Shpresat se pas pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb Kosova do ta marr\u00eb veten, jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar si jorealiste. Papun\u00ebsia arrin 45%, investimet nga jasht\u00eb bien dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb far\u00eb kohe vendi do t\u00eb konfrontohet me nj\u00eb regjim t\u00eb rrept\u00eb vizash, sepse qeveria nuk i ka plot\u00ebsuar kushtet e BE-s\u00eb. Kombi m\u00eb i ri i bot\u00ebs mbetet i izoluar n\u00eb bot\u00eb; qytetar\u00ebt afgan\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb pa viza n\u00eb 22 shtete, nd\u00ebrsa kosovar\u00ebt n\u00eb pes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shtet i d\u00ebshtuar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grupi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar drejtues, q\u00eb kontrollon zbatimin e planit t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, k\u00ebrkoi k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb nga autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb m\u00eb ashp\u00ebr kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe krimit t\u00eb organizuar. Q\u00eb disa ministra t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Tha\u00e7i pla\u00e7kisin ark\u00ebn e shtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb e di kushdo.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb ashp\u00ebr reagoi ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kristofer Dell. N\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb tij ai e p\u00ebshkroi Kosov\u00ebn indirekt si shtet t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar. Korrupsioni, dhuna dhe mashtrimi nuk d\u00ebnohen, tha diplomati amerikan, i cili vitet e fundit ka sh\u00ebrbyer n\u00eb Afganistan dhe Zimbabve. Dell kritikoi ashp\u00ebr faktin se pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e krimit t\u00eb organizuar edhe politikan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar, mund ta mbajn\u00eb pasurin\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb fituar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ilegale. &#8220;Ekzistenca e forcave policore, e prokuror\u00ebve dhe e gjykatave nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se shteti juridik funksionon,&#8221; thot\u00eb Dell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drejt\u00ebsi sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shembuj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka sa t\u00eb duash. Q\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsit manipulojn\u00eb proceset, sepse marrin rryshfete, \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentuar shpesh edhe nga mediat lokale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eulexi vet\u00ebm b\u00ebn sehir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vend ka zhg\u00ebnjim edhe p\u00ebr pasivitetin e misionit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, Eulex. &#8220;Misioni m\u00eb i madh i BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e jashtme ka kushtuar deri tani m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 200 milion\u00eb euro, por nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thuajse asgj\u00eb&#8221;, &#8211; thot\u00eb Avni Zogiani, i OJQ-s\u00eb anti-korrupsion &#8220;\u00c7ohu&#8221;.
