Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se gjuh\u00ebt kan\u00eb struktur\u00ebn, rregullat dhe leksikun q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngulitur, kurse prurjet e reja dhe korrigjimet zakonisht sedimentohen mbi strukturat ekzistuese. Nga p\u00ebrvoja e dim\u00eb se p\u00ebr shpjegimin e fenomeneve t\u00eb reja e t\u00eb panjohura i shfryt\u00ebzojm\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebrit\u00eb dhe analogjit\u00eb me fenomenet tashm\u00eb t\u00eb njohura, prandaj edhe te zhvillimi i gjuh\u00ebs ndodh e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb. P\u00ebr em\u00ebrtimin e realiteteve, proceseve dhe koncepteve t\u00eb reja shoq\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr zbulimet dhe teknologjit\u00eb e reja etj., fjal\u00ebt em\u00ebrtuese mund t\u00eb shpiken si neologjizma, ose t\u00eb huazohen nga gjuh\u00ebt tjera. Por ka edhe mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr shembull, t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet nocioni q\u00eb mungon nga nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren fjal\u00ebt ekzistuese ashtu si\u00e7 jan\u00eb, ose t\u00eb modifikuara me parashtesa dhe prapashtesa, gjithnj\u00eb duke treguar se kjo fjal\u00eb ka edhe nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb debatin me Fatos Lubonj\u00ebn p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebn \u201ckomb\u201d, q\u00eb po zhvillohet si nj\u00eb bisht i debatit tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr projektin e regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku jan\u00eb shfaqur dyshimet n\u00ebse do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb regjistrohej edhe komb\u00ebsia dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia fetare e banor\u00ebve rezident\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, un\u00eb pata shfaqur rezerva p\u00ebr kuptimin q\u00eb u jep Lubonja fjal\u00ebve \u201ckomb\u201d dhe \u201ckomb\u00ebsi\u201d, sepse konsideroja se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim miop q\u00eb \u00e7on drejt ngat\u00ebrresave dhe konfuzioneve t\u00eb panevojshme. Lubonja kishte insistuar, dhe s\u00ebrish e forcon k\u00ebt\u00eb argument edhe n\u00eb reagimin ndaj intervenimit tim, se fjal\u00ebt \u201ckomb\u201d dhe derivati \u201ckomb\u00ebsi\u201d duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb ekskluzivisht at\u00eb kuptim q\u00eb i kan\u00eb ekuivalentet e tyre \u201cnation\u201d dhe \u201cnationality\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze, si dhe ato n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn fr\u00ebnge.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, fjal\u00ebt \u201ckomb\u201d dhe \u201ckomb\u00ebsi\u201d nuk em\u00ebrtojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb etnike ose, si\u00e7 preferon t\u00eb thot\u00eb Lubonja &#8211; p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb etnolinguistike t\u00eb nj\u00eb popullate, por ato denotojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb popullate. Sipas k\u00ebsaj logjike, ekzistojn\u00eb kombet si ai amerikan, francez etj., q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit e SHBA-ve dhe t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs, pa dallim etnie, race, feje, gjuhe etj. Dhe, sipas analogjis\u00eb, Lubonja insiston se ekziston edhe kombi shqiptar q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm nga ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrjashton grupet e m\u00ebdha dhe individ\u00ebt q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb shteti tjet\u00ebr. Si pasoj\u00eb, me krijimin e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb flitet dhe t\u00eb legjitimohet n\u00eb po k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim edhe kombi kosovar, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit e Kosov\u00ebs, ku marrin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet etnolinguistike q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, pra jo vet\u00ebm shumica shqiptare, por edhe minoriteti serb, turk, boshnjak, goran, mysliman, ashkali, egjiptian, rom, q\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe kategori kushtetuese me privilegj t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit obligues n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb insistim t\u00eb Lubonj\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka edhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs t\u00eb flakt\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, problematik \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe em\u00ebrtimi shqiptar i atyre komuniteteve etnolinguistike jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb &#8211; n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mal t\u00eb Zi, Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe Bujanocit &#8211; q\u00eb veten e quajn\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe gjithnj\u00eb jan\u00eb konsideruar si pjes\u00eb e kombit shqiptar. Madje, Lubonja nguron q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb em\u00ebrtuesin \u201cshqiptar\u201d p\u00ebr subjektet etnolinguistike jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebta \u201cshqiptar\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb nuk po b\u00ebkan pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kombin shqiptar, por duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen pjes\u00eb e kombit serb, maqedonas, malazez, kosovar, megjithat\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej n\u00eb regjistrimet e popullsis\u00eb do t\u00eb deklarohen se jan\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi shqiptare, sepse gjithkund n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende jan\u00eb kategori kushtetuese, kuptohet me statusin q\u00eb dallon nga rasti n\u00eb rast, por q\u00eb sigurisht nuk do t\u00eb pranonin, ose do t\u00eb ishte ofenduese dhe degraduese p\u00ebr ta, q\u00eb t\u00eb quheshin vet\u00ebm grupe etnolinguistike, si\u00e7 i quan Lubonja.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi me Lubonj\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb se ai injoron, ose fshin nga kujtesa p\u00ebrdorimin dhe kuptimin kryesor dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve \u201ckomb\u201d dhe \u201ckomb\u00ebsi\u201d n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, kudo q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. N\u00eb Fjalorin e Gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb Sotme Shqipe, fjala \u201ckomb\u201d ka dy z\u00ebra, me dy kuptime n\u00eb z\u00ebrin e par\u00eb dhe pes\u00eb kuptime n\u00eb z\u00ebrin tjet\u00ebr. Vet\u00ebm z\u00ebri i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me interes p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb diskutim. N\u00eb z\u00ebrin e par\u00eb t\u00eb fjalorit mund t\u00eb lexohet ky definicion: \u201cKomb &#8211; 1. Bashk\u00ebsi e q\u00ebndrueshme njer\u00ebzish, e formuar historikisht n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, t\u00eb territorit, t\u00eb jet\u00ebs ekonomike dhe t\u00eb formimit psikik, q\u00eb shfaqet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs; Kombi shqiptar; e drejta e kombeve p\u00ebr vet\u00ebvendosje; baballar\u00ebt e kombit; 2. spec. shtet, vend. Lidhja e Kombeve, Organizata e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb shihet, pa marr\u00eb parasysh sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen n\u00eb shpjegimin e kuptimit t\u00eb par\u00eb, linguist\u00ebt kan\u00eb konsideruar se kuptimi kryesor i fjal\u00ebs \u201ckomb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb i lidh, ta them m\u00eb thjesht, historia, gjuha, territori dhe kultura. Un\u00eb do t\u2019i shtoja definicionit edhe vet\u00ebdijen dhe vet\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktimin me nj\u00eb em\u00ebrues t\u00eb qenit nj\u00eb popull, etni apo komb. Dhe nga ky kuptim i par\u00eb dalin shum\u00eb nocione, ose togfjal\u00ebsha, q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb komunikim: ndjenja komb\u00ebtare, \u00e7\u00ebshtja komb\u00ebtare, pavar\u00ebsia komb\u00ebtare, zgjimi komb\u00ebtar, \u00e7lirimi komb\u00ebtar, flamuri komb\u00ebtar, fest\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, komb\u00ebtarizoj, komb\u00ebtariz\u00ebm, komb i zgjedhur, hero komb\u00ebtar etj., etj.<\/p>\n<p>Kuptimi i dyt\u00eb i fjal\u00ebs komb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i shtetit ose vendit, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb hartuesit e fjalorit kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpjegimin se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim special, ose term q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb disa fusha.<\/p>\n<p>Lubonja n\u00eb shkrimin e tij kapet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptimin e dyt\u00eb, duke e konsideruar m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthimin e nocionit \u201cnation\u201d n\u00eb anglisht, dhe mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe nd\u00ebrton t\u00eb gjitha argumentet, duke nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, se kuptimi i par\u00eb i fjal\u00ebs \u201ckomb\u201d, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur dhe m\u00eb i ngulitur, jo vet\u00ebm se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebrdoruesit e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim jan\u00eb n\u00eb lajthitje dhe mbrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb koncept antidemokratik, madje edhe antieuropian, sepse e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb vizion me sherr, ideologjikisht t\u00eb \u00e7oroditur e t\u00eb mbrapsht\u00eb, q\u00eb lidhet me mend\u00ebsi t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, nacionaliste ose, n\u00eb rastin konkret, me mend\u00ebsi shqiptaromadhe!<\/p>\n<p>Nuk dua t\u00eb futem &#8211; m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast &#8211; n\u00eb debat p\u00ebr bot\u00ebkuptimet, por m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb them se ky konkludim i Lubonj\u00ebs, edhe pse i th\u00ebn\u00eb disi me gjysm\u00eb goje, \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht skandaloz. P\u00ebrdorimi i fjal\u00ebs komb n\u00eb kuptimin e par\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb konstrukt ideologjik, por thjesht n\u00eb em\u00ebrtues neutral p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe identitet q\u00eb edhe ashtu k\u00ebrkon em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Shqiptar\u00ebt, bask\u00ebt, kurd\u00ebt, rus\u00ebt, kroat\u00ebt, serb\u00ebt, suedez\u00ebt etj., jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb disa shtete t\u00eb ndryshme, por nuk mund t\u2019i ndalosh ata vet\u00eb, pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre kombeve, q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb quhen me at\u00eb em\u00ebrues q\u00eb n\u00eb shqip ka q\u00eblluar t\u00eb jet\u00eb fjala \u201ckomb\u201d. Tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ata si nj\u00eb komb shpesh jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb disa shtete, diku si shumic\u00eb, diku si pakic\u00eb, dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb identitet tjet\u00ebr dhe shtes\u00eb e tyre, q\u00eb edhe ai e ka emrin e vet, po k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb quhen k\u00ebto bashk\u00ebsi shtet\u00ebrore, nacion apo qytetari, apo ndryshe, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e marr\u00ebveshjes gjuh\u00ebsore, dhe tekefundit mund t\u00eb quhen edhe komb, sepse gjuha lejon q\u00eb me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrtohen dy gj\u00ebra, dy koncepte, dy t\u00ebr\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme, por q\u00eb \u00e7do her\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ceket p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn gj\u00eb mendohet kur p\u00ebrdoret nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e till\u00eb me dy kuptime. N\u00eb rastin konkret, Lubonja mbase ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u201ckomb\u201d n\u00eb kuptimin, t\u00eb themi amerikan, t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs \u201cnation\u201d, por duke e ditur se gjuha shqipe lejon edhe p\u00ebrdorimin tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb themi tradicional, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sinonim me popullin, etnin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb komb\u00ebsie, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb doemos ai i shtetit-komb.<\/p>\n<p>Insistimi i Lubonj\u00ebs n\u00eb kuptimin e dyt\u00eb, dhe stigmatizimi me nacionaliz\u00ebm q\u00eb i b\u00ebn kuptimit t\u00eb par\u00eb, tashm\u00eb i ngulitur si i till\u00eb n\u00eb diskursin e shkencave sociale dhe n\u00eb shtypin dhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme, p\u00ebr mua paraqet nj\u00eb dhunim t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb koncepteve q\u00eb i ndajn\u00eb shumica, dhe ato assesi nuk bartin domosdoshm\u00ebrish ngarkesat ideologjike q\u00eb i sheh Lubonja. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb aprovohej mendimi i tij, do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ndryshonim ose t\u00eb kinim kujdes gjat\u00eb leximit t\u00eb librave dhe dokumenteve ose ligj\u00ebrimeve t\u00eb mij\u00ebra e mij\u00ebra autor\u00ebve, q\u00eb kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr kombin dhe komb\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, ose edhe kombet tjera, n\u00eb kuptimin e par\u00eb dhe jo n\u00eb t\u00eb dytin. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb insistim i tepruar dhe joracional. Nuk ka aspak nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb fjal\u00ebt komb dhe komb\u00ebsi t\u00eb marrin vet\u00ebm kuptimin special \u201cnation\u201d dhe \u201cnationality\u201d, kur p\u00ebr k\u00ebto nocione mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren fjal\u00eb tjera, si shtet dhe shtet\u00ebsi, ose edhe nacion dhe nacionalitet, n\u00ebse duam t\u2019i mbetemi besnik burimit n\u00eb anglisht dhe fr\u00ebngjisht.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt bot\u00ebrore nuk b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb i qart\u00eb dallimi q\u00eb b\u00ebn Lubonja. P.sh., fjala nacionaliz\u00ebm, e derivuar nga nation, ta kujton gati ekskluzivisht esencializimin dhe ekskluzivizmin e nj\u00eb kombi, apo etnie etj., n\u00eb kuptimin e par\u00eb, dhe gati q\u00eb nuk ka kuptim n\u00eb kuptimin e dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lubonja m\u00eb b\u00ebn v\u00ebrejtje pse kam th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb Maqedoni \u201cthellohen marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike\u201d dhe jo, si\u00e7 do t\u00eb duhem me konceptin q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj &#8211; \u201cmarr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye se togfjal\u00ebshi \u201cmarr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d prej koh\u00ebsh p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr aktivitetet q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jan\u00eb \u201cmarr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebrore\u201d, dhe do t\u00eb keqkuptohesha n\u00ebse do t\u00eb thosha \u201ckriza e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb si baz\u00eb kuptimi i dyt\u00eb i fjal\u00ebs \u201ckomb\u201d, dhe edhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull nga aspekti gjuh\u00ebsor, por dhe nga ai konceptual.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00ebse fjal\u00ebt \u201ckomb\u201d dhe \u201ckomb\u00ebsi\u201d do t\u2019i p\u00ebrdornim n\u00eb kuptimin e dyt\u00eb, si\u00e7 na sugjeron Lubonja, kjo do t\u00eb shkaktonte probleme serioze n\u00eb em\u00ebrtimin e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb \u201cgrupeve etnolingustike\u201d (Lubonja), ku popullsia shumic\u00eb e ka marr\u00eb emrin e territorit, ose ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb emrin territorit t\u00eb caktuar. Nuk ka aspak lezet dhe nuk b\u00ebhet faktor integrimi dhe demokratizimi n\u00eb asnj\u00eb variant n\u00ebse shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb, sipas konceptit t\u00eb Lubonj\u00ebs, i detyron q\u00eb ta konsiderojn\u00eb vet\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb kombit maqedonas, nd\u00ebrkaq q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr e ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebr vete popullsia sllavo-maqedonase. Ky procedim lubonjian do t\u2019u ting\u00ebllonte atyre si nj\u00eb lloj ftese p\u00ebr asimilim. Por, kuptohet se nuk ka problem q\u00eb n\u00eb pasaporta t\u00eb thuhet se jan\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalitetit apo shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb maqedonase.<\/p>\n<p>Me Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb, sepse nuk ka popullsi q\u00eb veten e quan kosovare.
