Por, interesi racional dhe mbase i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i qytetarit dhe i qeveris\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ekzistoi i pa shk\u00ebputur nga nj\u00ebri tjetri. Qytetaret e Kosov\u00ebs dhe qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguar q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb dhe ti mbajn\u00eb k\u00ebto relacione, sepse n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn do t\u00eb kemi adresim t\u00eb d\u00ebmit n\u00eb shtet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e kuptueshme dhe skajshm\u00ebrisht legjitime q\u00eb \u00e7do qytetar, brenda shtetit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoi \u00e7do lloj informimi dhe ndihme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb evitohet ndalja e jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore dhe t\u00eb mos \u00e7rregullohet ajo n\u00eb teknika t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Politikisht nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakuptueshme se pse kemi n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb shoq\u00ebri racionale dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbase dikush duhet t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb. Por historikisht ndodh qe qeverit\u00eb t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb racionale dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me vet shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs i mandatohet dhe i obligohet se do ta p\u00ebrfill\u00eb duke e informuar dhe duke e ndihmuar n\u00eb ecje n\u00eb jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, duhet ta pranojm\u00eb se n\u00eb vend kemi nj\u00eb ndalje t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb t\u00eb vendimeve inferiore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, e cila i shmanget domosdoshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb informimit dhe ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Madje n\u00eb disa raste k\u00ebto sjellje, i p\u00ebrplot\u00ebson dhe i qart\u00ebson me vendime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb as teknik\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs, q\u00eb manifestohet sipas logjik\u00ebs s\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb interesit t\u00eb pushtetit n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetaret e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb minoritetit serb (t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ), duan qe teknika e dhun\u00ebs t\u00eb zhduket nga jeta e tyre, por kjo d\u00ebshir\u00eb sikur nuk p\u00ebrkon me interesin e gjer\u00eb racional t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, dhe po i p\u00ebrgjigjet me nj\u00eb fanatiz\u00ebm interesave t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb nj\u00eb minoritetit dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie me nuanca diktatoriale.<\/p>\n<p>Viteve t\u00eb fundit kemi pasur dhun\u00eb nga minoriteti serb i Kosov\u00ebs dhe i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Minoriteti k\u00ebt\u00eb dhun\u00eb e tregoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kriminale duke mos lejuar qytetaret tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb nacionalitetit tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosen n\u00eb pronat e tyre, madje edhe ndaj vet shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs dhun\u00ebn e saj e ushtroi disa her\u00eb ndaj qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb Veri u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb tregoi muskujt, e b\u00ebri nj\u00eb sfilit\u00eb t\u00eb teknik\u00ebs s\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, por u kthye me kok\u00eb turpi. Nd\u00ebrsa, ne Jug tregoi muskujt, dhe e ushtroi teknik\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs, madje me brutalitet ndaj qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar(shih: protestat e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00ebn sigl\u00ebn e VV-s\u00eb), qe kishin disa k\u00ebrkesa legjitime sa i p\u00ebrket interesit t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb tregosh muskujt e dhun\u00ebs mbi t\u00eb dob\u00ebtin dhe mbi ato k\u00ebrkesa legjitime t\u00eb disa qytetar\u00ebve, nuk mund t\u00eb quhet dhun\u00eb legjitime, madje ta provosh at\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb forc\u00ebs ndaj t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit dhe k\u00ebrkesave legjitime \u00ebsht\u00eb abuzim me i madh n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetin. Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pushteti i qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebnd\u00ebrron t\u00eb shtrihet, sepse atje p\u00ebrballet me barrikada dhe akte kriminale, ndaj p\u00ebrton, ngurron t\u00eb tregoi ata muskuj \u00e7oft\u00eb edhe ne retorik\u00ebn e vet politike.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb absurditet politik, sepse pushteti nuk mund t\u00eb provohet n\u00eb aventura t\u00eb tilla selektive, me qytetaret e saj. Seleksionimi n\u00eb qytetar t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe ne qytetar t\u00eb fort\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa legjitime dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa jo legjitime \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithsesi nj\u00eb politik e pakrye e nj\u00eb qeverie aventuriere.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb pakt jan\u00eb ata, edhe me t\u00eb pakt do t\u00eb mbeten ata qytetar qe nuk kan\u00eb nj\u00eb definicion t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb qeveri dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, i cili m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq i provuar t\u00eb zgjedh interesat e veta personale dhe jo t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb japim vet\u00ebm dy tre shembuj qe deri diku e qart\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb model t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs:<\/p>\n<p>1. K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr shtrirjen e sovranitetit t\u00eb shtetit n\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e vendit, e edhe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>2. Kthimi i masave t\u00eb reprocitetit ekonomik (e politik) me Serbin.<\/p>\n<p>3. Mos z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb republik\u00ebs sovrane me fusnot\u00ebn shtjell\u00ebuese (t\u00eb rezolut\u00ebs 1244-er dhe t\u00eb opinionit t\u00eb GJND-s\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Dhe k\u00ebto tri k\u00ebrkesa (jo t\u00eb vetme) t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar nga qeveria konsiderohen jo legjitime, madje ushtrohet dhun\u00eb dhe zhvillohet nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb lin\u00e7uese me akuza si antishqiptare, antievropiane, antiamerikane, etj.<\/p>\n<p>1. K\u00ebrkesa e minoritetit serb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs qe t\u00eb mos njihet pavar\u00ebsia dhe sovraniteti i Kosov\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb penguar p\u00ebr kaq vite me dhun\u00eb dhe me veprime t\u00eb tjera kriminale.<\/p>\n<p>2. T\u00eb gjitha simbolet e shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb Veri, t\u00eb jen\u00eb funksionale dhe ti p\u00ebrgjigjen interesit nacional t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>3. Zgjedhjet serbe t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb t\u00eb organizohen dhe t\u00eb mbahen edhe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs .<\/p>\n<p>Dhe k\u00ebto tri k\u00ebrkesa (jo t\u00eb vetme) t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve serb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga qeveria konsiderohen jo legjitime, por ndaj tyre shfaqet toleranc\u00eb dhe de fakto ato b\u00ebhen legjitime p\u00ebr realitetin n\u00eb veri.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, mes k\u00ebrkesave legjitime t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb aks interesin e zhvillimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe jo legjitime t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve serb q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb aks interesin e degradimit t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, qeveria ka zgjedhur nj\u00ebanshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tregimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, t\u00eb shfaqet atje ku shfaqet i dob\u00ebti dhe t\u00eb mos shfaqet atje ku shfaqja e t\u00eb fortit dhemb n\u00eb palc\u00ebn e vet qeveris\u00eb.
