Sipas Lubonj\u00ebs, shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb vetdijsh\u00ebm se \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dy udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit konfliktual\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta kthyer n\u00eb akt k\u00ebt\u00eb vet\u00ebdije.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kjo, argumenton Lubonja, kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb faktit se rreth k\u00ebtyre dy udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjell\u00eb interesat e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb atyre q\u00eb sot diktojn\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejt apo t\u00ebrthorazi opinionin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, shum\u00eb prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u intereson kjo luft\u00eb e eg\u00ebr mes t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve jasht\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb institucioneve, pasi k\u00ebshtu interesat personale i mbrojn\u00eb n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb lidhjes e besnik\u00ebris\u00eb ndaj udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit, apo pse nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se at\u00eb t\u00eb mercenarit n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn apo tjetr\u00ebn ushtri, pa qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se n\u00eb terma afatgjata ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe kund\u00ebr interesave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Por a \u00ebsht\u00eb ky koagulim rreth udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb fort\u00eb i kufizuar vet\u00ebm tek nj\u00eb grup mercenar\u00ebsh t\u00eb korruptuar, q\u00eb kan\u00eb interes p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur kryekomandant\u00ebt aktual\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb ushtrive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse? A mos ka di\u00e7ka m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin ton\u00eb historiko-kulturor, q\u00eb e b\u00ebn shumic\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb pajtohen me nj\u00ebrin apo tjetrin udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs? Dhe m\u00eb tej akoma, a mos ka edhe di\u00e7ka gjenetike k\u00ebtu?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u2019ju p\u00ebrgjigur k\u00ebsaj pyetjes s\u00eb fundit, le t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb na thon\u00eb studimet psikologjiko-gjenetike.<\/p>\n<p>Ngaq\u00eb u dihet sakt\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrqindja e gjeneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, binjak\u00ebt konsiderohen n\u00eb psikologji si &#8220;kaviet&#8221; m\u00eb ideale p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar hipoteza t\u00eb ndryshme rreth rolit q\u00eb kodi gjenetik luan n\u00eb krijimin e profilit psikologjiko-moral t\u00eb njeriut. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo ar\u00ebsyeja pse shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e studimeve rreth k\u00ebtij roli bazohen n\u00eb testime t\u00eb binjak\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb tilla studime, zakonisht, krahasohen rezultatet e testeve psikologjike-morale t\u00eb binjak\u00ebve identik\u00eb me t\u00eb atyre joidentik\u00eb. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij krahasimi synohet t\u00eb verifikohet hipoteza se profilet psikologjiko-morale t\u00eb binjak\u00ebve identik\u00eb, ngaq\u00eb i kan\u00eb gjenet 100% t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta, duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, nd\u00ebrsa binjak\u00ebt joidentik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta vet\u00ebm 50% t\u00eb gjenve, duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Ky lloj krahasimi, sidoqoft\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb problem &#8212; ai vuan nga &#8220;papast\u00ebrtia&#8221; statistikore. Binjak\u00ebt joidentik\u00eb, ndryshe nga ata identik\u00eb, kan\u00eb prirjen q\u00eb t\u00eb mos rrijn\u00eb shum\u00eb bashk\u00eb. Pra, diferencat q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vihen re mes dy binjak\u00ebve joidentik\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e rretheve t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb secilit, e jo t\u00eb faktit se ata ndajn\u00eb vet\u00ebm gjysm\u00ebn e gjeneve me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb analet e shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb psikologjis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar edhe nj\u00eb studim binjak\u00ebsh q\u00eb ka arritur t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb krahasimin m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr statistikor t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm &#8212; at\u00eb mes binjak\u00ebve identik\u00eb t\u00eb rritur ve\u00e7as. Duke filluar nga viti1979, profesori Thomas Bourchard dhe koleg\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb Universitetin e Minesot\u00ebs identifikuan dhe ndoq\u00ebn zhvillimin psikologjiko-moral t\u00eb 60 \u00e7iftesh binjak\u00ebsh identik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme, ishin ndar\u00eb nga nj\u00ebri-tjetri q\u00eb n\u00eb lindje. Nga baterit\u00eb e testeve t\u00eb zhvilluara me ta, grupi studimor konstatoi se, edhe pse t\u00eb rritur n\u00eb mjedise t\u00eb ndryshme historiko-mentalitare, sjellja, personlaiteti, dhe vlerat morale kishin ngjashm\u00ebri tek binjak\u00ebt e \u00e7do \u00e7ifti.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr rezultatet e publikuara nga profesori Bourchard, i nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i seksionit t\u00eb vlerave morale t\u00eb testeve. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seksion, ngjashm\u00ebria mes binjak\u00ebve t\u00eb ndar\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb lindje kapte shifr\u00ebn mbi 50%. Po t\u00eb aplikohet ky rezultat n\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull nga jeta e p\u00ebrditshme, mund t\u00eb thuhet se nj\u00eb zyrtar i pandersh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb ngaq\u00eb ka predispozicion gjenetik p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos q\u00ebn\u00eb i ndersh\u00ebm, ose sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb ndikuar nga mjedisi historiko-mentalitar n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin jeton. Dhe gjasat q\u00eb predispozicioni gjenetik t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkaku i pandershm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta me gjasat q\u00eb mjedisi rrethues ta ket\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb pandersh\u00ebm. Ose, th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, i bie q\u00eb gjysma e asaj q\u00eb jemi varet nga gjenet q\u00eb kemi.<\/p>\n<p>Megjth\u00ebse i bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb most\u00ebr relativisht t\u00eb vog\u00ebl statistikore, studimi i Universistetit t\u00eb Minesot\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e fuqish\u00ebm statistikisht, ngaq\u00eb b\u00ebn krahasimin m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr statistikor t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, rezultatet e studimit, sadoq\u00eb vlejn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shpiegimin e problemeve psikologjiko-morale t\u00eb individ\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, t\u00ebrthorazi, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur drit\u00eb mbi v\u00ebshtirsit\u00eb q\u00eb hasin shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e pazhvilluara demokratike n\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimin e tyre drejt demokracis\u00eb liberale funksionale.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb silogjiz\u00ebm: Q\u00eb t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb demokracia liberale, shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e zyrtar\u00ebve publik\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm. Duke ndjekur logjik\u00ebn e rezultateve t\u00eb nxjerra nga ekipi i drejtuar nga profesori Bourchard, i bie q\u00eb, n\u00eb vendet ku numri i zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb pandersh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i ul\u00ebt (Danimark\u00eb, p.sh.), t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndikim si rrethanat historiko-mentalitare, ashtu edhe mbizot\u00ebrimi i gjeneve pozitive nd\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Pse? Sepse, sipas asaj logjike, po t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronin gjenet negative, pavarsisht nga mjedisi pozitiv historiko-mentalitar, niveli i korrupsionit nuk do t\u00eb ishte aq i ul\u00ebt sa \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa duke ndjekur t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn logjik\u00eb, i bie q\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr shembull, t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm mjedisi negativ historiko-mentalitar shkaku i p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb korrupsionit, por edhe mbizot\u00ebrimi i gjeneve negative. Pse? Sepse, sipas asaj logjike, po t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronin gjenet pozitive, pavarsisht nga mjedisi negativ historiko-mentalitar, niveli i korrupsionit nuk do t\u00eb ishte aq i lart\u00eb sa \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb (Me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, mund t\u00eb themi se nj\u00eb zyrtar q\u00eb e ka ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb gjak do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se kolegu i tij i pandersh\u00ebm mund ta shtremb\u00ebroj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn).<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb pranohet ekstrapolimi i rezultateve t\u00eb studimit t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Minesot\u00ebs nga niveli individual n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie t\u00eb madhe njerzish (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti), m\u00ebsimi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb nxirret p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr ndryshime institucionale dhe mentalitare duhet t\u00eb dyfishohen. Pse? P\u00ebr faktin e thjesht\u00eb se k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve u bie edhe barra e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e balancimit t\u00eb negativitetit q\u00eb, sipas rezultateve t\u00eb ekipit Bourchard, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i skalitur nd\u00ebr shekuj n\u00eb kodin gjenetik t\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb magnitud\u00ebn e p\u00ebrpjekjeve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndryshimet institucionalo-mentalitare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, mjafton t\u00eb mbahet parasysh se t\u00eb tilla ndryshime u arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore si rezultat i disa zhvillimeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme historike si\u00e7 ishin Rilindja Europiane, Iluminizmi, dhe forcimi I shtresave t\u00eb mesme qytetare pas maturimit t\u00eb kapitalizmit. Por a do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kjo se edhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t&#8217;i duhen shekuj p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar ndryshime t\u00eb ngjashme? P\u00ebrgjijgjia, fal\u00eb Zotit, \u00ebsht\u00eb: &#8220;Jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Duke q\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i vog\u00ebl, Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka nevoj\u00eb ta shpik\u00eb rrot\u00ebn nga e para. Trysnia dhe ndihma e Bashkimit Europian, i cili synon t\u00eb na p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb eventualisht n\u00eb gjirin e vet, ka gjasa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrshpejtoj\u00eb procesin e emancipimit intitucionalo-mentalitar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Trysnia e tij mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb dar\u00eb shtr\u00ebnguese q\u00eb do ta detyroj\u00eb klas\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike t\u00eb kryej gradualisht reforma institucionale t\u00eb ngjashme me ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me koh\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore. Nd\u00ebrsa ndihma e Bashkimit Europian mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb katalizator p\u00ebr ndryshimin gradual t\u00eb mentalitetit t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u kthyer te propozimi i Lubonj\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb thuhet se ai, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 arsyeve q\u00eb Lubonja parashtron, \u00ebsht\u00eb praktikisht i parealizuaesh\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr arsyet e parashtruara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim.
