U impresionova me madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e Abraham Linkoln, p\u00ebrmes interpretimit t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer t\u00eb Daniel Day-Lewis. Abraham Linkoln \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb ndryshoi historin\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb SHBA, por edhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>E b\u00ebri t\u00eb mundur me miratimin e historikut \u201cAmendamenti 13\u201d. Ky ishte Amendamenti q\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme skllav\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e SHBA. Ishte nj\u00eb vendim i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm historik i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment tep\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, kur SHBA ishin t\u00eb rraskapituar nga Lufta Civile. Koha k\u00ebrkonte aktin e Njeriut t\u00eb Madh! Koha k\u00ebrkonte Abraham Linkoln!<\/p>\n<p>Por, jo vet\u00ebm kaq. Njeriu i madh Lincoln e mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr miratimin e Amendamentit 13 n\u00eb nj\u00eb parlament q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej n\u00eb shumic\u00eb nga republikan\u00ebt (q\u00eb ishin pro) dhe n\u00eb pakic\u00eb nga demokrat\u00ebt (q\u00eb ishin kund\u00ebr). Ishte nj\u00eb vendim i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, sepse p\u00ebr miratimin e Amendamentit duheshin 2\/3 e parlamentit dhe, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, nuk mjaftonin votat e republikan\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Duheshin edhe 20 vota demokrat\u00ebsh. Por ishte nj\u00eb akt historik q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kryhej me sukses. Linkoln kishte p\u00ebrpara alternativ\u00ebn: ose miratohej Amendamenti 13 me 2\/3 e votave, ose SHBA do vazhdonin t\u00eb l\u00ebngonin n\u00eb agonin\u00eb e Luft\u00ebs Civile dhe mbase skllav\u00ebria do vazhdonte t\u00eb ishte ekzistente edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Sigurisht q\u00eb, n\u00ebse ky Amendament rr\u00ebzohej, nuk do t\u00eb kishim SHBA t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb sotme. Edhe bota nuk do t\u00eb ishte kjo e sotmja. Do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e sh\u00ebmtuar dhe e pasigurt\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln, nj\u00eb figur\u00eb mjaft e dashur dhe e respektuar p\u00ebr personalitetin e tij, nuk mund t\u00eb ishte aq naiv sa t\u00eb shpresonte q\u00eb demokrat\u00ebt do t\u00eb bindeshin nga argumentat dhe, ndaj, t\u2019i jepnin 20 votat e nevojshme p\u00ebr miratimin e Amendamentit 13 dhe nxjerrjen jasht\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb skllav\u00ebris\u00eb. Jo, ky do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb iluzion edhe pse b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend si SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>Por Linkoln gjithashtu e kuptoi plot\u00ebsisht dimensionin historik t\u00eb momentit dhe e ndjeu mbi vete gjith\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e misionit t\u00eb tij. Ishte koha q\u00eb amerikan\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb vendosnin n\u00ebse do t\u00eb vazhdonin t\u00eb pengonin vetveten me zinxhiret e skllav\u00ebris\u00eb e t\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebs, apo do t\u00eb linin hijet e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u ndalur m\u00eb n\u00eb rrugetimin drejt diellit t\u00eb liris\u00eb, barazis\u00eb e prosperitetit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, Linkoln duhej t\u00eb ndihmonte popullin e vet p\u00ebr vendimmarrjen e drejt\u00eb. Dhe ai duhej ta kryente k\u00ebt\u00eb mision me \u00e7do kusht!<\/p>\n<p>Pak a shum\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin moment historik ndodhemi ne, n\u00eb vitin 2013!<\/p>\n<p>A do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebngojm\u00eb n\u00eb vorbull\u00ebn e korrupsionit, munges\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit, ligjit t\u00eb xhungl\u00ebs e rraskapitjes ekonomike, apo do t\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb hijet pas e do t\u00eb nisim m\u00eb n\u00eb fund rrug\u00ebtimin e qart\u00eb drejt diellit t\u00eb barazis\u00eb, shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs e zhvillimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm ekonomik?<br \/>\nSigurisht, zgjedhja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb! I v\u00ebshtir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb realizimi! Si?<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln-it i duheshin t\u00eb gjitha votat e republikaneve dhe t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb 20 demokrat\u00ebve t\u00eb Parlamentit Amerikan p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur zgjidhjen. Edhe ne ndoshta nuk na mjaftojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm votat e socialist\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur zgjidhjen. A duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb votat e kujtdo tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do t\u00eb na b\u00ebnte t\u00eb realizonim q\u00ebllimin historik, at\u00eb t\u00eb ndarjes nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb nga mbret\u00ebrimi i err\u00ebsir\u00ebs &#8211; kolera e Sali Berish\u00ebs? P\u00ebrgjigja pragmatiste do t\u00eb ishte \u201cpo\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht, un\u00eb po b\u00ebj nj\u00eb paraleliz\u00ebm t\u00eb figurave dhe q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb dimensioneve t\u00eb ndryshme. Por historia duhet t\u00eb na m\u00ebsoje dicka. Dhe ajo na m\u00ebson vet\u00ebm prej akteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb histori, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb akteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhej. E, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, asnj\u00eb krahasim q\u00eb na ndihmon n\u00eb gjykimin ton\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavend.<\/p>\n<p>Pse e b\u00ebra paralelizmin pik\u00ebrisht me Amendamentin 13 t\u00eb Lincoln? Edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr: m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi Lincoln arriti ta kaloj\u00eb Amendamentin n\u00eb Parlament.<\/p>\n<p>Lincoln \u201cbindi\u201d 20 deputet\u00eb demokrat\u00eb! Disave u ofroi para cash, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve vende pune n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn e tij. Po, po! Abraham Lincoln hoqi skllav\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe ndryshoi historin\u00eb e SHBA-ve dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs me votat e disa njer\u00ebzve jo fort t\u00eb moralshem. Madje pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb atyre njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb ndihmuan t\u00eb mbanin n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb skllaverin\u00eb p\u00ebr aq sa zgjati.<\/p>\n<p>Por ky ishte nj\u00eb vendim historik! Dhe historia ka progresuar p\u00ebrmes kompromiseve, disa her\u00eb edhe joparimore. Amerikan\u00ebt jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb sot n\u00eb bot\u00eb, fal\u00eb miratimit t\u00eb Amendamentit 13 edhe me ndihm\u00ebn e votave \u201ct\u00eb pamoralshme\u201d t\u00eb disa demokrat\u00ebve. I madhi Abraham Lincoln e b\u00ebri t\u00eb mundur, sepse ishte Burr\u00eb Shteti!<\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb opozita e udh\u00ebhequr nga Edi Rama t\u00eb rrezikoj\u00eb t\u00eb humbas\u00eb zgjedhjet dhe bashk\u00eb me to edhe momentin historik t\u00eb ndarjes nga agonia, apo me votat \u201ce pamoralshme\u201d t\u00eb LSI-s\u00eb t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb realizimin e Amendamentit 13 shqiptar? Kushdo mund t\u2019i jap\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dileme p\u00ebrgjigjen q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron.<\/p>\n<p>Por zgjedhja e Abraham Lincoln na m\u00ebson se ka momente kur \u201cq\u00ebllimi justifikon mjetin\u201d.<br \/>\nVet\u00ebm se q\u00ebllimi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb v\u00ebrtet madhor!
