\u00eb, po sidoqoft\u00eb s\u2019ka si mos t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00ebra nga t\u00eb dyja, sepse nuk gjendet dot nj\u00eb arsye e tret\u00eb q\u00eb kreu i shtetit shqiptar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb apo t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet biznes me nj\u00eb regjim armik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve si\u00e7 ishte ai i Sllobodan Milloshevi\u00e7it. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur ky i fundit rrinte kruspull n\u00eb strofull\u00ebn e tij, krejt i izoluar nga bota q\u00eb e kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn embargo.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas erdhi koha e luft\u00ebs frontale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me Kasapin e Beogradit, kur n\u00eb horizontin e p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr liri t\u00eb tyre u shfaq\u00ebn sigla dhe komunikatat e para t\u00eb nj\u00eb force t\u00eb quajtur Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs. Se \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb hequr protagonist\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb asaj force heroike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e qeverisur nga Sali Berisha e t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00ebn hijen e dhunshme t\u00eb SHIK-ut t\u00eb tij fam\u00ebkeq, k\u00ebt\u00eb e din\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ata. E di edhe kushdo tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ose m\u00eb von\u00eb, ka pasur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb mbi peripecit\u00eb e tyre brenda territorit t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb. N\u00eb vend se t\u00eb liheshin t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre si n\u00eb vendin am\u00eb, ata p\u00ebrndiqeshin k\u00ebmba-k\u00ebmb\u00ebs si shtrigat n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e inkuizicionit. Por ajo q\u00eb dihet bot\u00ebrisht tanim\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se si u soll publikisht Saliu, kur ishte shef i opozit\u00ebs, me Ushtrin\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ua rrokanisi kok\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebve me k\u00ebrdisjet p\u00ebr U\u00c7K-n\u00eb, me z\u00ebrin e figur\u00ebn e tij dhe p\u00ebrmes gazetave q\u00eb i b\u00ebnin jehon\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb ngjashme si dy pika uji me ato t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb armiqve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb nuk e imagjinonin dot Kosov\u00ebn as t\u00eb lir\u00eb e as t\u00eb pavarur nga Serbia. Nuk la sharje e shpifje pa l\u00ebshuar ndaj \u201cmarksist\u00eb-leninist\u00ebve\u201d, \u201cterrorist\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb\u201d, \u201cnarkotrafikant\u00ebve\u201d, \u201cbandit\u00ebve\u201d e \u201ckriminel\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, dihet bot\u00ebrisht po ashtu se \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebri edhe qeveria socialiste e Fatos Nanos para shp\u00ebrthimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, edhe qeveria socialiste e Pandeli Majkos gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar barr\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb mor\u00ebn p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr themeluesit e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ta mb\u00ebshtetur U\u00c7K-n\u00eb n\u00eb realizimin e misionit t\u00eb saj historik. A iu kund\u00ebrvu Sali Berisha U\u00c7K-s\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht sepse U\u00c7K-ja gjeti mb\u00ebshtetje tek armiqt\u00eb e tij socialist\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet apo iu kund\u00ebrvu n\u00eb vazhd\u00ebn e nj\u00eb politike t\u00eb karakterizuar nga lakeizmi ndaj Beogradit(?), p\u00ebr arsye q\u00eb disa thon\u00eb se i din\u00eb po q\u00eb mbeten sidoqoft\u00eb t\u00eb paditura zyrtarisht, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e dim\u00eb. Por historia e k\u00ebsaj periudhe s\u00eb paku tregon qart\u00eb se kush ishte dhe kush nuk ishte n\u00eb krahun e duhur t\u00eb historis\u00eb k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, deri kur lufta i uli pal\u00ebt n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebs s\u00eb Rambujes\u00eb. Dhe s\u2019ka dyshim se n\u00eb krahun e duhur t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve mungonte deri aty Sali Berisha, ashtu si\u00e7 mungoi edhe n\u00eb momentin kulmor t\u00eb Rambujes\u00eb kur doli e b\u00ebri nj\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb kasapit t\u00eb Beogradit i ra si dhurat\u00eb nga qielli n\u00ebse nuk e ka ditur m\u00eb par\u00eb. Doli \u00e7ak\u00ebrrdisht hapur kund\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjes q\u00eb e d\u00ebshironin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aleat\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn luajti rolin e vet t\u00eb dokumentuar historik edhe qeveria socialiste e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas, mu ashtu si\u00e7 u p\u00ebrvodh duke i ikur duarsh tutorit t\u00eb tij Ramiz Alia p\u00ebr t\u00eb hipur n\u00eb anijen e fitimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Dhjetorit \u201990 fal\u00eb aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb tij t\u00eb njohura prej manipulatori publik, kryeministri i sot\u00ebm u p\u00ebrvodh edhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u ngjitur me fitimtar\u00ebt e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn tanim\u00eb i ka mbetur pa th\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e udh\u00ebhoqi ai at\u00eb luft\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, politikisht Shqip\u00ebria e Kosova kan\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund nga rrengjet e m\u00ebtejshme q\u00eb ky p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebs i madh i shqiptar\u00ebve mesveti, mund t\u2019u b\u00ebnte n\u00eb sinkronin e disaher\u00eb provuar me interesat e Beogradit. Zor ta thuash t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb kur vjen puna tek ca afera ekonomike me leverdi t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz t\u00eb lidhur me mafian serbe mes Beogradit e Tiran\u00ebs. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ku dua vet\u00ebm t\u00eb theksoj nj\u00eb gj\u00eb: Me Serbin\u00eb e sotme pa asnj\u00eb dyshim duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie sa m\u00eb dobishme me interes reciprok, n\u00eb kuadrin e zhvillimit dhe integrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonit n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, se sa mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb Partia Socialiste e dyshueshme p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo lidhje t\u00eb err\u00ebt me Serbin\u00eb apo e faj\u00ebsueshme p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00ebndrimi gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebve, q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndihmuar Serbin\u00eb e Sllobodan Milloshevi\u00e7it apo t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur pa asnj\u00eb rezerv\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb konstante Kosov\u00ebn e lir\u00eb, demokratike e t\u00eb pavarur, k\u00ebt\u00eb e thot\u00eb historia. E thot\u00eb p\u00ebrmes fakteve q\u00eb zmbrapsin jehoh\u00ebn e shpifjeve e t\u00eb p\u00ebrbaltjeve nj\u00ebzetvje\u00e7are t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe isove t\u00eb mediapolifonis\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri apo edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb vet\u00eb s\u2019mund t\u00eb jem ve\u00e7se krenar q\u00eb sot kam privilegjin ta udh\u00ebheq Partin\u00eb Socialiste, si nj\u00eb forc\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00ebzet vjet mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gabime, po n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb fajin e tradh\u00ebtis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare apo t\u00eb lajthitjes politike me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet madhore t\u00eb kombit e t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi. E pik\u00ebrisht sepse n\u00eb vitin 1999 Shqip\u00ebria ishte n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e respektit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, fal\u00eb kontributit historik t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb socialiste e t\u00eb popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr menaxhimin e nj\u00eb krize humanitare t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme si ajo e shkaktuar me qindramij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrz\u00ebn\u00eb barbarisht nga trojet e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Serbia ishte delja e zez\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e bot\u00ebs demokratike, sot nuk mund t\u00eb mos e them a\u00e7ik se \u00ebsht\u00eb turp\u00ebruese p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia t\u00eb hyj\u00eb p\u00ebrpara nesh n\u00eb der\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs s\u00eb integrimit europian.<\/p>\n<p>Esht\u00eb turp\u00ebruese jo pse hyn Serbia, po pse nuk hyn Shqip\u00ebria dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb turp Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk po ia le as Komisioni Europian, as opozita, as shqiptar\u00ebt e zakonsh\u00ebm jo e jo. Por po ia le pik\u00ebrisht qeveria dhe kryeministri i saj, i cili thjesht r\u00ebndon barr\u00ebn e turpit t\u00eb vet kur k\u00ebrkon t\u2019u ik\u00eb dallg\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb duke u hedhur mbi komerdaren e turbofolkut pseudonacionalist p\u00ebr t\u00eb faj\u00ebsuar opozit\u00ebn si sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb(!).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund nj\u00eb n\u00ebnvizim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb lexuesit e k\u00ebtyre radh\u00ebve: Un\u00eb kam b\u00ebr\u00eb e do t\u00eb b\u00ebj \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb mundem, bashk\u00eb me gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebt socialist\u00eb e me opozit\u00ebn si e t\u00ebr\u00eb, q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb mos mbetet edhe n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e ardhshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb tret\u00ebn her\u00eb rresht n\u00eb provimin e Komisionit Europian. N\u00ebse kryeministrit i mjafton t\u00eb faj\u00ebsoj\u00eb opozit\u00ebn e mua personalisht, mua vet\u00eb nuk m\u00eb mjafton t\u00eb them t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e fakteve q\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e pashmangshme t\u00eb tij e t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb mosp\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrave t\u00eb integrimit. Sepse deri k\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb argumentin, po jo sfid\u00ebn e integrimit. Prandaj nuk do t\u00eb rresht s\u00eb ftuari pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr dhe s\u00eb ofruari kontributin ton\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb mos vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohet n\u00eb pragun ende t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb paradhom\u00ebs s\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian.
