I qart\u00eb se topi ngelej n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb tij dhe akuzat p\u00ebr vrasje do t\u2019i b\u00ebheshin para syve, ai shmangu seanc\u00ebn q\u00eb e ka k\u00ebrkuar aq shum\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do takim me ambasador\u00eb apo zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr hetimin e 21 Janarit.<\/p>\n<p>Por rihetimi i deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs ka ngritur pik\u00ebpyetje brenda strukturave t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, por dhe tek efektiv\u00ebt e Gard\u00ebs, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb vrasje.<\/p>\n<p>Formalisht dosjen e hetimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Drejtoria i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, e cila drejtohet nga nj\u00eb zyrtar policie i njohur si besnik i Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs. Em\u00ebrimet e tij kan\u00eb ndjekur gjeografin\u00eb elektorale t\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 2009 n\u00eb Elbasan dhe n\u00eb vitin 2011 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Biles em\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i sforcuar n\u00eb kushtet e mosplot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kritereve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb post t\u00eb till\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb besojm\u00eb se pas urdhrit p\u00ebr mbyllje t\u00eb hetimeve ka q\u00ebndruar Lul\u00ebzim Basha.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi u sigurua n\u00eb postin e tij n\u00eb Bashki p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb procesi skandaloz ku nuk mungoi as roli i policis\u00eb, Basha ka urdh\u00ebruar pezullimin e hetimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, jo vet\u00ebm se nuk kishte asnj\u00eb prov\u00eb p\u00ebr ta, por duke menduar se nj\u00eb hetim i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm mund t\u00eb \u00e7onte pa dashje tek gjurm\u00ebt e krimit shtet\u00ebror. Duke e mbyllur hetimin p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, Basha, i cili mbetet nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb akuzuarit kryesor\u00eb bashk\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr vrasjen e kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve, ka menduar t\u00eb ul\u00eb dhe tonet e opozit\u00ebs duke menduar se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje po mbyllej me baraspesh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb pas, kur vrasjet u provuan dhe krimi nuk u fsheh dot, dosja e hetuar po i ofrohet shtypit, biles jo vet\u00ebm dosja, por dhe hetimet e SHKB kund\u00ebr tyre. Sali Berisha, i cili po ngre nj\u00eb furtun\u00eb me akuza kund\u00ebr Ina Ram\u00ebs se po shet detaje nga hetimi, \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb asnj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb hetuar se kush po i nxjerr sekretet e k\u00ebtij hetimi nga Ministria e Brendshme. Ai shikon se si heronjt\u00eb e tij n\u00eb polici jan\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar dhe po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb veten, pasi Berisha po dor\u00ebzon nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb ata q\u00eb n\u00eb dark\u00eb i quan heronj dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes i d\u00ebrgon n\u00eb qeli.<\/p>\n<p>Duket se m\u00eb i frik\u00ebsuar n\u00eb polici \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cklani\u201d i Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, i cili mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kok\u00eb turku p\u00ebr mbylljen e dosjes. Edhe pse e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb me urdh\u00ebr dhe d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb ish- Ministrit, ata jan\u00eb sot n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs q\u00eb ka Berisha p\u00ebr t\u00eb rip\u00ebrdorur policin\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00eb politike. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ata po rrjedhin n\u00eb shtyp detaje t\u00eb dosjes apo veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb tyre, si dhe hetimet e SHKB ndaj tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Pozita n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjenden k\u00ebta zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb qesharake, pasi do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb rifillojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim, t\u00eb cilin e kan\u00eb pezulluar me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Mjafton kaq q\u00eb ata ose t\u00eb spostohen nga ajo detyr\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb, ose hetimin ta marr\u00eb nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr \u201cad hoc\u201d i policis\u00eb shqiptare, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson direkt Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ky zhvillim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues shum\u00eb m\u00eb negativ p\u00ebr institucionin e policis\u00eb se sa p\u00ebrfshirja e policis\u00eb n\u00eb ngjarjet e 21 Janarit. Ngritja e strukturave t\u00eb posa\u00e7me t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hetuar nj\u00eb ngjarje, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar n\u00eb koh\u00eb zyrtarisht nga Policia e Shtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb tregues i ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb policis\u00eb politike brenda Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit dhe v\u00ebrtetim i akuzave se Berisha p\u00ebrdor policin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes celul\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Ata jan\u00eb sot njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb frik\u00ebsojn\u00eb policin\u00eb reale, e cila duke qen\u00eb nj\u00ebp\u00ebrdorimshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, nuk mund t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb re p\u00ebr 21 Janarin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb kjo arsyeja q\u00eb Sali Berisha nuk guxoi dot dit\u00ebn e enjte t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb Besnik Bares, Tom Doshit dhe Taulant Ball\u00ebs. Ai nuk mund t\u00eb ishte aty, jo vet\u00ebm se e dinte q\u00eb do ishte i akuzuari kryesor p\u00ebr vrasjet e 21 Janarit, por se i mungonte dhe retorika e akuzave n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit. Policia e Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, bashkautorit n\u00eb vrasjet e 21 Janarit, ishte p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb her\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mbyllur k\u00ebt\u00eb dosje, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur u mendua se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje u mbyll. Nevoja e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rip\u00ebrdorur policin\u00eb kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb kohe dhe jasht\u00eb fuqive t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit p\u00ebr ta ndihmuar.<\/p>\n<p>I vendosur q\u00eb ai ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb me njer\u00ebzit e vet brenda policis\u00eb, ai po i shmanget debatit publik p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur me policin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka pushuar k\u00ebt\u00eb hetim. Si \u00e7do i pandehur n\u00eb panik, q\u00eb futet n\u00eb spiralen e fshehjes s\u00eb gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb krimit, ai tani \u00ebsht\u00eb duke vuajtur pjes\u00ebn kur po fsheh edhe gjurm\u00ebt e hetimit. Fakti q\u00eb hetimi provoi vrasjet nga njer\u00ebzit e tij, dhe ata po rrezikojn\u00eb burgun, e ka \u201czhburr\u00ebruar\u201d at\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb vet, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb qet\u00eb se nuk do p\u00ebrballeshin kurr\u00eb me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. Tani ai ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb veten. P\u00ebrfytyroni Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb zyr\u00eb t\u00eb vet me pult n\u00eb dor\u00eb duke d\u00ebgjuar fjalimin e Taulant Ball\u00ebs apo Tom Doshit, q\u00eb i num\u00ebronin atij gjith\u00eb t\u00eb zezat! P\u00ebrfytyroni Berish\u00ebn, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban veten dhe nuk shkon dot n\u00eb sall\u00eb t\u2019u thot\u00eb se ua b\u00ebn fytyr\u00ebn si k\u00ebpuca!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfytyroni Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb batut\u00ebn e Tom Doshit p\u00ebr palm\u00ebn e Mesila Dod\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mos reagoj\u00eb! P\u00ebrfytyroni Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet policia si argument pozitiv nga opozita dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb larg asaj salle! P\u00ebrfytyroni Berish\u00ebn, ndaj t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb sall\u00eb parlamenti iu b\u00eb pretenca si vras\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrgjigjet! Ka nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb madh me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ta rinis\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori p\u00ebr t\u00eb barazuar vrasjet e veta me fajin e opozit\u00ebs. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e ka. Opozita po shkon e qet\u00eb drejt sallave t\u00eb gjyqit, kurse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur brenda dhe nuk po gjen fjal\u00eb t\u00eb inkurajoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb. Po mjaftohet duke i quajtur thjesht heronj. Por \u201cheronjt\u00eb\u201d e tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar jo se do t\u00eb vdesin, por se do t\u2019i shesin t\u00eb gjall\u00eb.
