Plaku i \u201cpavarsise\u201d bashkpunon efektivisht per variantin e \u201cprincit turk\u201d Ismail Qemali kishte qellimin qe te shpallte nje krahine turke-islamike ne teritoret shqiptare e jo nje shtet siq e kemi Shqiperine sot.
