\"\" Shqip\u00ebria po b\u00ebhet gati t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb epok\u00eb t\u00eb re zhvillimesh politike. Pas nj\u00eb periudhe sundimi t\u00eb sken\u00ebs politike nga Sali Berisha dhe Fatos Nano, ku me luft\u00eb e ku me paqe, dhe pas nj\u00eb nj\u00eb sherrnaje sfilit\u00ebse publike mes Berish\u00ebs dhe Ram\u00ebs, duket se njer\u00ebzit jan\u00eb v\u00ebrtet dhe realisht t\u00eb lodhur. Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb shkuar t\u00eb votojn\u00eb duke zgjedhur mes dy t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave, at\u00eb qe mendonin se ishte e keqja m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl. Por n\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin biologjik, ajo e keqja m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl ka qen\u00eb e till\u00eb pasi nuk ka patur kushtet p\u00ebr tu rritur dhe sapo \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb pjellore, ka pushtuar dhen\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Berisha tashm\u00eb i p\u00ebrket t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. Ai e ka p\u00ebrfunduar ciklin e tij dhe e vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk dihet me sakt\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb apo jo vend n\u00eb muzeun e historis\u00eb, si njeriu q\u00eb luajti protagonistin e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb dy dekada t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs postkomuniste. Fato Nano \u00ebsht\u00eb duke k\u00ebrkuar aleat\u00eb p\u00ebr tu ricikluar n\u00eb politik\u00eb pas nje periudhe pushimesh t\u00eb gjata. Ashtu si\u00e7 ka pohuar edhe vet\u00eb, se historia i shkon nga pas, duket se edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke punuar koha dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kryetar i shtetit, jo p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb merit\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb nga koha kur la kryeministrin\u00eb, por si nevoj\u00eb dhe imponim i diplomacis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr konsensus dhe p\u00ebr mos futjen e vendi n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr spirale krize politike si ajo q\u00eb ngriten n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb Berisha dhe Rama p\u00ebr tre vjet me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Rama nga e tij, duket t\u00eb ket\u00eb humbur kredite nga kok\u00ebfort\u00ebsia me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nxiti dhe menaxhoi kriz\u00ebn politike t\u00eb paszgjedhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ka v\u00ebn\u00eb shishen n\u00eb rradh\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari n\u00eb pritje p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin kur Berisha ta dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb at\u00eb, pasi ti jet\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar mosh\u00ebs, konsumit mendor e fizik dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha erozionit politik brenda partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb ftoheshin t\u00eb votonin sot, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb zgjidhnin s\u00ebrish mes dy t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave dhe mendoj se do t\u00eb zgjidhnin t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Rama. Por duket se skena politike \u00ebsht\u00eb duke p\u00ebsuar disa p\u00ebrthyerje tashm\u00eb. Dhe padyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb formacioni politik i presidentit Bamir Topi ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pritet t\u00eb trazoj\u00eb \u201ckulacin\u201d e thartuar t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare. Por autoriteti i partis\u00eb s\u00eb Topit dhe hap\u00ebsira q\u00eb ajo do t\u00eb z\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, do t\u00eb varet nga njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb do t\u00eb angazhoj\u00eb. N\u00ebse Topi do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si parti p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqurit nga Berisha dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebbuarit nga PD edhe si t\u00eb paaft\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb Topi do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb si partit\u00eb e Cek\u00ebs, Gjinushit, Ndok\u00ebs & Co. Dhe shenjat jan\u00eb. Nuk besoj se ka shqiptar q\u00eb sot do t\u00eb ta mendonte partin\u00eb e Topit shpres\u00eb, duke par\u00eb riciklimin e Aleksand\u00ebr Meksit, apo t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve foklorik\u00eb t\u00eb tipit Blerim \u00c7ela.<\/p>\n

Shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb realisht nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr imazhe t\u00eb reja. Askund nuk ka profesion minist\u00ebr apo deputet q\u00eb t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebn 22 vjet n\u00eb krye t\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs dhe pushtetit, as Genc Rulin t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn minist\u00ebr, as Gramoz Rucin e Namik Doklen t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs deputet\u00eb, e as ca t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb qarkulluar nga nj\u00ebri krah n\u00eb tjet\u00ebrin, nga nj\u00ebra legjislatur\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb treg \u00ebsht\u00eb hedhur edhe Aleanca Kuqezi, por kjo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se parti duket nj\u00eb dalldi shfryrjeje pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsish\u00eb dhe nacionalizmi pa asnj\u00eb lidhje me realitetin. P\u00ebrtej pektut intelektual, baza e saj u ngjason atyre grupeve t\u00eb tifoz\u00ebve q\u00eb kur shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb stadium, ikin duke b\u00ebrtitur \u201do sa mir\u00eb me qen\u00eb shqiptar\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa kur dalin b\u00ebrtasin \u201co sa turp me qen\u00eb shqiptar\u201d, sepse kan\u00eb humbur ndeshjen. Nuk besoj se AK mund t\u00eb ngul\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb identitet si parti, derisa edhe boshti ideologjik i saj jan\u00eb dogma t\u00eb tipit: \u201cNe j\u00ebmi shqiptar\u00eb dhe n\u00eb dejet tona rrjedh gjak kuqezi\u201d.<\/p>\n

E vetmja alternativ\u00eb deri tani e AK \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ckund\u00ebr grek\u00ebve, kund\u00ebr serb\u00ebve, kund\u00ebr maqedonasve, kund\u00ebr turqve\u2026.\u201d. T\u00eb tilla dogma nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vend as n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e para 100 viteve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb sot k\u00ebto jan\u00eb realisht t\u00eb dala mode, por n\u00eb koh\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimesh so k\u00ebto t\u00eb tanishmet, mund tu hapin rrug\u00eb dhe stimulojn\u00eb ide realisht t\u00eb rrezikshme. P\u00ebrpos k\u00ebtyre, l\u00ebvizjen e kompromenton edhe enigma e financimit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb deri tani \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb disa veprimtari duksh\u00ebm me kosto jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl financiare.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb e vetmja mund\u00ebsi reale p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrthyr\u00eb realitetin politik \u00ebsht\u00eb partia e Topit, vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse ai nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb parti sa p\u00ebr inat t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs dhe me t\u00eb idhnuarit e Berish\u00ebs, por nj\u00eb parti q\u00eb t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb alternative reale.<\/p>\n

E megjithat\u00eb k\u00ebtu \u00e7do gj\u00eb munmd t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb. Ne jemi, i vetmi popull n\u00eb bot\u00eb q\u00eb na u desh t\u00eb investoheshim n\u00eb nj\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb armatosur me kosto marramend\u00ebse ekonomike e njer\u00ebzore, si 1997-ta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb president, t\u00eb cilin vet\u00ebm pas 8 vitesh e kthyen n\u00eb pushtet me vot\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Askush nuk ka th\u00ebn\u00eb deri tani se n\u00eb 2005 zgjedhjet ishin t\u00eb manipuluara. Ndaj dhe parashikmet dhe deduksionet logjike k\u00ebtu edhe mund t\u00eb mos rezultojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe nga mes dy t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zgjedhit nj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, p\u00ebr inat t\u00eb dy t\u00eb parave.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
