E ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe \u201cgjermane\u201d. Nga serioziteti i numrit dy t\u00eb shtetit, n\u00eb makin\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e t\u00eb zez\u00eb t\u00eb kryeparlamentares, n\u00eb xhiron me motora mes shkret\u00ebtirave arabe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Jozefin\u00ebs do t\u2019I heq\u00ebsh at\u00eb pjes\u00ebn \u201ce ashp\u00ebr\u201d, fare mir\u00eb mund t\u00eb dilte nj\u00eb zonj\u00eb q\u00eb mendon vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e grave. N\u00eb tet\u00eb vjet p\u00ebrball\u00eb 139 deputet\u00ebve, nuk mund t\u2019i num\u00ebrosh as me gishtat e dor\u00ebs replikat me grat\u00eb deputete. Por gishtat nuk mjaftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb num\u00ebruar aktivitet pro grave. Mos ndoshta Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb feministe e fshehur? Apo mos vall\u00eb e lodhur, s\u00eb bashku me simotrat e saj majtas e djathtas nga \u201cdhuna burr\u00ebrore shqiptare\u201d k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ngjall\u00eb e t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb me sa mundet femr\u00ebn?<\/p>\n<p>A ka ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt Jozefina Topalli? Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kujdesshme t\u00eb mos e tregoj\u00eb n\u00eb publik. Esht\u00eb e vet\u00ebdijshme se kamerat, t\u00eb dashura apo hidhnake e ndjekin n\u00eb \u00e7do moment, ndaj n\u00eb \u00e7do moment ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e sy\u00e7el\u00eb. Por duket se dita e saj m\u00eb e err\u00ebt ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me zgjedhjet. At\u00ebher\u00eb kur Partia Socialiste, kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, \u201cguxuan\u201d t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn e saj, Rozafatin.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ia dol\u00ebn, por jo pa l\u00ebn\u00eb shenja. Ishte ndoshta nj\u00eb shkundje p\u00ebr Topallin se shkodran\u00ebt e saj, nuk mund t\u00eb mbaheshin m\u00eb vet\u00ebm me kujtime, e as t\u00eb ushqeheshin me dosje ish-komunist\u00ebsh, e as t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtonin \u00e7do dit\u00eb diktatur\u00ebn duke ecur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt shkatarraqe t\u00eb mbetura prej asaj kohe&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tre muaj para zgjedhjeve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Topalli nuk e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb koh\u00ebn t\u2019i shkoj\u00eb d\u00ebm, e as Shkodr\u00ebn t\u2019i rr\u00ebnohet n\u00eb pik\u00ebn pa kthim. Ndoshta nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cShkod\u00ebr locja\u201d, por gjithsesi mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb gjallon, jeton, dhe ec\u00ebn&#8230; edhe me bi\u00e7ikleta. E ajo, n\u00eb 23 qershor do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb s\u00ebrish \u201ce p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelura\u201d e qarqeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike. Ndoshta nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e leht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>I duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb presionin e nj\u00eb tet\u00eb vje\u00e7ari qeveris\u00ebs, q\u00eb nuk ka shkuar fjoll\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, madje edhe p\u00ebr shkodran\u00ebt, i duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb edhe r\u00ebndes\u00ebn e pamund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb integruar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb persekutuarit e Shkodr\u00ebs dhe pasardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre, dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb shum\u00eb. Pa i duhet t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb balancat mes atyre q\u00eb duan vet\u00ebm Jozefin\u00ebn, por q\u00eb po u zbehet dashuria p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn, apo e kund\u00ebrta, e m\u00eb e keqja fare, atyre q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb m\u00eb dashuri. E mbi t\u00eb gjitha do t\u2019i duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb sulmet e nj\u00eb partie prej tet\u00eb vitesh n\u00eb opozit\u00eb. Q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn forc\u00eb me PD e 2005-\u00ebs. E, Topalli sigurisht q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mjaftohet, se Shkodra \u00ebsht\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Edhe Kavaja ishte&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPo m\u00ebr\u201d, thot\u00eb Topalli me at\u00eb shkodranishten e k\u00ebndshme, ku \u201c\u00eb\u201d her\u00eb merr nga \u201ce\u201d-ja, e her\u00eb merr \u201cnga \u201co\u201d-ja. Esht\u00eb e sigurt\u00eb. Edhe n\u00eb hap, kur ec\u00ebn krah Berish\u00ebs. Edhe kur ngre dy gishtat m\u00eb lart\u00eb se Berisha. Edhe kur qesh menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas Berish\u00ebs. Edhe kur takon Pap\u00ebn e ri pas Berish\u00ebs. Edhe kur mbron \u00e7do propozim t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb ky p\u00ebr hidrocentrale, apo p\u00ebr arra.<\/p>\n<p>A mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajo \u201cnj\u00eb Berish\u00eb\u201d?! T\u00eb pakt\u00eb jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb mund t\u00eb guxojn\u00eb ta thyejn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb perceptim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, apo edhe t\u00eb ardhmes. Mund t\u00eb guxojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm duke pasur pik\u00ebrisht dor\u00ebn e Sali Berish\u00ebs mbi shpatulla, por Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb aty. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e fuqishme. Aq e fuqishme, sa qoft\u00eb edhe duke buz\u00ebqeshur mund t\u2019ua heq\u00eb t\u00eb dyja duart e Berish\u00ebs nga shpatulla dhe t\u2019i ler\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb akullit t\u00eb q\u00ebndrestar\u00ebve&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Jozefina pret&#8230; Tani \u00ebsht\u00eb e preokupuar \u201ct\u00eb masakroj\u00eb\u201d socialist\u00ebt dhe Ram\u00ebn p\u00ebr tre ligjet. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi q\u00eb ajo e merr pa m\u00ebdyshje, ku her\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzon fuqin\u00eb e butonit t\u00eb mikrofonave, e h\u00ebr\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb i jep e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur seanc\u00ebn&#8230;duke th\u00ebn\u00eb ajo fjal\u00ebn e fundit, pik\u00ebrisht at\u00eb q\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb mendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb uritur p\u00ebr komente. ..<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta do t\u00eb jet\u00eb s\u00ebrish edhe kat\u00ebr vite t\u00eb tjera aty&#8230; ministrit\u00eb mund t\u2019ia heqin k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e \u201cJozefin\u00ebs kryetare\u201d, edhe kur shqiptohet ironikisht nga Taulant Balla.<\/p>\n<p>Diku tjet\u00ebr, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb thjesht \u201czonja Topalli\u201d, nj\u00eb nga 14 t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt&#8230; Apo ndoshta dhe s\u2019do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me gjith\u00eb epok\u00ebn tet\u00eb vje\u00e7are, duke u z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga nj\u00eb prej socialisteve t\u00eb sall\u00ebs&#8230;Edhe The\u00e7er pas 11 vjet\u00ebsh nuk ishte m\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, pas 23 qershori i k\u00ebtij viti do t\u00eb jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr shum\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje.
