Sepse realisht ka pasur nj\u00eb anomali n\u00eb dyzimin e Spahiut midis funksionit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb drejtuesit t\u00eb KLD-s\u00eb dhe liderit t\u00eb nj\u00eb aleance popullore me p\u00ebrmbajtje politike.<\/p>\n<p>Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, me kristalizimin e temave dhe q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb varg \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh politike dhe nacionale, dy funksionet e Spahiut ran\u00eb n\u00eb papajtueshm\u00ebri. Jo n\u00eb ata papajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb klasike formale kur fjala vjen nj\u00eb iks zyrtari nuk i lejohet me ligj t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe deputet apo drejtues politik, por n\u00eb nj\u00eb papajtueshm\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb qen\u00ebsishme, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb quhet kund\u00ebrshti, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb elegante. Pra, funksionet e Spahiut ran\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti.<\/p>\n<p>Kur premtonte si drejtues i Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi vendosjen e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, ai kund\u00ebrshtonte vetveten si n\u00ebnkryetar i KLD-s\u00eb. Kur futej n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn dhe l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e funksionarit num\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb KLD-s\u00eb, vetvetiu vetpaditej p\u00ebr populiz\u00ebm si drejtues i Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi. Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke mos i njohur mir\u00eb rebuset e sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vend, thoshnin: \u201cOre, me se do ta rregulloj\u00eb ky drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00ebse, fjala vjen, merr vota? A do ta rregulloj\u00eb me KLD-n\u00eb q\u00eb drejton vet\u00eb sot\u201d! N\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e atyre q\u00eb b\u00ebnin pohime t\u00eb tilla, Spahiu ishte i pari njeri publik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb premtonte politikisht nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn paguhej zyrtarisht p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, n\u00eb sistemin gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb kalbur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb vend, n\u00ebnkryetari, n\u00eb dukje pasiv, i KLD-s\u00eb, konsiderohej pjes\u00eb e problemit dhe jo pjes\u00eb e zgjidhjes.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti t\u00eb dukshme kapi Berisha kur filloi ta sulmonte derisa ngriti edhe nj\u00eb komisioni hetimor kund\u00ebr tij. Natyrisht, Berisha nuk e ka pasur me Kreshnikun si n\u00ebnkryetar i KLD-s\u00eb. Drejt\u00ebsi me t\u00eb nd\u00ebrvarur nga qeveria se kjo e sotmja v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se do t\u00eb kemi ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vitet dhe dekadat q\u00eb na presin. Berisha e ka me Kreshnikun si drejtues i Aleanc\u00ebs Kuq e Zi. Duke dashur t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb e mbroj\u00eb nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb veten komb\u00ebtare, edhe pse duke shmangur me kujdes disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb mprehta t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb qeveritare ku ka z\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb thua \u00ebndrra e integrimit europian t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, Aleanca Kuq e Zi dhe vet\u00eb Kreshnik Spahiu, si drejtues i saj, jan\u00eb konfrontuar pashmangsh\u00ebm me qeverin\u00eb. K\u00ebtu e ka merakun Berisha, pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00ebsht\u00eb kapur me papajtueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb Spahiu i ka dal\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb shteg. I ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb luft\u00ebrave p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht t\u00eb padrejta. Qoft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ai duhej t\u00eb jepte dor\u00ebheqjen koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, q\u00ebkurse u largua nga format e rrumbullakosura t\u00eb artikulimit dhe filloi t\u00eb ballafaqohej si lider politik me qeverin\u00eb dhe forcat politike kryesore. Gjithsesi, m\u00eb mir\u00eb sot se nes\u00ebr. Dor\u00ebheqja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje pozitive n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike dhe shoq\u00ebrore shqiptare. Ai do t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb me strukturimin politik t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb deri me sot ka funksionuar si l\u00ebvizje. Pag\u00ebzimi politik i l\u00ebvizjeve t\u00eb tilla traversale me theks nacionalist \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb moment shum\u00eb i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb dhe freskin\u00eb e prurjeve t\u00eb reja politike. Me Aleanc\u00ebn Kuq e Zi mund t\u00eb mos jesh dakord n\u00eb shum\u00eb qasje dhe q\u00ebndrime, por, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kuqezinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet \u00ebndrrash dhe d\u00ebshirash gjall\u00ebruese dhe rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrit\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb mb\u00ebrthyer prej krizave t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishta politike, ekonomike, institucionale, morale e tjer\u00eb. Kreshnik Spahiu ka b\u00ebr\u00eb mir\u00eb gjithashtu q\u00eb e ka d\u00ebrguar rastin e tij n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese. Duke ikur, ai tenton t\u00eb vendos\u00eb nj\u00eb gur t\u00eb paluajtsh\u00ebm n\u00eb ngrehin\u00ebn e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve institucionale midis Kuvendit dhe KLD-s\u00eb. Ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar me vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e Kuvendit me Prokurorin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Por starti dhe ecuria politike e Spahiut dhe e subjektit politik q\u00eb do t\u00eb shpall\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e ardhshme do t\u00eb varen shum\u00eb nga nj\u00eb detyrim tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb kryetari i dor\u00ebhequr i KLD-s\u00eb i ka publikut. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn e pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb na ka len\u00eb e do t\u00eb na ler\u00eb s\u00ebrish jasht\u00eb Europ\u00ebs derisa ta \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosim. P\u00ebr gjyqtar\u00ebt dhe gjykatat e korruptuara, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb tmerrshme kur, si\u00e7 do t\u00eb thoshte Monteskieja, \u00ebsht\u00eb helmuar edhe medikamenti. Spahiu ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb institucioni me pesh\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb piramid\u00ebn e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ai ka shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se ku \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur nyja, nga vjen e keqja, \u00e7far\u00eb e pengon KLD-n\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb gardiane institucionale e rrept\u00eb dhe e drejt\u00eb e sistemit, \u00e7far\u00eb duhet rregulluar, si duhet rregulluar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs q\u00eb ka mbajtur deri dje, Spahiu, i p\u00eblqen apo nuk i p\u00eblqen, nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb si politikan asnj\u00eb hap t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb tema t\u00eb tjera pa u dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ka nj\u00eb perceptim shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb popull, sipas t\u00eb cilit asgj\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb, madje keq e me keq do t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb gj\u00ebrat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00ebse nuk rregullojm\u00eb drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. Si\u00e7 kan\u00eb ardhur pun\u00ebt, drejt\u00ebsia nuk ka p\u00ebr t\u2019u rregulluar n\u00eb vetvete. N\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, drejt\u00ebsia do t\u00eb rregullohet nga politika. Partit\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs s\u00eb bashkuar do t\u00eb shpallin projektet e tyre, q\u00eb variojn\u00eb nga moderacioni te zgjidhjet radikale. Do t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb patjet\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb mesme p\u00ebrbashkuese.
