Me nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pacip\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb procedur\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb shmangu d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e Dritan Priftit si prov\u00eb kryesore e k\u00ebtij denoncimi dhe m\u00eb pas hodhi posht\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrforcuesin kryesor t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj prove, q\u00eb ishte videoja e regjistruar prej tij. \u00c7do gj\u00eb u b\u00eb aq arrogante dhe jo profesionale, sa duket sikur m\u00eb shum\u00eb b\u00ebhet kujdes t\u00eb forcohet bindja se qeveritar\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend jan\u00eb t\u00eb papreksh\u00ebm, se sa t\u00eb respektohet qoft\u00eb dhe formalisht nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Por mesazhi m\u00eb i qart\u00eb q\u00eb jep ky gjyq \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ctradhtia\u201d q\u00eb sjelljet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri i b\u00ebjn\u00eb frym\u00ebs anti-per\u00ebndimore q\u00eb ekziston n\u00eb qeveri. Procesi penal n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs ka refuzuar tri her\u00eb Per\u00ebndimin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb tre ekspertiza banale, t\u00eb porositura nga i akuzuari. Gjykata e Lart\u00eb hodhi posht\u00eb fillimisht ekspertiz\u00ebn amerikane, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ambasadori Arvizu theksoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga ekspert\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb SHBA. M\u00eb pas hodhi posht\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebn angleze, e cila ishte po ashtu e kualifikuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kur gjyqi po hynte n\u00eb spiralen e degradimit me ekspert\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb zyrat \u201ctek Fush\u00eb e Druve\u201d, Bashkimi Evropian theu heshtjen dhe b\u00ebri apel p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb proces n\u00eb minut\u00ebn e fundit. Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i Komisionerit p\u00ebr Zgjerim i b\u00ebri thirrje drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare t\u2019i drejtohej p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur besueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ekspertiz\u00eb. Deklarata e tij u shoq\u00ebrua me nj\u00eb shpjegim t\u00eb gjat\u00eb se problemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga arsyet e forta dhe t\u00eb panegociueshme q\u00eb mund t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb jasht\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n<p>E projektuar n\u00eb shembuj t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm, Bashkimi Evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i d\u00ebrguar mesazh Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ce d\u00ebnuar\u201d t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00ebn shembullin e Kroacis\u00eb, e cila burgosi kryeministrin q\u00eb futi vendin n\u00eb NATO dhe q\u00eb mori ftes\u00ebn p\u00ebr vend an\u00ebtar n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian. Sanader, i cili u d\u00ebnua p\u00ebr shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak se Ilir Meta, dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb pak prova, po i hap rrug\u00ebn n\u00eb Kroaci nj\u00eb t\u00ebrmeti t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj politik\u00ebs, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb pozita t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe kryeministren aktuale p\u00ebr disa pare t\u00eb padeklaruara gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale p\u00ebr presidente n\u00eb vitin 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Por dhe ky apel u injorua. Pra, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila ka sh\u00ebnuar rekordet m\u00eb t\u00eb zeza n\u00eb munges\u00ebn e dinjitetit dhe profesionalizmit dhe var\u00ebsis\u00eb politike nga pushteti, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre lakmuesi i frym\u00ebs anti-per\u00ebndimore q\u00eb ekziston n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb shqiptare lidhur me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kjo Gjykat\u00eb, q\u00eb mbylli me procedur\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, pasi vajza e kryetares u em\u00ebrua prej tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambasad\u00eb n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb mbylli \u00e7\u00ebshtjen kriminale t\u00eb Fatmir Mediut, pasi ai rimori mandatin e deputetit, edhe pse akuza nuk kish ndryshuar dhe asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrt\u00ebritje mandati nuk kish arsye t\u2019i p\u00ebrt\u00ebrinte imunitetin ndaj gjykimit. \u00cbsht\u00eb po kjo gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb mbylli t\u00eb gjitha gjyqet ndaj Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr shpifje dhe fyerje ndaj gazetar\u00ebve dhe politikan\u00ebve kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, dhe q\u00eb d\u00ebnon me gjoba prej qindra mij\u00ebra euro gazetar\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i ka qejf Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kjo Gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebnon nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb apo gazetar\u00eb 300 milion\u00eb lek, sa \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb paga e dy jet\u00ebve, se ia ka prishur qet\u00ebsin\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cZengjineje\u201d tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb korruptuar t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe fal ministra q\u00eb kan\u00eb vrar\u00eb 26 vet\u00eb, apo t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb vjedhur mbi 200 milion\u00eb euro. Por mbi t\u00eb gjitha \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo Gjykat\u00eb, dhe ndoshta e vetmja gjykat\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb tri ofertave p\u00ebr ekspertiz\u00eb nga Per\u00ebndimi, dy i hedh posht\u00eb si jo t\u00eb parregullta dhe t\u00eb tret\u00ebn nuk e pranon fare, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb i jep fuqin\u00eb e ekspertiz\u00ebs nj\u00eb pa\u00e7avureje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nga diletant\u00eb q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb as ta lexojn\u00eb dhe jo ma ta shpjegojn\u00eb me fjal\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, kjo Gjykat\u00eb nuk vlen p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar kush ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, por vlen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se m\u00eb k\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pushteti n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje gjyq\u00ebsore. N\u00eb rastin e fundit vlen t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb q\u00eb pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr frym\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi dhe pro mbrojtjes s\u00eb paprekshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr ekspertiz\u00ebs s\u00eb SHBA, Anglis\u00eb dhe propozimit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb ekspertiz\u00eb per\u00ebndimore p\u00ebr Ilir Met\u00ebn, dhe gjykata \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb version. Kjo do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb q\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebr shfaj\u00ebsimin e Ilir Met\u00ebs t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jasht\u00eb dyerve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs dhe ndonj\u00eb ftese t\u00eb mundshme ndaj saj. Nuk kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi m\u00eb as aktet dhe as paktet mes qeveris\u00eb dhe opozit\u00ebs, as ligjet me dy t\u00eb tretat dhe as kushtet formale t\u00eb BE. Kushti themelor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari nd\u00ebr 12 kushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia e pavarur dhe fundi i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb mosnd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb zyrtareve t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Komisioneri p\u00ebr Zgjerim e tha fare qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb q\u00eb shkoi p\u00ebrmes z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij. Shihej qart\u00eb q\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb gjyqi ndaj Ilir Met\u00ebs t\u00eb ishte prov\u00eb e fillimit t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare duke e \u00e7uar k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykata e Lart\u00eb, kjo celul\u00eb besnike e pushtetit m\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, vazhdon t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb denoncuesit dhe t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb hajdut\u00ebt, vazhdon t\u00eb hedh\u00eb posht\u00eb provat dhe faktet dhe tu jap\u00eb fuqi g\u00ebnjeshtrave dhe falsifikimeve, vazhdon t\u00eb inkurajoj\u00eb korrupsionin e trafikun dhe t\u00eb dekurajoj\u00eb denoncuesit e tyre, qofshin k\u00ebta politikan\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb apo qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb.
