Ky peticion i iniciuar nga intelektual\u00ebt Ndue Ukaj, Ardian Ndreca, Matteo Mandala, Lazer Stani, Majlinda Bregasi, drejtohet kund\u00ebr pun\u00ebs s\u00eb komisionit p\u00ebr rishikimin e prezantimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb, gjeografis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs osmane e turke, ngritur me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e vazhdueshme t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb turke.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb vizitave t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb krer\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ndryshimi i teksteve shkollore. S\u00eb fundmi ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb Omer Din\u00e7er, ministri i Arsimit t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, q\u00eb ka k\u00ebrkuar eliminimin e \u201cparagraf\u00ebve fyes ndaj historis\u00eb turke\u201d. Dhe k\u00ebshtu, mbi baz\u00ebn e rekomandimeve, shum\u00eb terma t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur deri m\u00eb sot, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e pushtimit osman t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb zbuten.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Berisha - Erdogan\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2012\/berisha_erdogan.jpg\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu fjal\u00ebt \u201cdhun\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cvrasje\u201d t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me fjal\u00ebt \u201cpushtim\u201d dhe \u201cburgosje\u201d apo \u201csundimi i eg\u00ebr osman\u201d, t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb \u201cpushtimi osman\u201d etj. Nd\u00ebrsa po punohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, emra t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb letrave, artit, kultur\u00ebs dhe shkenc\u00ebs, si Ismail Kadare, Visar Zhiti, Agron Tufa, Maks Velo, Francesco Altimari, Artan Shkreli, Shaban Sinani, etj. kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar anulimin e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb komisionit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr t\u2019i l\u00ebn\u00eb historian\u00ebt t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb pavarur shkencore, sipas parimeve dhe metodologjis\u00eb s\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs historike dhe jo sipas interesave, urdhrave dhe vullneteve politik\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb turke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E v\u00ebrteta historike<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cFaktet historike dhe argumentet shkencore jan\u00eb ngjarje dhe momente jetike n\u00eb historin\u00eb e nj\u00eb kombi. Ato s\u2019mund t\u00eb ndryshohen me nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb jashtme, sidomos kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes nj\u00eb perandorie pushtuese dhe nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb pushtuar, pas nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrese q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb faqe t\u00eb ndritur jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve, por edhe n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs. Pushtimi osman shkaktoi nj\u00eb grop\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e kombit shqiptar. Ai e nd\u00ebrpreu procesin normal historik t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb. Ky pushtim i shk\u00ebputi me dhun\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nga Europa dhe shkaktoi tragjedi dhe drama t\u00eb pashlyeshme n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn historike t\u00eb kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohemi kurr\u00eb dhe d\u00ebnojm\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e disa pseudohistorian\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb segmenteve t\u00eb caktuara politike, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrpiqen q\u00eb shekujt e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb pushtimit osman t\u2019i paraqesin si koh\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs paq\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb suksesshme\u201d, shkruhet n\u00eb peticionin, drejtuar President\u00ebve Jahjaga e Nishani, si dhe Parlamentit, qeveris\u00eb dhe Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. \u201cP\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb interpretimi i historis\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb pushtetit dhe jo n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi i historis\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb arbitrare, duke i ardhur rreth oreksit t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb turke, krijon nj\u00eb precedent t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm: pas disa vitesh edhe Serbia mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb t\u00eb shpallet vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb administratore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe ajo t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet pozitivisht p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, kultur\u00ebn dhe identitetin ton\u00eb\u201d, thuhej m\u00eb tej. \u201cK\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr ndryshimin e historis\u00eb s\u2019ka ardhur si rezultat i shtytjeve shkencore, zbulimeve dhe fakteve t\u00eb reja dhe as i nevoj\u00ebs s\u00eb interpretimeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta shkencore, por si rezultat i trysnis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit turk mbi qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe mbi disa historian\u00eb t\u00eb manipuluar e t\u00eb painformuar me punime t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb historia jon\u00eb, e shkruar nga shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb huaj, d\u00ebshmon t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e asaj q\u00eb ofron komisioni i Ministris\u00eb dhe ekspert\u00ebve turq p\u00ebr historin\u00eb ton\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebve periudha e pushtimit osman s\u2019kishte dhun\u00eb, s\u2019kishte shtypje dhe s\u2019kishte gjenocid.<\/p>\n<p>Pushtimi pes\u00ebshekullor turk ka qen\u00eb i dhunsh\u00ebm dhe, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb asaj periudhe t\u00eb gjat\u00eb ka pasur vrasje, shfarosje, dhun\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ishin populli m\u00eb i persekutuar i Perandoris\u00eb\u201d. Sipas hartuesve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij peticioni, p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar gjenocidin ndaj popullit shqiptar mjafton t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet fakti q\u00eb gjuha shqipe u ndalua me forc\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej n\u00eb shkolla e t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej n\u00eb administrata.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00eb gjith\u00eb tashm\u00eb e dim\u00eb se \u00e7do nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb histori sipas skenar\u00ebve t\u00eb paracaktuar politik\u00eb cenon ADN-n\u00eb e kombit shqiptar.
