Opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb mrekullia e pluralizmit politik, e mohuar dhe e asgj\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sistemet totalitare. Kriticizmi i opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm katarsis, shpres\u00eb, por dhe pllenimi i t\u00eb gjitha zhvillimeve t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb instrument, \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptualitet. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb pushteteve atributi dhe statusi i opozit\u00ebs l\u00ebviz, madje konvertohet. \u00c7do opozit\u00eb vjen n\u00eb pushtet, pra e humb atributin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr t\u2019u larguar nga pushteti, p\u00ebr ta rifituar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb atribut. Karakteri instrumental i opozit\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vijuesh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrpritet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifituar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri statusin kriticist. Kjo p\u00ebrkohshm\u00ebri ka rregullsi kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj e theksoj edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb se opozita nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb instrument, por konceptualitet. Opozita shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimin e vetvetes. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye. Institucionalizmi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sesa verbalizimi i saj. Hyrja e opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fillim, ndon\u00ebse i vonuar ky fillim \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Pra ka nj\u00eb potencial t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pafund. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb modus operandi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb modus moriendi. Pse? Mos \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mbivler\u00ebsim? Nj\u00eb misionariz\u00ebm? Opozita nuk bazohet te misionarizmi, por te kriticizmi. \u201cNj\u00eb qeverisje e keqe, &#8211; thot\u00eb Max Weber, &#8211; tregon se ka nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb t\u00eb keqe\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb. Nj\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita flet me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn politike. Kriza n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim filozofik \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e p\u00ebrhershme. Nuk duhet fetishizuar subjektiviteti politik i kujtdo qoft\u00eb. Kriza \u00ebsht\u00eb substanca e zhvillimit. \u201cNuk ka histori normale\u201d, ka shkruar dikur me zgjuarsi Pol Valeria, &#8211; paradoksi \u00ebsht\u00eb form\u00eb e normalitetit t\u00eb historis\u00eb\u201d. Kriza \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrbotshme, por jo apokaliptike. Kriza n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka qen\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb luft\u00ebs politike tejet t\u00eb skajshme, kriza objektive subjektivizohet marr\u00ebzisht. M\u00eb konkretisht, kriza politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb perceptohet drejt. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb e vijuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb marr\u00ebzive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha diletante, ose patriarkale ballkanike t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb spektrin pa p\u00ebrjashtim. Kriza politike e tanishme e ka megjithat\u00eb nj\u00eb shpjegim. Shpjegimi do gjakftoht\u00ebsi, por dhe ndershm\u00ebri. Konfliktualiteti midis PS dhe PD \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gati mitik, por n\u00eb thelb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mitik. Po artikuloj v\u00ebshtrimin tim personal, t\u00eb pandikuar nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Zgjedhjet e 28 qershorit u konceptuan nga nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e bujshme, plot probleme konceptuale midis PS dhe PD. E p\u00ebrs\u00ebris se n\u00eb 28 qershor asnj\u00eb parti politike nuk i fitoi zgjedhjet. Edhe PS sikur t\u00eb kishte fituar disa deputet\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk mund t\u00eb quhej fitimtare. Aleanca qeveris\u00ebse e PD me LSI, nga pik\u00ebpamja formale juridike e arriti statusin kushtetues. Duhet t\u00eb ishte e kund\u00ebrta. Aleanca e PS me LSI u konceptua marr\u00ebzish\u00ebm, jo thjesht si dualitet, por si antagoniz\u00ebm. Kriticizmi personal nuk ka asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Virtytet dhe m\u00ebkatet e kryetar\u00ebve t\u00eb partive ndikojn\u00eb, por nuk p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb substanc\u00ebn politike. Kontradiktat e vetvetes nuk jan\u00eb me domosdo kontradiktat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe anasjelltas. Humbja e zgjedhjeve nga PS (PS i ka njohur juridiksht humbjen dhe mandatet e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb deputet\u00ebve n\u00eb Parlament) prodhoi nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb te vet\u00eb PS. Kjo qe nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi e madhe, nj\u00eb tendosje e tmerrshme. Mungoi gjakftoht\u00ebsia q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht e larpam\u00ebsis\u00eb. U fatalizua humbja. Zgjedhja e bojkotit qe megjithat\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje politike, q\u00eb \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht u dogmatizua. Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimi i bojkotit u arrit. Si qytetar i k\u00ebtij vendi nuk m\u00eb p\u00eblqen parabola, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs kur zihet burri dhe gruaja k\u00ebrkohet ndihma e komshiut p\u00ebr t\u2019i pajtuar. Kjo tregon nivelin e ul\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike shqiptare, madje nj\u00eb kompleks t\u00eb kot\u00eb. Por si qe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimi i bojkotit? Si aprovim apo si detyrim? Un\u00eb nuk di asnj\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt ta ket\u00eb pohuar bojkotin. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb argumentuan institucionalizimin parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p>Bojkoti e k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb kauz\u00eb. Por a ishte hapja e kutive nj\u00eb kauz\u00eb? A \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra e fshatit Ruzhdie (e tmerrshme!) ideja m\u00eb e patjet\u00ebrsueshme e bojkotit? Standardet e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb qen\u00eb problematike, kam frik\u00eb se kjo problematik\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb, por duke u zbehur p\u00ebrfundimisht. Por \u00e7far\u00eb jan\u00eb standardet? Jan\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb politike kushtetuese e p\u00ebrcaktuar nga mekanika asnjan\u00ebse e num\u00ebrimit real t\u00eb votave. Kjo gj\u00eb nuk arrihet me komisioner\u00ebt partiak\u00eb. N\u00ebse komisioner\u00ebt e PD i mashtruan ose i blen\u00eb komisioner\u00ebt e PS, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb themi se teorikisht ekzistonte dhe mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb komisioner\u00ebt e PS t\u00eb mashtronin dhe t\u00eb blinin komisioner\u00ebt e PD. Q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb pisll\u00ebk t\u00eb neveritsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kjo nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim. Q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e PS p\u00ebr standardet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, as kjo nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim. Po a jan\u00eb standardet gjith\u00e7ka? Standarde t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit nuk ka vet\u00ebm n\u00eb politik\u00eb, por ka n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Standardet e num\u00ebrimit kan\u00eb nj\u00eb karakter formal t\u00eb padiskutuesh\u00ebm. Por k\u00ebto standarde nuk konceptualizojn\u00eb politik\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e diskutuar mrekullisht nga Karl Poper. Poperi i sjell dy shembuj kuptimplot\u00eb n\u00eb argumentet e tij. Me votim t\u00eb pamanipuluar Aeropagu e d\u00ebnoi me vdekje Sokratin. Vendimi i quajtur demokratik qe fatal. Po k\u00ebshtu me votime t\u00eb rregullta, numerikisht t\u00eb pakontestuara erdhi n\u00eb fuqi Hitleri. Pra standardet e drejta nuk i shmangin dot gabimet konceptuale.<br \/>\nAt\u00ebher\u00eb, pas form\u00ebs, le t\u2019i p\u00ebrkushtohemi p\u00ebrmbajtjes. Politika e opozit\u00ebs ka nj\u00eb karakter m\u00eb universal. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb opozita shqiptare nuk ka pasur 64 deputet\u00eb. Deputeti quhet i till\u00eb nga parimi kontraktual kushtetues dhe jo nga vetit\u00eb e tij intelektuale. Formalisht me hyrjen e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb PS n\u00eb Kuvend, pas betimit t\u00eb tyre, ata nuk duhet t\u00eb konceptohen thjesht si potencial\u00eb apo n\u00eb gjendjen paraprake para betimit. Opozita nuk rri n\u00eb paradhom\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse opozita k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mjetet demokratike duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe protestat, un\u00eb kam t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pyes: \u00c7\u2019t\u00eb keqe ka n\u00ebse deputet\u00ebt e PS do t\u00eb luftojn\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb Kuvend dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht PS t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb protesta sensibilizuese? Pse ve\u00e7ohen dhe ndahen k\u00ebto dy element\u00eb? Kush e ka konceptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ndarje n\u00eb dysh t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veprimit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs? \u00c7far\u00eb bindje mund t\u00eb quhet justifikuese? Si mundet q\u00eb legjitimiteti i zgjedhjeve i njohur publikisht nga PS (p\u00ebrher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb deklaruar se e njohim rezultatin), me an\u00eb t\u00eb bojkotit t\u00eb st\u00ebrzgjatur t\u00eb minoj\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr legjitimitetin e t\u00eb vet\u00ebve? Ekletizmi i opozit\u00ebs duhet shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb konceptualitet. \u00cbsht\u00eb e vetmja rrug\u00eb q\u00eb ka mbetur. Shp\u00ebtimtare. Rigjeneruese. Emancipuese. Nuk mundet nj\u00eb fraz\u00eb e bujshme si \u201cHapni kutit\u00eb\u201d (n\u00eb fakt, artikulimi logjik do t\u00eb ishte \u201cT\u2019i Hapim kutit\u00eb\u201d, duke mos e koncentruar vet\u00ebm te PD, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb pa kuptim) t\u00eb limitoj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb vizionin e kriticizmit politik t\u00eb PS. Parimi i rrug\u00ebs, i protestave duhet kuptuar qart\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb simplifikim. Kritika e rrug\u00ebs, e mediave dhe e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb e dob\u00ebt. Doni prova? Askush nuk proteston p\u00ebr ngritjen e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike, ose t\u00eb ushqimeve, as p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbytjet etj. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje m\u00eb ekzistenciale dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa \u00e7do fitore politike n\u00eb zgjedhje. N\u00ebse besohet se procesi i kimis\u00eb politike, i shtjellimit t\u00eb degraduar t\u00eb ngjarjeve n\u00eb vetvete \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe zgjidhja alkimike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb pushtet, nuk mendoj se kjo do t\u00eb ishte rruga e politik\u00ebs si konceptualitet. Varf\u00ebria e ideve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese.<\/p>\n<p>Protestat e rrug\u00ebs kan\u00eb megjithat\u00eb nj\u00eb karakter konvencional. \u00cbsht\u00eb provuar n\u00eb histori se dhe l\u00ebvizja studenteske e vitit 1967 n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, edhe l\u00ebvizja \u00e7eguevariste, nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme jasht\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs. Eksperimentizmi i vonuar nuk i hyn n\u00eb pun\u00eb askujt. Opozita shqiptare ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ide t\u00eb fuqishme. Ajo ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar homogjenitetin e saj. Deputet\u00ebt \u201crebel\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb LMN nuk jan\u00eb nj\u00eb parti m\u00eb vete dhe as duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb e till\u00eb, pra PS dhe LMN jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta parti. Pse harrohet kjo? Pse nga kreu i PS nuk luftohet p\u00ebr homogjenitet? Pse deputet\u00ebt e LMN t\u00eb PS nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb ide konstruktive p\u00ebr homogjentitetin e opozit\u00ebs? Pse aleancat e opozit\u00ebs nd\u00ebrtohen me emra fiktiv\u00eb? Pse politikan\u00ebt dhe deputet\u00ebt e PS nuk luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr rigjetjen e identitetit politik t\u00eb PS?<br \/>\nThelbi i kriz\u00ebs politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb qeverisja problematike. P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebtij thelbi t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebrat e tjera jan\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb, ose stolisje t\u00eb stilit barok, ornamental. Opozita duhet t\u2019i largohet luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fjal\u00ebve q\u00eb jan\u00eb katandisur thjesht n\u00eb shenja verbale, q\u00eb automatikisht shkaktojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie urrejtje dhe dashurie.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr luft\u00ebtarin e fjal\u00ebve, fjal\u00ebt jan\u00eb arm\u00ebt-fjal\u00eb, jo idet\u00eb. Lufta e ideve mund t\u00eb artikulohet me pak fjal\u00eb. Shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb shpesh nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb ide. Opozita duhet fuqizuar dhe do t\u00eb fuqizohet. Askush nuk mund ta pengoj\u00eb opozit\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb luaj\u00eb funksionin e saj publik dhe kushtetues. Por opozita fillon nga idet\u00eb e drejta. Opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb programore. Opozita mediatike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e opozit\u00ebs programore. Lufta e fjal\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shpesh emotive. Lufta programore \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsi e pashlyeshme. Te \u00e7do parti duhet nj\u00eb nivel i lart\u00eb intelektualiteti. Do mendim t\u00eb kualifikuar politik. Nuk do spontanitet emocional. As inate t\u00eb ndrydhura. As mesianiz\u00ebm. Te \u00e7do parti unitarizmi i Nj\u00ebshit krijon mistik\u00eb, pasiguri, klonim, sterilitet. Partit\u00eb politike jan\u00eb institucione t\u00eb pashmangshme komb\u00ebtare. Jan\u00eb legjitime p\u00ebrfundimisht. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb optik\u00eb lufta politike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as shkat\u00ebrrim, as katastrof\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb korrigjim, rikonstruktim dhe partneritet dhe shpesh konsensus p\u00ebr projektin e s\u00eb ardhmes demokratike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb saj dinjitoz n\u00eb bot\u00ebn globale.<br \/>\nFillimi i opozit\u00ebs, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vonuar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do vones\u00eb kronologjike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fatale.
