Nuk mohoet d\u00ebshira e madhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb nisur nga dashuria q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun e tyre, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e natyr\u00ebshme dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rastet meriton t\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebzohet. P\u00ebrmbajtja e librit nuk \u201cgjykon me pathos\u201d (megjith\u00ebse p\u00ebr shum\u00eb raste do t\u2019u bashkohesha opinionist\u00ebve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje), por n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebson element\u00ebt gjeopolitik\u00eb dhe gjeostrategjik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt varen n\u00eb nd\u00ebthurjet dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjet e veprimit t\u00eb faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebrball\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon. Nuk besojm\u00eb se arrin t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet me vend p\u00ebr\u00e7mimi n\u00eb parath\u00ebnien e librit p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka shqiptare, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb shenj\u00ebn e barazimit me produktin e politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vjet.<\/p>\n<p>Historia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e shtrir\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb antikitet dhe e lidhur fort me t\u00eb sotmen shqiptare. Ndoshta do t\u00eb ishte me vend gjykimi i problemit shum\u00eb m\u00eb gjer\u00eb se sa kaq, me gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, b\u00ebjn\u00eb dhe arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb realizojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt brenda dhe jasht\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre jetike e etnike n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre dhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare. Jemi t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se, jo \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit, ngjarjet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e politikb\u00ebrjes shqiptare, se n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshtu, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr Brukselin, Rugov\u00ebn, Berish\u00ebn, Nanon apo dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb \u201cpolitikuaj\u201d, rinia shqiptare nuk do t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbente arm\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb zinxhirin e kolonizimit, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, por do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb priste deri n\u00eb pafund\u00ebsi, q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u2019ia \u201cfalte\u201d Milloshi dje dhe Tadi\u00e7i e Gruevski sot. Djemt\u00eb dhe vajzat shqiptare t\u00eb U\u00c7K-ve u ngrit\u00ebn, luftuan dhe k\u00ebrkuan fitoren. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn dhe vler\u00ebsimin e botimit paraprakisht mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtij botimi edhe njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb prononcuar, q\u00eb jan\u00eb stepur apo m\u00eb keq, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d, kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb alarmoj\u00eb ask\u00ebnd, as autorin e as parashkruesin e librit, pasi as autori as shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i kthejn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb pauses t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d (n\u00ebse mund t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet e till\u00eb n\u00eb misionin e saj).<\/p>\n<p>Shtrimi i problemit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje vlerat individuale t\u00eb autorit, p\u00ebrball\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb vlerave insitucionale q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb platforma brenda saj, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00ebkuptohet \u201ci vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrball\u00eb opinionit\u201d, nuk jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb. N\u00ebse komunikimi me lexuesin shqiptar dhe at\u00eb joshqiptar lidhet me shpalosjen e vlerave individuale t\u00eb autorit, hyr\u00ebsi i botimit nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb \u201chaj\u00eb\u201d paraprakisht mendimin dhe shprehjen e opinionit prej lexuesit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt besojm\u00eb, se jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb thelbin e nj\u00eb publikimi sipas bindjeve dhe gjykimit t\u00eb tyre dhe jo sipas parath\u00ebnies s\u00eb botimit. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse para botimit ka pasur kund\u00ebrshti ndaj k\u00ebsaj \u201cplatforme\u201d, kjo p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk i jep t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn pjes\u00ebs hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje autorin dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vler\u00ebsime superiore p\u00ebr kontributin e tij n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare dhe njohjen e thell\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve ballkanike. Ky mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb opinion individual por kurr\u00ebsesi p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsues. <\/p>\n<p>Vlerat e kuvendeve shqiptare n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Bashkimit Komb\u00ebtar jan\u00eb fondamentale e t\u00eb paz\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsueshme dhe ato n\u00eb thelb kan\u00eb krijuar sot at\u00eb filozofi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendim, \u201cFilozofia e Ribashkimit Komb\u00ebtar\u201d. Edhe n\u00ebse sot ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkruar n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb dokument t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb autentik shqiptar, ne kemi kuptuar se ajo ekziston dhe funksionon brenda genit shqiptar dhe vet\u00ebdijes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Por ndryshe nga kjo vler\u00eb e ardhur thell\u00eb nga historia jon\u00eb e dhimb\u00ebshme mbijetese dhe lavdie, kjo filozofi sot k\u00ebrkon adaptivitetin, uljen me k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb, n\u00eb realitetin politik konkret t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs ballkanike, e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht asaj shqiptare, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb rrug\u00ebzgjidhjeve, larg historizimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Duke mos dashur t\u00eb mbetem peng i paragjykimit t\u00eb individit, ajo q\u00eb na shqet\u00ebson n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb.     <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb aspektin e analiz\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb parashtrimit t\u00eb argumenteve bind\u00ebse, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb me v\u00ebnd q\u00eb n\u00eb pikpamje shkencore etimologjike, t\u00eb shpjegohet sipas fjalorit shqip fjala \u201cnatyrale\u201d. At\u00ebher\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb do t\u00eb pyesim: Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb jonatyralja e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb? Probleme etnike kan\u00eb shum\u00eb shtete n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, ku jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e thon\u00eb, ose pretendojn\u00eb, si\u00e7 pretendojm\u00eb ne shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr Ribashkimin Komb\u00ebtar. Pamvar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cRusi, Angli, Gjermani apo Serbi natyrale\u201d, se po t\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshtu, ndoshta do t\u2019u takonte edhe shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt sot u duhet t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri historike, etnike, politike dhe p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Ribashkuar t\u00eb quajtur \u201cShqip\u00ebri\u201d, kjo justifikohet nga arkivat e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, e cila n\u00eb ndarjen e saj administrative perandorake ka njohur kat\u00ebr vilajetet shqiptare, t\u00eb cilat po brenda k\u00ebtij administrimi kan\u00eb qen\u00eb hap\u00ebsira kompakte etnike q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkisnin Kombit Shqiptar. Po k\u00ebshtu, hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs administrative q\u00eb krijoi qeverisja e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit n\u00eb tre vite t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, e cila me mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb pati mbrojti me arm\u00eb kufijt\u00eb verior\u00eb, lindor\u00eb e jugor\u00eb t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs etnike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, koha na jep t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb pa l\u00ebkundje ribashkimin e \u201cArnautistanit\u201d t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm. Leksioni i ministrit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb nj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe ai i kap\u00ebrcen shum\u00eb dimensionet e nj\u00eb publikimi t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb vetquajtur \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d. Mesazhi politik mbi forcimin e kordonit Turqi \u2013 Selanik &#8211;  Maqedoni \u2013 Shqip\u00ebri \u2013 Kosov\u00eb, ku nuk mbetet jasht\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb ar\u00ebsye edhe Kroacia, sot justifikojn\u00eb lindjen e nism\u00ebs s\u00eb Adriatikut p\u00ebr futjen e vendeve n\u00eb NATO dhe n\u00eb BE, por nuk japin garanci p\u00ebr \u201csahatin\u201d me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn tentohet t\u00eb matet zhvillimi yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtar, edhe pse do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironim shum\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhte pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu. Pavar\u00ebsisht aspirat\u00ebs shekullore dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebs drejt ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar, nuk do t\u00eb ishte e drejt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen rrug\u00eb imagjinare, q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb nxisin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificial dhe t\u00eb quajn\u00eb t\u00eb besueshme lindjen e iluzioneve, qofshin k\u00ebto dhe tek individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb konceptin politiko historik dhe etnik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ne e kemi domosdoshm\u00ebrisht t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebshme dominimin e mendimit t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur se, ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb SHQIP\u00cbRI, e cila brenda saj duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trojet etnike si shtrat i jetes\u00ebs dhe mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit Shqiptar. Em\u00ebrtimet krahinore nuk na pengojn\u00eb aspak t\u00eb shohim brenda realitetit dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb se, d\u00ebshira drejt ribashkimit \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb, d\u00ebshira drejt integrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb dhe rrug\u00ebt e mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebtyre dy proceseve nuk jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb. Brenda k\u00ebtij realitetit, p\u00ebr disa individ\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen nga interesa q\u00eb i din\u00eb vet\u00ebm ata, ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e domosdoshme t\u00eb tejkalohet e v\u00ebrteta, ashtu si\u00e7 ka edhe t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr injorimin e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, por problemi midis shqiptar\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ky, por n\u00eb kushtet ku zhvillohet jetesa e shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrball\u00eb zhvillimeve t\u00eb shpejta gjeopolitike rajonale, t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shpalosim t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn me k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta shqiptare nuk lidhet me faktin e ripublikimit t\u00eb akteve normative nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar situat\u00ebn e sotme coptuese brenda Kombit Shqiptar, e aq m\u00eb keq, duke i konsideruar ato \u201cartificiale\u201d. P\u00ebrsa ato funksionojn\u00eb edhe pas situat\u00ebs luftarake t\u00eb viteve 97-2001n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ato nuk mund t\u00eb injorohen sepse kemi d\u00ebshir\u00eb ne shqiptar\u00ebt. Sot ka vlera denoncimi i tyre n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn ton\u00eb n\u00eb kontekstin e vendimarrjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Edhe pse kjo nuk mjafton p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar, ai sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet i pranuar me ose pa vullnetin e shqiptar\u00ebve. T\u2019i kujtosh sot politik\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht asaj evropiane, e cila i disponon t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb firmosura origjinal me permanganate, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka.<\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta lidhet me parashikimin q\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb thelbin e publikimeve t\u00eb tilla drejt rrug\u00ebzgjidhjeve n\u00eb realizimin e aspirat\u00ebs shekullore. Kjo do t\u00eb na interesonte t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve dhe t\u2019i vinim shpatullat e t\u2019i p\u00ebrkushtonim gjith\u00e7ka nj\u00eb program t\u00eb till\u00eb. E kund\u00ebrta, sjell n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dilem\u00ebn: \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb rastin e mosarritjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtyre afateve dhe t\u00eb mosndryshimit t\u00eb situat\u00ebs me hart\u00ebn qesharake t\u00eb Ballkanit? Edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje duhet menduar dhe opinioni i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb shqiptar k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje. Kujt i takon kjo p\u00ebrgjigje, institucioneve shqiptare apo autorit t\u00eb \u201cplatform\u00ebs\u201d? Sigurisht k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit.    <\/p>\n<p>E v\u00ebrteta nuk lidhet me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe afatet q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u2019u zbatuar, duke i sjell\u00eb ato n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e faktorit politik nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. N\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt sot, brenda apo jasht\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnike e kan\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb forc\u00eb imponuese dhe zbatuese, kjo do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb mrekulli dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb e l\u00ebht\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive q\u00eb sjell n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje. \u201cFaza e tret\u00eb\u201d e formimit t\u00eb \u201cShqip\u00ebris\u00eb Natyrale\u201d, mund t\u00eb konsiderohet pamund\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb zbatimin e k\u00ebsaj \u201cplatforme\u201d, pasi dim\u00eb q\u00eb edhe vet\u00eb autori \u00ebsht\u00eb kryetar i nj\u00eb partie, duke shtuar numrin e parcelizimit politik t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb separatist\u00ebve politik\u00eb brenda tyre.   <\/p>\n<p>Problemi meriton t\u00eb analizohet thell\u00eb me gjakftoht\u00ebsi e n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shkencore, brenda nj\u00eb realiteti q\u00eb vepron me format e tij specifike, se sa nj\u00eb kalim p\u00ebrciptazi i shpalosjes s\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebs dhe aspirat\u00ebs shekullore t\u00eb Kombit Shqiptar edhe p\u00ebr Integrim edhe p\u00ebr Identitet dhe Ribashkim Komb\u00ebtar. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb aspirat\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb luhet as n\u00eb form\u00ebn individuale, e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb as n\u00eb form\u00ebn institucionale, sepse p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb historike jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb lidhura n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb shumfaktor\u00ebsh\u00ebm dhe shumdimnensional politik, i cili nuk ka ar\u00ebsye t\u00eb anashkalohet, e aq m\u00eb keq, t\u00eb injorohet \u201cartificialisht\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtij realiteti opinion shqiptar sjell n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje zhvillimet n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, t\u00eb cilat u kusht\u00ebzuan n\u00eb finalen e tyre nga nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e armatosur e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebn Serbi dhe IRMJ, paralelisht me nj\u00eb veprimtari shum\u00eb e dendur diplomatike e politiko ushtarake, ku vendimarrja ishte n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Kjo vendimarrje, si n\u00eb situata t\u00eb zhvilluara luftarake dhe n\u00eb situata \u201cmir\u00ebkuptimi\u201d funksionon edhe sot. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti kok\u00ebfort\u00eb, i cili na mundon. Ajo nuk mund t\u00eb mos respektohet brenda zhvillimeve ballkanike, ku Kombi Shqiptar ka vendin dhe rolin e tij t\u00eb pamohuesh\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon t\u00eb mbarsur me kriza n\u00eb heshtje dhe t\u00eb hapura, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb konstatohen p\u00ebrplasja e interesave madhore t\u00eb SHBA-ve, Bashkimit Evropian dhe Rusis\u00eb. Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb e aft\u00eb t\u2019i q\u00ebndroj\u00eb kjo \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtyre politikave dhe sa ajo ndikon n\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtimin e proceseve sipas harkut kohor t\u00eb \u201cor\u00ebs\u201d q\u00eb ka d\u00ebshir\u00eb autori i nj\u00eb platforme t\u00eb till\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nuk merret asnj\u00eb shpjegim. Neologjizmat nuk duhet t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si luks p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfaqur n\u00eb opinion euridicionin ton\u00eb personal. N\u00eb rastin konkret, me shum\u00eb u jepet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi termave t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura se sa zgjidhjeve optimal p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare brenda nj\u00eb realiteti q\u00eb vepron. Mund t\u00eb hedhim terma t\u00eb tilla, por e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb kupton opinion brenda tyre. K\u00ebto nuk vlejn\u00eb. Kapelja \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se sa trupi. P\u00ebrgjigjen \u00e7do studjues q\u00eb merret me analiz\u00ebn e situat\u00ebs dhe zhvillimeve politike rajonale, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta gjej\u00eb brenda k\u00ebtij konteksti. <\/p>\n<p>Sa reflekton kjo \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d detyrat imediate p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare?<br \/>\nKam shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar duke u referuar parath\u00ebnies, faqeve 33, 34, 35, 42, 52, 54, 61, 66, etj. n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e n\u00ebvoj\u00ebshme analiza shkak\u00ebsore e problemit. Nuk ka \u201cdrejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb vonuar\u201d, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta ajo q\u00eb vonon, por nuk harron. N\u00eb kontekstin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u201cpratforme\u201d nuk sillet n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve Ribashkimi Komb\u00ebtar, por \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj integrimi pa form\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk qart\u00ebson objektivat n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare, duke mos respektuar analiz\u00ebn shkencore t\u00eb faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb, ekonomik\u00eb e social q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb sot n\u00eb Ballkan. T\u00eb dal\u00ebsh hapur p\u00ebr t\u00eb propoganduar Ribashkimin Komb\u00ebtar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim, as padrejt\u00ebsi, as injorim i situatave t\u00eb tjera, as aventuriz\u00ebm politik, por nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb njer\u00ebzore, kund\u00ebr padrejt\u00ebsive historike. Sjellja n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje e k\u00ebtij procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb, gjetja e rrug\u00ebzgjidhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tilla madhore. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ar\u00ebsye, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje madhore do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nevoj\u00ebshme ndalesa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb problem q\u00eb meriton v\u00ebmendjen e opinionit shqiptar dhe t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese, pse jo dhe t\u00eb atij nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Analiza shkencore e faktor\u00ebve politik\u00eb t\u00eb brend\u00ebsh\u00ebm dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjeopolitik\u00ebn ballkanike, \u00e7on n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin, se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon ekziston \u00e7\u00ebshtja shqiptare e shtruar p\u00ebr zgjidhje, e cila sot \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb dy alternativave: proceseve t\u00eb  integrimit dhe t\u00eb ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar. Nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje thelb\u00ebsore q\u00eb meriton kritik\u00ebn ndaj pal\u00ebve mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse, duke respektuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e q\u00ebndrimit mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. <\/p>\n<p>Integrimi dhe bashkimi Komb\u00ebtar. Vendosja e t\u00eb dy alternativave p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00ebra &#8211; tjetr\u00ebs dhe hapja e debatit mbi p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsit\u00eb e opsioneve me mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim jo racional dhe i paarsyetuar logjikisht dhe shkenc\u00ebrisht, shpesh i q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm dhe armiq\u00ebsor. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb rreshtojm\u00eb nj\u00eb mori element\u00ebsh dezintegrues q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb brenda procesit t\u00eb integrimit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb veprimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb dimensioni t\u00eb shumfaktor\u00ebsh\u00ebm t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur mbi element\u00eb historik, politik, ekonomik, social \u2013 psikologjik e religjioz\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn e Bashkuar (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Ballkan), t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb vete dhe s\u00ebbashku, krijojn\u00eb sfondin e nj\u00eb debati t\u00eb hapur, duke krijuar p\u00ebshtjellim n\u00eb opinionin dhe q\u00ebndrimet e popujve dhe kombeve q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb brenda rajonit t\u00eb trazuar. <\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje delikate meriton nj\u00eb trajtim m\u00eb racional e t\u00eb ekuilibruar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb zbutjen e klim\u00ebs politike dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebrore, duke vler\u00ebsuar ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsit\u00eb e opsioneve t\u00eb shtruara p\u00ebr zgjidhje, mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e kombeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar dhe zhvilluar jet\u00ebn e tyre.<br \/>\nAt\u00ebher\u00eb: Duhet pranuar analiza dhe parashtrimi i q\u00ebndrimeve, q\u00eb proceset e integrimit t\u00eb rajonit ballkanik dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt) nuk ka ar\u00ebsye t\u00eb vendosen p\u00ebrball\u00eb njera \u2013 tjetr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar apo kund\u00ebrshtuar cilindo opsion. <\/p>\n<p>Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e shtrimit t\u00eb problemit dhe debati mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje shpenzon koh\u00ebn dhe energjit\u00eb n\u00eb drejtimin e gabuar, duke nxitur debatin shterp\u00eb dhe faj\u00ebsuar me detyrim k\u00ebdo pal\u00eb t\u00eb pozicionuar sipas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e gabuar.<br \/>\nProceset e integrimit dhe t\u00eb ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar meritojn\u00eb t\u00eb trajtohen si dy procese t\u00eb ligj\u00ebshme, q\u00eb secili ndjek rrug\u00ebn e vet, drejt nj\u00eb realiteti t\u00eb pranuar, pa u v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb me njera &#8211; tjetr\u00ebn dhe pa sulmuar thelbin dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e tyre. Secili prej k\u00ebtyre proceseve ka n\u00eb dispozicion hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e vet, koh\u00ebn e tij, forcat q\u00eb i mb\u00ebshtesin ato dhe nuk mund t\u2019u imponohet popujve dhe kombeve me zgjidhje nga lart\u00eb. Vler\u00ebsimi real i t\u00eb dy proceseve do t\u00eb leht\u00ebsonte maksimalisht realizimin e tyre dhe do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbente paqes dhe stabilitetit n\u00eb rajon.  <\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb mohoet e drejta e integrimit institucionalisht n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian e shteteve dhe popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit, ashtu sikund\u00ebr, nuk mund t\u00eb injorohen k\u00ebrkesat e kombit shqiptar dhe komb\u00ebsive t\u00eb tjera brenda shteteve ballkanike p\u00ebr bashkimin e tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm. \u00cbsht\u00eb konstatuar se k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb tilla nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, por dhe prej kombeve t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u ndalur n\u00eb mjedisin shqiptar, p\u00ebr shum\u00eb ar\u00ebsye, \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e integrimit brenda popullsis\u00eb shqiptare, duke u trajtuar juridikisht sipas shteteve ku jetojn\u00eb mbetet problem delikat dhe i dikutuesh\u00ebm, i cili nuk mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb n\u00eb kushte diskriminimi, pa normalizuar m\u00eb par\u00eb demokratizimin e jet\u00ebs politike e sociale t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre vendeve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Malit t\u00eb Zi, Maqedonis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Greqi. Brenda rendit kushtetues t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shteteve shqiptar\u00ebt ndihen t\u00eb diferencuar dhe n\u00eb raporte diskriminimi me popullsit\u00eb e etnive t\u00eb tjera.   <\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ar\u00ebsye themelore, e cila p\u00ebrball\u00eb propogand\u00ebs dhe masave juridike mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e integrimit, ka nxitur n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare iden\u00eb e ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm. N\u00ebse kjo nuk ndihet n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin dhe deklarimet e subjekteve politike shqiptare n\u00eb shtetet respektive, kjo e drejt\u00eb nuk ka se si t\u2019i mohoet k\u00ebrkesave popullore dhe q\u00ebndrimeve intelektuale, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i p\u00ebrmbahen k\u00ebtij opsioni.<br \/>\nParalelisht me k\u00ebrkesat drejt integrimit evropian, objektivi themelor drejt ribashkimit komb\u00ebtar e ka t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebshme nxitjen dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e shtetit n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb faktorit politik dhe patriotik shqiptar n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e tjera etnike dhe n\u00eb Diaspor\u00eb, drejt veprimtaris\u00eb aktive n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb hapura e demokratike p\u00ebr realizimin e aspiratat\u00ebs shekullore t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Ky opsion parashtron n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trase veprimi respektimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb element\u00ebve veprues politik\u00eb, patriotik\u00eb, organizativ\u00eb e mediatik mbi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e propogandimit t\u00eb hapur t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs s\u00eb Ribashkimit Komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm me emrin Shqip\u00ebri. <\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk mund t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e institucioneve p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese shqiptare p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs ligjore me baz\u00eb patriotike, e cila do t\u2019u n\u00ebnshtrohet k\u00ebrkesave n\u00eb nj\u00eb niveli t\u00eb lart\u00eb organizimi politik dhe patriotik, duke k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ligjore e demokratike reagimet kund\u00ebr veprimtarive antishqiptare t\u00eb nxitura nga qarqet ultranacionaliste n\u00eb rajonin ballkanik e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.  <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb askush nuk mund t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur faktorin patriotik, me synimin drejt q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb unifikuara politike p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e interesave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare kudo q\u00eb ajo jeton. Lidhja midis institucioneve q\u00ebndrore politike, shkencore e sociale t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs dhe institucioneve t\u00eb tjera shqiptare kudo, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e ligj\u00ebshme kund\u00ebr filozofis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes, e cila ka funksionuar koh\u00eb pas kohe n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb rajon. K\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt delikat ta shpjegojm\u00eb n\u00eb punime t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb synojn\u00eb karakterin komb\u00ebtar. <\/p>\n<p>Mbi k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht subjektet politike q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin n\u00eb programet e tyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare, organizimet patriotike, Akademin\u00eb e Shkencave, universitetet, shoqatat patriotike atdhetare, l\u00ebvizjet social \u2013 politike t\u00eb shtresave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb etj. n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, po shtrojn\u00eb si prioritet p\u00ebrgatitjen e kushteve demokratike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e Sanxhakut, Kosov\u00ebs Lindore, Malit t\u00eb Zi, \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb shtetin e Maqedonis\u00eb. Sot kemi nevvoj\u00eb p\u00ebr hapin e par\u00eb: ribashkimin ton\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror, q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa kjo \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d, sot po e realizojn\u00eb disa programe kulturore muzikore e arsimore n\u00eb televizionet shqiptare t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Shkupit. <\/p>\n<p>Baz\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa b\u00ebhet arritja e kushteve t\u00eb barabarta drejt integrimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit shqiptar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb shteteve ku jetojn\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfituar t\u00eb drejtat maksimale q\u00eb u ofron legjislacioni vendas dhe standardet e sotme, kund\u00ebr diskriminimit p\u00ebr ruajtjen e vlerave komb\u00ebtare. Hapi i dyt\u00eb: Faktori shqiptar n\u00eb k\u00ebto shtete po synon t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb partner t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me kombet e tjer\u00eb, drejt realizimit t\u00eb  k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeve ekzistuese dhe korrigjimin e atyre q\u00eb koha i ka \u00e7vl\u00ebr\u00ebsuar.<br \/>\nArritja e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb unifikuara sipas motos \u201cnj\u00eb komb, nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim\u201d, do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb legjitimoj\u00eb veprimtarit\u00eb me karakter komb\u00ebtar mbi baz\u00ebn juridike t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. <\/p>\n<p>Legjimiteti i institucionalizimit patriotik dhe ligjor, nuk lejon hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr veprimtari \u00e7orodit\u00ebse (qofshin k\u00ebto edhe prej partive politike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha) n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb individ\u00ebve dhe grupimeve t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare shqiptare. Kjo veprimtari mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare vler\u00ebsohet nj\u00eb mision fisnik, e cila ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen dhe pjesmarrjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pratriot\u00ebve dhe intelektual\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb gjenerojn\u00eb ide vepruese p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare. Trajtimi i problemit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk ka lidhje aspak me or\u00ebn e ndonj\u00eb \u201cplatforme\u201d, por me vet\u00ebdijen komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb veprim, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve pa nxitje t\u00eb pamerituara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb jo pak raste n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare jemi munduar t\u00eb p\u00ebrsonalizojm\u00eb problematik\u00ebn madhore, duke k\u00ebrkuar prej individ\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, ndoshta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pamerituar. Duke tentuar personalizimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, n\u00eb fakt shkaktohet nj\u00eb d\u00ebm i madh, i cili pasojat i hedh n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe energjive q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shpenzojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet veprimtarive t\u00eb personaliteteve patroitike e intelektuale, shoqatave, organizimeve mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare, institucioneve p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese kudo p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e Kombit Shqiptar. Kombit Shqiptar sot i duhet nj\u00eb Strategji Komb\u00ebtare (atribut i nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrinstitucional politiko patriotik), n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb jet\u00eb e p\u00ebrmbledhur platforma e mendimit mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb sot shqiptar\u00ebt, pa i shk\u00ebputur ato nga realiteti ballkanik.<br \/>\n\u00c7dokush q\u00eb merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tilla nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb me nj\u00eb \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb sot kushtetutat q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, Serbi, Greqi, Maqedoni, Malin e Zi, ku jetojn\u00eb popullsi shqiptare n\u00eb trojet e tyre etnike.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb moment q\u00eb duhet vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dhe q\u00ebndrimin q\u00eb mban faktori politik nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ndaj k\u00ebtij realiteti. Brenda faktorit shqiptar mungon vullneti i unifikimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave baz\u00eb drejt ribashkimit Komb\u00ebtar dhe sigurisht, q\u00eb kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e tyre. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Bashkimi Komb\u00ebtar mohoet n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe kjo nga politika shqiptare konsiderohet e pranuar. Ky \u00e7ertifikim i papranuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr opinionin shqiptar, nxit konkretisht efektet e unifikimit dhe m\u00eb tej, t\u00eb veprimit. Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb detyruese sot \u201cplatforma\u201d p\u00ebr institucionet politike shqiptare? P\u00ebrgjigjen e marrim me mendh t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Sot ndihet servilizmi politik shqiptar, p\u00ebrulja, mbyllja e goj\u00ebs, p\u00ebrball\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar edhe kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Ribashkimi Komb\u00ebtar. Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj fryme me efekte vras\u00ebse po vjen n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnia e opinionit t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb shqiptar, i cili si \u00e7do komb dhe popull ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij. Ende nuk shihet q\u00eb qeverisjet shqiptare dhe subjektet politike brenda rendeve kushtetuese ku jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb kanalet e nevoj\u00ebshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebto veprimtari q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb ardhmen dhe perspektiv\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan. Pse duhet t\u00eb pretendojm\u00eb t\u2019u diktojm\u00eb \u201cplatforma\u201d atyre q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb shkaktuar situat\u00ebn Kombit Shqiptar dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb shtrojm\u00eb opsionet p\u00ebr fenomenin separatist e servil q\u00eb gjallon brenda faktorit politik shqiptar? Nj\u00eb opsion i till\u00eb veprues u mungon \u201cplatformave\u201d t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb cilat shtojn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb em\u00ebrtim m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrtimeve q\u00eb i jan\u00eb ngjitur n\u00eb shpin\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb son\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti historik nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyset dhe n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebq, t\u00eb deformohet. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d nuk konstatohet situata dhe gjendja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Malin e Zi. N\u00eb mikroanaliz\u00ebn politike q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e \u201cplatformave\u201d t\u00eb tilla, nuk mund t\u00eb injorohet situata dhe gjendja e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shtete fqinje dhe brenda tyre ku jeton populli yn\u00eb. Argumentet mbi situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb shkeljes dhe dhunimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto shtete, duke mos plot\u00ebsuar standardet e integrimit, shfaqja e deformuar e pushteteve politike n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende n\u00eb raport me k\u00ebto standarde, japin fyryr\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb v\u00ebret\u00eb. Kjo analiz\u00eb e munguar do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb argument m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesa edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Kjo do t\u00eb sillte n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje gjendjen e Kombit Shqiptar dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve q\u00eb ka Tirana zyrtare me k\u00ebto shtete. N\u00ebse k\u00ebtu kemi shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb si i kund\u00ebrvihet kjo \u201cplatform\u00eb\u201d politikb\u00ebrjes shqiptare n\u00eb rajon p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrotjur interesat komb\u00ebtare?<\/p>\n<p>Duke mos shkuar m\u00eb tej, \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn studimore, q\u00eb qoft\u00eb nga individ\u00eb apo dhe institucione q\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb pasqyrohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb bind\u00ebse vullneti i mir\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cplatforma\u201d p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn Lindore, n\u00eb Malin e Zi, n\u00eb Maqedoni dhe mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mbi realitete konkrete dhe posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht nga institucionet e interesuara p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. \u00c7do zon\u00eb politike ku jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ka nj\u00eb realitet specifik, i cili m\u00eb par\u00eb e ka t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebshme t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb kontradiktat q\u00eb gjallojn\u00eb brenda tyre.
