Ka disa muaj q\u00eb Presidenti n\u00eb detyr\u00eb pothuajse \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur persona non grata n\u00eb vendin e vet. Ngulfatja e funksionit t\u00eb Presidentit dhe p\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb t\u00eb denigrohet personaliteti i tij, me siguri e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tagrit p\u00ebr bllokimin e procesit t\u00eb integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti k\u00ebtu q\u00eb t\u00eb analizohet performanca dhe gabimet eventuale t\u00eb Presidentit Topi, po \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti t\u00eb denoncohet tendenca primitive e eliminimit t\u00eb z\u00ebrit t\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb shtetit. N\u00ebse ai President ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, ka procedura parlamentare e ligjore p\u00ebr ta denoncuar at\u00eb shkelje. Por, eliminimi i pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb kremte, me urdhra q\u00eb nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb axhend\u00ebn e protokollit t\u00eb shtetit, jan\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda ligjore dhe morale.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti moral. Si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb vendin ku kremtohet bes\u00eblidhja shqiptare e t\u00eb promovohet bes\u00ebpremja? N\u00eb fakt, sipas komunikat\u00ebs nga zyra e Presidentit Topi, n\u00eb ftes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb i ka shkuar nga organizatori, ka ndodhur bes\u00ebpremja, sepse Presidenti \u00ebsht\u00eb fshir\u00eb nga lista e fol\u00ebsve n\u00eb kremte. Nuk e besoj se ka ndonj\u00eb person q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje logjike se si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje kulmore komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb mund t\u00eb privohet nga e drejta e fjal\u00ebs Presidenti i Shtetit, i cili me Kushtetut\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb simbol i unitetit t\u00eb popullit. Por, duket se as q\u00eb ka ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje logjike.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrgjigje logjike e sjellje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme, Shqip\u00ebria tashm\u00eb do ta kishte marr\u00eb statusin e shtetit kandidat p\u00ebr integrim n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian e mbase edhe dat\u00ebn e fillimit t\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit. Por, meq\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebrgjigje logjike e sjellje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme t\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb shtetit, t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb e t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, qytetar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb penalizuar q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb vegjetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb oborrit t\u00eb paraintegrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, brenda shtetit, qytetar\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u2019u n\u00ebnshtrohen seancave t\u00eb tmerrshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit psikologjik nga ana e lider\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb, dit\u00eb p\u00ebr dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb p\u00ebr nat\u00eb. Terrori psikologjik edhe ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb efektet e veta, sepse ka urrejtje e m\u00eb pak dashuri, m\u00eb shum\u00eb ka inate partiake sesa solidaritet shoq\u00ebror. Thjesht, nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb deformuar m\u00ebnyra e rezonimit politik nga terrori afatgjat\u00eb i propagand\u00ebs partiake. Si rezultat i k\u00ebtij deformimi, ka qen\u00eb edhe rr\u00ebnimi i shtetit n\u00eb vitin 1997, edhe mospramimi sistematik i zgjedhjeve, edhe protestat e dhunshme t\u00eb 21 janarit. N\u00eb nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb, posht\u00ebrimi i Presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ctriumfi i radh\u00ebs\u201d i hakmarrjes primitive politike.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, kjo hakmarrje primitive ndaj Presidentit t\u00eb shtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast p\u00ebr reflektim m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. N\u00ebse 568 vjet pas nj\u00eb ngjarjeje q\u00eb kremtohet si themeli i bashkimit dhe i unitetit komb\u00ebtar, ndodh nj\u00eb k\u00ebsi skandali, nj\u00eb k\u00ebso bes\u00ebpremje, gj\u00ebrat duhet t\u00eb shikohen me sy kritik. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm dy mund\u00ebsi: ose nuk ka ngjitur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb bes\u00eblidhjeje e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb e ne shqiptar\u00ebve, por e kemi kompensuar me legjenda, ose jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur degradimi, si pasoj\u00eb e moralizimit komunist, ka njollosur e shkelur me t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebmb\u00ebt edhe traditat m\u00eb sublime t\u00eb bashkimit e t\u00eb unitetit ton\u00eb.
