Ai akuzoi qeverin\u00eb se po grabit popullin e vet, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb aksionere n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 25 p\u00ebr qind n\u00eb Operatorin e Shpwrndarjes s\u00eb Energjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

“Te gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e pak\u00ebnaqur nga qeveria dhe nga m\u00ebnyrat abuzive t\u00eb veprimit t\u00eb saj, t’i bashkohen protestave t\u00eb Partise Socialiste”, u shpreh Rama sot n\u00eb n\u00ebj proncim p\u00ebr mediat.<\/p>\n

Partia Socialiste ka k\u00ebrkuar sot nd\u00ebrhyrjen e prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodh me \u00e7mimin e rritur t\u00eb energjis\u00eb, faturat afrofe dhe heshtjen e qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Deputeti Erion Bra\u00e7e gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konference p\u00ebr shtyp ka deklaruar se aplikimi i \u00e7mimit t\u00eb rritur t\u00eb janarit q\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor, po konsumohet, e bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb edhe faturat afrofe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb abuzive, por k\u00ebsaj radhe me \u00e7mim t\u00eb rritur.<\/p>\n

“Qytetar\u00ebt po paguajn\u00eb vjedhjen p\u00ebrmes faturimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb s\u00eb konsumuar n\u00eb dhjetor m\u00eb \u00e7mimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb ligjore n\u00eb janar; po paguajn\u00eb \u00e7mimin e ri t\u00eb energjis\u00eb t\u00eb rritur tre her\u00eb: p\u00ebr fash\u00ebn deri n\u00eb 300 k\u00eb nga 7.00 lek\u00eb n\u00eb 7.70 lek\u00eb; p\u00ebr fash\u00ebn mbi 300 k\u00eb nga 12.00 lek\u00eb n\u00eb 13.50 lek\u00eb; p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb e ambienteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta nga 7.00 lek\u00eb n\u00eb 8.00 lek\u00eb dhe po paguajn\u00eb me \u00e7mimet e rritura edhe energjin\u00eb e pakonsumuar t\u00eb faturave si afrofe, apo energjin\u00eb p\u00ebrtej dit\u00ebve kalendarike t\u00eb nj\u00eb fature normale, nga 30 n\u00eb 35 dit\u00eb”- ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Bra\u00e7e.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb situate t\u00eb till\u00eb, sipas Bra\u00e7es, kavalieri moralist, Sali Berisha po hesht nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb direkt e tij. Ai ka sqaruar se pron\u00ebsia n\u00eb kompanin\u00eb OSSH dhe pas privatizimit \u00ebsht\u00eb 75% CEZ dhe 25 % Qeveria e Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb k\u00ebto aksione ai duhet t\u00eb kishte mbajtur q\u00ebndrim.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, ka vijuar Bra\u00e7e, pron\u00ebsia e CEZ mbi OSSH, u garantua nga nj\u00eb proces privatizimi drejtuar e p\u00ebrcaktuar nga qeveria e Sali Berish\u00ebs. “Vendimi p\u00ebr rritjen e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike q\u00eb tani po sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtrenjtuar dhe vjedhjen, u morr nga nj\u00eb ent thell\u00ebsisht politik dhe n\u00ebn ndikimin direkt t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs”- tha ai, duke k\u00ebrkuar nd\u00ebrhyrjen e prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

“PS i k\u00ebrkon prokuroris\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00eb procedim penal p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vjedhje masive q\u00eb po i b\u00ebhet qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. Procedimi penal nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i nj\u00ebnash\u00ebm, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rastin kur qytetari vjedh dhe nuk paguan energjin\u00eb, ai duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb doemos edhe kur qytetari vidhet p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb me nj\u00eb fatur\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb titull ekzekutiv”- p\u00ebrfundoi Bra\u00e7e.<\/p>\n

Pak dite me pare, serish Bra\u00e7e denoncoi rritjen e energjis\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb muajin dhjetor, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb me vendim qeverie rritja duhet t\u00eb kishte nisur nga 1 janari.<\/p>\n

“Tashm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha familjeve n\u00eb vend u ka mb\u00ebrritur fatura e re, e cila sigurisht \u00ebsht\u00eb dyfish m\u00eb e shtrenjt\u00eb se ajo e nj\u00eb muaji m\u00eb par\u00eb”, tha Bra\u00e7e. Sipas deputetit socialist, kjo qeveri ka dor\u00ebzuar tashm\u00eb pasurit\u00eb publike n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb vjedhin popullin.<\/p>\n

Ai demostroi para mediave fatur\u00ebn e energjis\u00eb elektrike, q\u00eb i referohet periudh\u00ebs 20 dhjetor 2009 – 21 janar 2010. Bra\u00e7e koemntoi se: “OSSH ka faturuar energji t\u00eb konsumuar n\u00eb dhjetor me \u00e7mimin e ri t\u00eb rritur, hyr\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi me 1 janar, pra n\u00eb rastin konkret, p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb dhjetorit energjia \u00ebsht\u00eb faturuar me 7.70 dhe 13.50 p\u00ebr kilovat.
