Ngritja e nj\u00eb komisioni hetimor, ku marrin pjes\u00eb ata q\u00eb i kan\u00eb lavd\u00ebruar zgjedhjet e 28 qershorit si m\u00eb t\u00eb mirat, kurse ata q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar hetimin kan\u00eb mbetur jasht\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb prova m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e absurdit q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb klas\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike. <\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa dy misione t\u00eb huaja vinin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ultimatume p\u00ebr gjetjen e nj\u00eb kompromisi, askush nga aktor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs nuk ia vinte veshin k\u00ebshillave dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve. Stefan Fyle pati fatin e Mevlut \u00c7aushoglus\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa PD e PS vendos\u00ebn edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb se tensioni politik nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje. Duhet temperatur\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb shkrirjen e akujve! Cinike, por e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo qasje e dyanshme, por q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt ka si violin\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb qeverin\u00eb, e pas saj opozit\u00ebn, reflekton nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb klas\u00ebs son\u00eb politike. Nd\u00ebrsa po p\u00ebrmbyllim kuadrin e ngritjes s\u00eb sistemit, t\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb loj\u00ebs (n\u00eb let\u00ebr), nd\u00ebrsa aprovojm\u00eb ligje prej nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebsh dhe ngrem\u00eb institucione n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha katet e shtetit, kemi l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb paprekur kodin e komunikimit politik, aparatin e dhun\u00ebs verbale, munges\u00ebn totale t\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs dhe paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb e pash\u00ebrueshme t\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit kompromis dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjeturit zgjidhje. Si t\u00eb thuash se kemi nd\u00ebrtuar hotele e restorante t\u00eb shtrenjta, por sh\u00ebrbimi dhe gatimi n\u00eb to vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb mizerab\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo kriz\u00eb elektorale \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr dhe e ngjashme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt, me ato t\u00eb dhjet\u00eb apo pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet\u00ebve m\u00eb par\u00eb. Pas pauz\u00ebs s\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb vitit 2002, pas premtimeve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb linj\u00eb t\u00eb re politike n\u00eb vitin 2005, sot jemi kthyer n\u00eb formatin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb fr\u00ebngjive, prej ku snajper\u00ebt politik\u00eb gjuajn\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka dyshim se gjetja e nj\u00eb kompromisi mbi kriz\u00ebn aktuale \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtrim i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb politik. Asnj\u00eb kompromis politik nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i leht\u00eb. Por kur kultura e kompromisit thjesht mungon, asnj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje s\u2019mund t\u00eb arrihet.<\/p>\n<p>Jeta jon\u00eb politike vazhdon t\u00eb dominohet nga skifter\u00ebt. Jo vet\u00ebm seanca e fundit parlamentare, jo vet\u00ebm deklarimet e p\u00ebrditshme, jo vet\u00ebm qasja brutale q\u00eb klasa politike b\u00ebn ndaj axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb dit\u00ebs, por p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht ajri q\u00eb thithet n\u00eb ambientin politik, \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbarsur me fatalitetin e p\u00ebrplasjes, t\u00eb betej\u00ebs s\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, t\u00eb konfliktit dhe kriz\u00ebs me \u00e7do kusht. Pakkush ka shpresuar se nga seanca parlamentare n\u00eb fjal\u00eb do t\u00eb dilte nj\u00eb zgjidhje \u00e7far\u00ebdo. Sepse shum\u00ebkush ka ditur n\u00eb avanc\u00eb se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb sjellja dhe taktika e vetme q\u00eb buron nga kultura e konfliktit q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb politikan\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb vendit. Berisha dhe Nano e Meta dikur, tani Berisha, Meta dhe Rama, po i japin form\u00eb nj\u00eb shou t\u00eb gjat\u00eb politik, ku q\u00ebndrimi refraktar dhe kund\u00ebrshtimi i gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00ebndron n\u00eb themel t\u00eb sjelljes politike. Soji i skifter\u00ebve politik\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rudiment i dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb tranzicionit, ku kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt futeshin n\u00eb burg dhe gazetat digjeshin. Ky komportim i sot\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb variant i ndryshuar i luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr komunizmit, nj\u00eb fushate absurde t\u00eb konceptuar nga ish-komunist\u00eb dhe ish-karrierist\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, t\u00eb konvertuar n\u00eb antikomunist\u00eb. T\u00eb \u201cdrejt\u00ebn e autorit\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mutacioni e mban zoti Berisha (e p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tij edhe disa prej p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsve, por edhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij politik\u00eb), i cili frym\u00ebzoi m\u00eb pas nj\u00eb gjenerat\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb politikan\u00ebsh, djathtas dhe majtas, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb krijuar sot nj\u00eb rreth vicioz ku gjithmon\u00eb fitojn\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00ebt dhe ekstremist\u00ebt. Kjo ligj\u00ebsi b\u00ebri q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit, eksperimenti i Edi Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb fushate \u201ct\u00eb but\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb d\u00ebshtoj\u00eb, duke i sugjeruar kreut t\u00eb PS q\u00eb t\u00eb rikthej\u00eb syt\u00eb nga linja e ashp\u00ebr.<br \/>\nPolitikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lexuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb ekstremizmin e tyre gjenetik. T\u00eb qenit i ashp\u00ebr, arrogant dhe fyes \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb premis\u00eb suksesi dhe karriere t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb politike. T\u00eb qenit i but\u00eb, konstruktiv dhe i rezervuar n\u00eb sharje p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtarin, merret si shenj\u00eb dob\u00ebsie, pasiviteti dhe mungese \u201cpigmenti\u201d. Nj\u00eblloj si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e komunizmit, kur ekstremist\u00ebt (at\u00ebher\u00eb quheshin sektar\u00eb), ishin gjithnj\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb qortuesh\u00ebm sesa liberal\u00ebt. P\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt mjaftonte nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt shpesh ila\u00e7i i vet\u00ebm ishte persekutimi e d\u00ebnimi ekstrem.<\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalisht ka fituar ai q\u00eb shan e b\u00ebrtet, para atij q\u00eb arsyeton dhe flet. Ka triumfuar thuajse p\u00ebrher\u00eb linja e forc\u00ebs mbi linj\u00ebn e logjik\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr shembujt absurd\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i PD s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, n\u00eb majin e shkuar, ku mes nj\u00eb kandidati q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorte fjal\u00ebn e fundit ndaj \u201cmafies s\u00eb kuqe\u201d dhe atij q\u00eb nuk ishte i dh\u00ebn\u00eb pas k\u00ebtij zhargoni, fitoi pa asnj\u00eb m\u00ebdyshje i pari. Jo vet\u00ebm kaq. Mes t\u00eb dyve \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar sot nj\u00eb hendek i qart\u00eb karrierash, ku ish-kandidati i par\u00eb ka fituar gjith\u00e7ka n\u00eb syt\u00eb e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, kurse i dyti \u00ebsht\u00eb margjinalizuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absurde.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb inkubator\u00ebt partiak\u00eb, aty ku rriten e marrin form\u00eb karrierat politike, metoda kryesore p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur me dor\u00eb suksesin \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201csulmo fort dhe mos i l\u00ebr\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarit asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb\u201d. Skifter\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebllumbave. Ja \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dalin nga vez\u00ebt e pa\u00e7elura. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr shprehjes s\u00eb njohur britanike \u201cl\u00ebri gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb shteg armikut t\u00ebnd p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar faqen\u201d, n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike q\u00eb zuri fill pas vitit 1990 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, kultura e dhun\u00ebs verbale dhe e denigrimit me \u00e7do kusht e mjet t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarit, ka z\u00ebn\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb t\u00eb thella q\u00eb duket se nuk do t\u00eb zhduken edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb koh\u00eb. T\u00eb qenit i moderuar vazhdon t\u00eb merret si nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat i pandreqsh\u00ebm dob\u00ebsie, si nj\u00eb defekt gjenetik q\u00eb \u00e7on tek mosskusesi, si nj\u00eb premis\u00eb e patjet\u00ebrsueshme kapitullimi p\u00ebrball\u00eb transhes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. M\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb jesh grotesk n\u00eb ato q\u00eb thua, t\u00eb shash pa dogan\u00eb dhe pa dallim, pa argumente dhe gramatik\u00eb, sesa t\u00eb jesh i but\u00eb.
