E th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, OKB i konsideron punonj\u00ebset e seksit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri si viktima t\u00eb prostitucionit, viktima p\u00ebr shkak se ose trafikohen nga pal\u00eb t\u00eb treat, ose detyrohen t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb fush\u00eb duke mos patur asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr.
