Ca z\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb thon\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb Berisha vet\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shpall\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme, pasi vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb evitonte d\u00ebmin q\u00eb mund t\u2019i vinte prej partive t\u00eb Topit e t\u00eb Spahiut; k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit, edhe n\u00eb rastin e nj\u00eb fiasco-je, do t\u2019i b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb g\u00ebrryerje elektoratit t\u00eb djatht\u00eb (Topi si njeri i t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs, dhe Spahiu si nacionalist putativ).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, kjo do ish nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e zgjuar e Berish\u00ebs, por ky i fundit nuk shquhet p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizje preventive. L\u00ebvizjet preventive k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb r\u00ebndom t\u00eb heq\u00ebsh dor\u00eb prej qarit t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb momentit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shmang\u00ebsh nj\u00eb qeder t\u00eb madh t\u00eb s\u00eb nes\u00ebrmes, dhe Berisha ka d\u00ebshmuar vazhdimisht se ai i refuzon arsyetimet apo hesapet q\u00eb priren t\u2019i sugjerojn\u00eb t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga \u00e7far\u00eb ka sot n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb aveniri m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt nes\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>E k\u00ebshtu, ka pak gjasa q\u00eb ai t\u00eb shpall\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme. M\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme nuk duket se ka. Ve\u00e7 n\u00eb u zgjoft\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb papritur e me t\u00ebrs\u00ebll\u00ebm prokuroria, e t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb hetimin e tij si p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs t\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr 21 janarin. Por edhe kjo ngjarje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme. Berisha, n\u2019da\u00e7 p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb postit, n\u2019da\u00e7 p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb p\u00ebr ta destabilizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vend (i ka r\u00ebn\u00eb kjo fuqi, por prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb mbahet), \u2018e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb\u2019 ta pengoj\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Prandaj, i bie q\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme t\u00eb mos kemi, n\u00ebse Berisha nuk i do ato.<\/p>\n<p>Por sido q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr zgjedhje. Berisha i pari, i cili s\u2019e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb se n\u00eb rrethanat e reja mund ta shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb \u2013 p\u00ebrve\u00e7 manipulimeve q\u00eb planifikon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb, por q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme \u2013 nj\u00eb alkimi elektorale. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, ai duhet t\u00eb synoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb pas vetes e larg \u00e7do principi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb mund t\u2019i mbledh\u00eb, duke pranuar kushtet q\u00eb mund t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb. Ai t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe deri m\u00eb sot (koalicioni me Ilir Met\u00ebn kategorizohet pik\u00ebrisht tek kjo alkimi), por tani do ta shtrij\u00eb \u2018llastikun\u2019 deri atje ku nuk mban m\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, nuk kemi pse t\u00eb \u00e7uditemi, n\u00ebse nes\u00ebr Berisha tenton nj\u00eb riafrim t\u00eb Bamir Topit apo t\u00eb Kreshnik Spahiut.<\/p>\n<p>Por deri sa t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, ai po ndjell t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, dhe mjetet e ndjelljes i ka pa hesap sa koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr. \u00c7am\u00ebt i futi n\u00eb xhep. I g\u00ebnjeu me ca karamele zv\/ministrash e drejtor\u00ebsh. Do jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb se si Idrizi e t\u00eb vet\u00ebt do flasin gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr kauz\u00ebn e tyre, dhe kjo do ndodh\u00eb ca prej skrupujve q\u00eb u vijn\u00eb vetvetiu prej pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb koalicionin qeveris\u00ebs, e ca prej faktit q\u00eb, me t\u00eb hapur goj\u00ebn p\u00ebr hallin historik t\u00eb \u00e7am\u00ebve, do jet\u00eb Berisha q\u00eb do t\u2019u thot\u00eb: \u201cshiko, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti tani\u201d; dhe goja do t\u2019u mbyllet.<\/p>\n<p>Partia tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimit \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo p\u00ebr Zhvillim Komb\u00ebtar e Dash Shehit. Pritej, e besohej, se ky i fundit mund t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunonte me Topin (n\u00eb mos tjet\u00ebr, si \u201ctiranas t\u00eb djatht\u00eb\u201d), por emri i Dash Shehit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb duan t\u00eb themelojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e re. N\u00ebse nuk ndodh nj\u00eb afrim i Topit me Shehin (ka shum\u00eb pak gjasa q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb), ky i fundit nuk do mendohet dy her\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur, e ka p\u00ebr t\u2019u konkretizuar, se s\u2019b\u00ebn n\u00eb momentin e duhur. Nuk kemi pse t\u00eb \u00e7uditemi. Dash Shehi s\u2019ka qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb kaq af\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs pas vitit 1997. N\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit lokale ai u rreshtua hapur n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Bash\u00ebs, dhe nuk do shum\u00eb mend t\u00eb kuptohet se pa votat e LZHK-s\u00eb, Lul Basha nuk do kish hyr\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn q\u00eb mban tani. Shehi kish th\u00ebn\u00eb dje n\u00eb \u201cGazet\u00ebn Shqiptare\u201d, se nuk i interesojn\u00eb postet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb pushteti, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn intervist\u00eb linte t\u00eb kuptohej se e vetmja aleanc\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnte \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo me PD-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mjafton me kaq? Jo, af\u00ebrmendsh jo. Edhe sikur Berisha t\u00eb bindet se i mjaftojn\u00eb k\u00ebto dy prurje t\u00eb reja, ai nuk do resht\u00eb me vardisjet e veta. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb hamshor i uritur, t\u00eb cilit asnj\u00eb l\u00ebnesh\u00eb nuk ka arsye t\u2019i thot\u00eb jo. Dhe l\u00ebnesha e radh\u00ebs mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb Nard Ndoka, i cili e l\u00ebshoi sinjalin ca dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. B\u00ebri me dij\u00eb se, \u201cn\u00ebse s\u2019merret vesh me socialist\u00ebt, edhe mund t\u00eb hidhet n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr\u201d (si \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb politika shqiptare! T\u00eb vjen turp dhe t\u2019i komentosh t\u00eb tilla gj\u00ebra). N\u00eb momentin e duhur, Berisha do ta th\u00ebrres\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e kryeministrit, dhe pasi kamerat t\u00eb mbarojn\u00eb pun\u00eb, do t\u2019i thot\u00eb: \u201cJe i k\u00ebnaqur me dy zv\/ministra e 5 drejtor\u00eb? P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb flasim pas zgjedhjeve\u201d. Nard Ndoka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: OK.<\/p>\n<p>Edi Rama n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr nuk po ec\u00ebn k\u00ebsaj linje. Pse? Sepse s\u00eb pari ai nuk ia thot\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr aritmetik\u00eb, s\u00eb dyti ai nuk di t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb alkimira, dhe s\u00eb treti \u2013 kjo vlen m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u2013 ai ka shpres\u00eb tek faktori Topi-Spahiu. Nuk i sheh ai aleat\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebt nes\u00ebr, por i sheh si njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb do t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb varrin Berish\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo, harron se Berisha e di k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se Rama. Dhe do b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7mos t\u2019i neutralizoj\u00eb si faktor\u00eb, ose duke i sulmuar eg\u00ebrsisht (k\u00ebt\u00eb po b\u00ebn tani, por nuk duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i luftuar; madje, sulmi i eg\u00ebr ka b\u00ebr\u00eb efektin e kund\u00ebrt), ose duke u nxjerr\u00eb t\u00eb palara q\u00eb ai ua di, e q\u00eb ai mund t\u2019ua sajoj\u00eb, ose duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb miq e aleat\u00eb para zgjedhjeve. Kjo e fundit duket e pabesueshme sot, por Berisha ka treguar se mund t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha. Sidomos tani q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb n\u00eb hall.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana, \u00ebsht\u00eb mendjeleht\u00ebsi e opozit\u00ebs t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb shpresat vet\u00ebm tek \u201cagjent\u00ebt\u201d e huaj. Alkimia elektorale, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Berisha e ka si atout-n\u00eb e vet (\u00ebsht\u00eb karta e fundit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb luaj\u00eb) meriton nj\u00eb strategji tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo, Rama nuk po jep shenja se ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb fokusimi programor). Ai do futet n\u00eb zgjedhje k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb reform\u00ebs elektorale (q\u00eb mund t\u00eb minimizonte mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e pushtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb manipulime), n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb forcimit t\u00eb Topi-Spahiut, e n\u00eb pritje q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb harakiri.
