Nj\u00eb gjest n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me sugjerimet q\u00eb Samuel Hantington jep n\u00eb librin e tij \u201cVala e tret\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha forcat opozitare n\u00eb bot\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat ndodhen p\u00ebrpara detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysjes s\u00eb regjimeve autokratike. Dhe opozita shqiptare ndodhet, pa asnj\u00eb ekuivok, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb detyre t\u00eb till\u00eb. Prandaj duhet t\u00eb bashkohet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Regjimi i Sali Berish\u00ebs ka shpalosur me koh\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e tij autokratike (kapja e t\u00eb gjitha pushteteve, vjedhja e zgjedhjeve, manipulimi i mediave, vrasja e protestuesve etj., faktojn\u00eb shp\u00ebrfytyrimin e sistemit), por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb shkaqesh, nuk ka mundur t\u00eb fuqizohet si diktatur\u00eb. Edhe pse diktati dhe tirania e shumic\u00ebs jan\u00eb prezente n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktivitetin e pushtetit. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se edhe nj\u00eb mandat i tret\u00eb kat\u00ebrvje\u00e7ar do t\u00eb ishte fatal p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb. Prandaj, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti q\u00eb pas 8 vjet\u00ebsh qeverisjeje, Sali Berisha dhe partia e tij \u201cdemokratike\u201d t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb favor t\u00eb rotacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe gjendja e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb kalon ekonomia shqiptare, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbotshme, gjendje q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebnduar edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb investimeve publike megalomane, t\u00eb korruptuara dhe aspak efektive t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. N\u00eb kushtet e rritjes s\u00eb varf\u00ebris\u00eb dhe papun\u00ebsis\u00eb, denoncimi i karakterit ilegjitim t\u00eb regjimit autokratik b\u00ebhet mjaft efektiv dhe lev\u00eb kryesore e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr rotacionin e pushtetit. Sepse, sikund\u00ebr shkruan Hantington, n\u00eb librin \u201cVala e tret\u00eb\u201d, \u201cN\u00ebse regjimi arrin suksese (sidomos ekonomike) k\u00ebto sulme nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb efektive\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSunduesit autoritarist\u00eb shpesh jan\u00eb ekspert\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen e opozit\u00ebs\u201d \u2013 shkruan Hantington. Tashm\u00eb dihet q\u00eb Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ekspert i k\u00ebtij lloji. Ai u rikthye n\u00eb pushtet duke p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb PS-n\u00eb e t\u00eb majt\u00ebn dhe ka q\u00ebndruar dy mandate n\u00eb qeveri vet\u00ebm n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeje. Neutralizimi i mjesht\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse lidershipi i opozit\u00ebs, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Edi Rama, por edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, do t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr bashkim n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit kryesor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysja e autokratizmit p\u00ebr t\u2019ia l\u00ebn\u00eb hapur der\u00ebn demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Hantington citon Gabriel Almondin: \u201cUdh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e m\u00ebdhenj jan\u00eb krijues koalicionesh t\u00eb m\u00ebdha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ka dy faktor\u00eb q\u00eb sugjerojn\u00eb zgjerimin e frontit opozitar kund\u00ebr autokratizmit. Si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sunduesit autokrat\u00eb, edhe Berisha ka tjet\u00ebrsuar jo pak nga mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm. Madje kemi edhe parti si FRD-ja apo Aleanca Kuqezi, q\u00eb jan\u00eb shpallur vendosm\u00ebrisht kund\u00ebr autokratizmit berishist. Lidershipi opozitar i s\u00eb majt\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me k\u00ebto forca p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar mb\u00ebshtetjen e demokracis\u00eb dhe rotacionit politik si alternativa e domosdoshme kund\u00ebr sistemit aktual. T\u00eb dyja krah\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb paragjykimet dhe t\u00eb mos humbasin yllin polar, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysja me vot\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrafsh do t\u00eb ishte krejt e pafalshme, madje e rrezikshme, ngopja vet\u00ebm me restaurimin e aleanc\u00ebs PS-LSI, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr fitoren. Sepse, nd\u00ebrkaq, Berisha ka nisur bashk\u00ebpunimin me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb element\u00ebt e pak\u00ebnaqur n\u00eb gjirin e opozit\u00ebs. Votimi i ministrave nga tre deputet\u00eb renegat\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs e d\u00ebshmon k\u00ebt\u00eb. Hantington sugjeron si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr taktikat e opozit\u00ebs mobilizimin e mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve n\u00eb SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>Autokrati Berisha ka ditur ta zbatoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sugjerim n\u00eb favor t\u00eb autokratizmit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb me para publike mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb SHBA. Opozita duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb ta neutralizoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb arritje t\u00eb autokratit. Nd\u00ebrkaq, si\u00e7 po tregojn\u00eb shenjat, Berisha mbetet i vendosur t\u2019i shkoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund nj\u00eb skenari t\u00eb manipulimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve. Ai nuk heq dor\u00eb kollaj nga arma e tij kryesore e p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsimit n\u00eb pushtet. Jo rast\u00ebsisht nga kampi i tij, pas largimit t\u00eb LSI-s\u00eb, jan\u00eb ngritur z\u00ebra p\u00ebr rikompozimin e komisioneve zgjedhore.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ndodhet p\u00ebrball\u00eb t\u00eb papriturave fatale, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb radh\u00ebt e frontit antiautokratik. N\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb zgjedhje pa Kryeministrin manipulator, opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb prudente q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb front aq t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe duksh\u00ebm fitimtar, sa t\u2019ia digjte n\u00ebn m\u00ebng\u00eb Berish\u00ebs A-sin e manipulimit.
