Skicat e para q\u00eb kan\u00eb vizatuar t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pushtetit, jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb nj\u00eb presidenti konsensual, me integritet, produkt i bisedimeve dhe marr\u00ebveshjeve, etj. E gjith\u00eb kjo teknikokraci e prodhuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe shqip: Presidentin nuk duhet ta zgjedh\u00eb Sali Berisha! Pra, i gjith\u00eb fjalori politik i p\u00ebrdorur deri m\u00eb sot, sidomos nga diplomat\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, v\u00ebrtitet rreth k\u00ebsaj fraze, e cila nuk shqiptohet kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb ata e quajn\u00eb etik\u00eb diplomatike.<\/p>\n<p><em>Por a mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb presioni nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president t\u00eb pranuar nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si ka nisur presioni, nuk ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb funksionuar. Sali Berisha e ka marr\u00eb mesazhin se diplomat\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb nuk d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb marr\u00eb presidentin, dhe i gjith\u00eb fjalori i tyre p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit nj\u00eb mesazh q\u00eb ai nuk ka d\u00ebshir\u00eb ta d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb. Nuk besoj se ka ngelur ndonj\u00eb ambasador pa e th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb. E ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ambasadori i Danimark\u00ebs, ai i OSBE, i BE, dhe qartazi dhe ambasadori i SHBA. Por Berisha po ashtu e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen m\u00eb qart\u00eb se ata. Ka th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb presidenti do t\u00eb zgjidhet sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, dhe se opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb e ftuar t\u00eb votoj\u00eb me konsensus kandidatin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pra \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb q\u00eb ajo q\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb, pas 5 muajsh mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet e dyshimt\u00eb pasi Berisha mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet. N\u00eb vitin 2002, kur Per\u00ebndimi detyroi Fatos Nanon dhe Partin\u00eb Socialiste t\u00eb uleshin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president konsensual, mesazhi ishte i qart\u00eb dhe arsyet po aq t\u00eb qarta. Bashkimi Evropian tha se e majta nuk ka legjitimitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur presidentin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb parregullsive t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2001. Q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00ebsh t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn sken\u00eb me Sali Berish\u00ebn, duhet jo vet\u00ebm t\u2019i adresosh qart\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn q\u00eb \u201cnuk ke p\u00ebr ta zgjedhur presidentin\u201d, por duhet t\u2019i shpjegosh qart\u00eb dhe arsyen.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe krye-arsyeja p\u00ebrse Berisha nuk duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb presidentin, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht se pushteti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt me ligjin p\u00ebr vrasje dhe vjedhje, dhe se u ka shpallur luft\u00eb institucionit t\u00eb Presidentit, kryeprokurores dhe SHISH, tri institucione q\u00eb bien menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb duar t\u00eb tij n\u00ebse ai merr presidentin. Si nj\u00eb njeri n\u00eb konflikt me ligjin, dhe i dyshuar si urdh\u00ebrues i vrasjeve t\u00eb 21 Janarit, ai duhet t\u00eb rrinte normalisht dhe larg kryeministris\u00eb deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij hetimi dhe gjykimi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Per\u00ebndimi nuk e adreson k\u00ebt\u00eb si shkak kryesor p\u00ebrse Berisha nuk duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb presidentin, m\u00eb mir\u00eb mos t\u2019ia p\u00ebrmendin fare k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. \u00cbsht\u00eb e kuptueshme se nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i till\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar v\u00eb n\u00eb rrezik kredencialet demokratike t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, por \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e vetme q\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb ket\u00eb kuptim. K\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nuk do p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat, apo izolimi i Berish\u00ebs, nuk jan\u00eb presione q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb. Berish\u00ebs i mjafton liria e l\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb rregull me shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb m\u00ebrziten nga regjimi i tij, dhe i mjafton qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb feudal azer si Aliyev-i, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u dukur q\u00eb e respektojn\u00eb ende si kryeminist\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Rruga tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta detyruar \u00ebsht\u00eb fillimi i nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb fort\u00eb protestash n\u00eb vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb detyruar qeverin\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebzoj\u00eb presidentin, ose t\u00eb shkohet n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb reja. 21 janari dhe sjellja e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb me viktimat ka d\u00ebmtuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb frym\u00ebn e protestave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se e ka vrar\u00eb at\u00eb. Opozita duhet ndoshta t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga organizimi i protestave t\u00eb strukturuara, me qindra-mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz dhe me regji politike. Protesta mbahet gjall\u00eb nga motivi dhe jo nga shumica apo fasada.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb mir\u00eb pak vet\u00eb e p\u00ebrdit\u00eb se 200 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit. Opozita duhet t\u00eb provoj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb revolt\u00eb n\u00eb pranver\u00eb, n\u00ebse Berisha nuk gjunj\u00ebzohet nga ndonj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim m\u00eb i ashp\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb i qart\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Nuk ka ndonj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb se sa r\u00ebnia e gjith\u00eb institucioneve n\u00eb duar t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. N\u00ebse ajo ndodh dhe shqiptar\u00ebt nuk e pengojn\u00eb dot, at\u00ebher\u00eb zgjedhjet kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb formalitet q\u00eb noterizohen nga drejt\u00ebsia, presidenti dhe prokuroria e Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe rotacioni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend mund t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dyshim p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Identikiti i Presidentit n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim \u00ebsht\u00eb i gjithi nj\u00eb cop\u00eb let\u00ebr e shkruar me laps, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Berisha e hedh n\u00eb koshin e plehrave n\u00ebse ndaj tij nuk flitet qart\u00eb dhe me gjuh\u00ebn e forc\u00ebs nga opozita, dhe me \u201carsyet\u201d e duhura nga nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt. Berisha ka probleme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, ka probleme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me hetimin dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr i duhet t\u2019i ket\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll k\u00ebto institucione. Mjafton t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb se si v\u00ebllai i Arben Brocit, nj\u00eb prej kat\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve m\u00eb 2 prill 1991 n\u00eb nj\u00eb protest\u00eb politike, d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi vras\u00ebsin e provuar t\u00eb nj\u00eb demonstruesi t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm, apo se si nj\u00eb gjyqtar q\u00eb l\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb nj\u00eb trafikant turk, i b\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbime politike regjimit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se ku ka degraduar \u00ebndrra e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi dhe demokraci.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb beteje p\u00ebr jet\u00eb e vdekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar historin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb err\u00ebt politike, kurse shoq\u00ebria shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr jet\u00eb e vdekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar pluralizmin dhe shpres\u00ebn p\u00ebr demokraci n\u00eb vend. Nuk duhet t\u00eb trishtohemi q\u00eb sot na ka mbetur mjeti i vet\u00ebm protesta dhe revolta.
