Eduard Kukan dhe Hannes Swoboda, dy europarlamentar\u00ebt q\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrin zhvillimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nj\u00ebri i djatht\u00eb dhe tjetri i majt\u00eb, jan\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt kund\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri gjykoi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen Meta dhe kund\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se Berisha po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb shmang\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen e kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm m\u00eb 21 Janar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin shqet\u00ebsim po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb shprehin Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes ambasadorit t\u00eb SHBA n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, apo q\u00ebndrimeve zyrtare nga SHBA. Fokusimi i fort\u00eb i tyre tek fakti se drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nd\u00ebshkon vet\u00ebm medien kritike dhe opozit\u00ebn dhe jo vrasjet e pushtetit apo aferat korruptive t\u00eb tij, ka n\u00eb sfond alarmin se pas zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb ri nga Berisha, k\u00ebto tregues do p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohen shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por a \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt se Berisha do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i \u201cd\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm\u201d ndaj Per\u00ebndimit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte as q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb. Edhe pse shihet qart\u00eb se p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb kemi q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb koordinuara nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kund\u00ebr tij personalisht, efekti i tyre mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb zero, biles i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm n\u00ebse nuk shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb plan veprimi kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs. N\u00ebse zyrtar\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt akoma na konsiderojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend normal dhe marrin ende seriozisht d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb ftes\u00ebn e vendit kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar n\u00eb BE, mendojn\u00eb se deklaratat e tyre mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndikim mbi Berish\u00ebn, gabojn\u00eb dyfish. E para fitojn\u00eb armiq\u00ebsin\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs, dhe e dyta, humbasin kontaktet dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin me qeverin\u00eb shqiptare duke na d\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Presioni mbi Berish\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me plan konkret veprimi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e presidentit, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Berisha tenton t\u00eb mbrohet me Kushtetut\u00ebn, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i qart\u00eb konflikti q\u00eb Berisha ka me institucionin e Presidentit, KLD dhe m\u00eb pas Prokurorin\u00eb, si nj\u00eb person q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyshuar p\u00ebr vrasje t\u00eb kat\u00ebr demonstrueseve. N\u00eb \u00e7do vend per\u00ebndimor nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn k\u00ebto dyshime, jep dor\u00ebheqje dhe i hap rrug\u00eb hetimit, kurse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri Berisha k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb marr\u00eb dhe institucionet e tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur hetimin. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte normal nj\u00eb plan veprimi q\u00eb ruan dhe Kushtetut\u00ebn, dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn fallco t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta respektuar at\u00eb dhe standardet per\u00ebndimore. Berisha t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje nga kryeminist\u00ebr deri sa t\u00eb gjykohet \u00e7\u00ebshtja e 21 Janarit, ku ai mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb si autor vrasjesh dhe Presidenti le t\u00eb zgjidhet sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, duke qen\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e PD-s\u00eb, por pa Berish\u00ebn kryeminist\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb plan veprimi q\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet me logjik\u00ebn se si Per\u00ebndimi i zgjidh k\u00ebto konflikte n\u00eb vendin e vet dhe duhet t\u2019ia imponoj\u00eb at\u00eb dhe qeveris\u00eb shqiptare. Biles kjo do ishte nj\u00eb zgjidhje e mir\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr rotacionin e mundsh\u00ebm politik pas nj\u00eb viti, pasi n\u00eb rast t\u00eb nj\u00eb fitoreje t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs do kishim nj\u00eb president t\u00eb djatht\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb balanconte institucionet. Kjo mendoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb logjika q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihet falsitetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar Kushtetut\u00ebn, q\u00eb i siguron atij imunitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u nd\u00ebshkuar nj\u00eb krim shtet\u00ebror mbi kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb. Dhe kur Per\u00ebndimi t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb plan veprimi, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i qart\u00eb dhe i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e presionit mbi t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb fryme politike n\u00eb vend p\u00ebr distanc\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs ndaj Per\u00ebndimit. Zyrtar\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb duhet ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt me rekomandimet e tyre dhe duhet ta theksojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qartazi publikisht. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur disidenc\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrshti brenda PD-sa ndaj tij. Fuqia e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb vath\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata e shikojn\u00eb at\u00eb si garant t\u00eb pushtetit. Kur ta shikojn\u00eb si garant t\u00eb humbjes, shum\u00eb prej tyre kan\u00eb p\u00ebr ta braktisur m\u00eb shpejt se sa mendojm\u00eb ne.<\/p>\n<p>Nxitja e debatit brenda PD-s\u00eb, pa p\u00ebrmendur emra t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb jetike dhe mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i qart\u00eb per\u00ebndimor kund\u00ebr akteve politike t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Ajo q\u00eb ai po b\u00ebn tani \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr. Ka kuptuar t\u00ebrbimin amerikan kund\u00ebr tij dhe nxjerr Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebj si pro- amerikan. Ka kuptuar t\u00ebrbimin evropian kund\u00ebr tij dhe gjen miq t\u00eb vet p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar Topallin t\u00eb b\u00ebj si pro-evropiane.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00eb me nj\u00eb duzin\u00eb hajdut\u00ebsh dhe pastrues paresh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb shkon tek nj\u00eb feudal n\u00eb Azerbajxhan p\u00ebr t\u2019i shitur pasurit\u00eb e fundit n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb konsoliduar regjimin e tij p\u00ebrmes pareve t\u00eb pista. Per\u00ebndimi nuk duhet t\u00eb g\u00ebnjehet nga ngjyrat fallco q\u00eb Berisha prodhon brenda PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb verbuar qart\u00ebsin\u00eb e shikimit t\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte n\u00eb at\u00eb parti dhe at\u00eb koalicion nuk ndodh asgj\u00eb kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs pasi ata shpresojn\u00eb se Berisha me manovrat e tij t\u00eb pista do tu rijap\u00eb pushtetin. Vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse kjo shpres\u00eb u b\u00ebhet e larg\u00ebt nga nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i qart\u00eb dhe i prer\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb ringjallet nj\u00eb debat brenda shumic\u00ebs q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb dhe zhbllokoj\u00eb demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Deklaratat e djeshme t\u00eb Kryetarit t\u00eb Delegacionit p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore n\u00eb Parlamentin Evropian, Eduard Kukan, jan\u00eb shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse dhe duket se bashk\u00eb me q\u00ebndrimet e zotit Swoboda p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim cil\u00ebsor nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar kund\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebs. Por askush t\u00eb mos besoj\u00eb se Berisha mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar nga mos marrja e ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE apo nga d\u00ebshtimi i k\u00ebtij procesi. Ai realisht \u00ebsht\u00eb objektivi i fsheht\u00eb i Berish\u00ebs. Atij i duhet kjo Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb, me kriminalitet n\u00eb rritje, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pasigurt, me gazetar\u00eb t\u00eb superd\u00ebnuar, q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos flas\u00eb, me opozit\u00eb t\u00eb penalizuar dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb, q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos i rezistoj\u00eb dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel varf\u00ebrie q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb cop\u00eb buk\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar. \u00c7do Shqip\u00ebri tjet\u00ebr e lir\u00eb, e pasur, konkurrente dhe demokratike, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb nuk e pranon Sali Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj Sali Berisha nuk duhet k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar me izolim t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebve, por me izolim t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb elektorale n\u00eb vend kund\u00ebr tij, diferenc\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai nuk do ta kaloj\u00eb dot me manipulim. Rrethimi i Per\u00ebndimit po ngushtohet para zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, dhe kjo na b\u00ebn t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se Per\u00ebndimi nuk ia beson dot m\u00eb institucionet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve tu ringjallet besimi tek fuqia e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr nga pushteti Berish\u00ebn, duhet q\u00eb gjuha e Per\u00ebndimit t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim\u00ebshe kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs.
