L\u00ebrmani mua keqardhjen q\u00eb nuk fitova vet\u00ebm\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pyetja e Andrea Stefanit: \u00c7\u2019far\u00eb do b\u00ebni p\u00ebr t\u00eb risjell\u00eb ndarjen dhe balanc\u00ebn e pushteteve n\u00eb shtet prishur me amendimet e Kushtetut\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 2008?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Edi Rama: Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb kushtetuese q\u00eb do t\u00eb na ndihmonte t\u2019i riktheheshim edhe dokumentit themelor t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ripar\u00eb \u00e7ka koha ka provuar se nuk shkon.
