Politika nxori n\u00eb shesh njer\u00ebz t\u00eb etsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr role shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt tregonin gatishm\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb shpifin \u00e7kado kund\u00ebr secilit, n\u00ebse prej tij k\u00ebrkohej nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb e k\u00ebtill\u00eb &#8220;sublime&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo gatishm\u00ebri e nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb madhe shpif\u00ebsish, t\u00eb ligj\u00ebruesve t\u00eb urrejtjes ishte nj\u00ebri nga shkaqet e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb sistemit social, etik dhe fetar gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb komunizmit. Shpif\u00ebsit, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk kishin problem me nd\u00ebrgjegjen e tyre, por p\u00ebrkundrazi, ata fanatizmin e tyre e arsyetonin me misionin q\u00eb ua paska besuar vet\u00eb Zoti, apo kreu komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Propaganda zhvillohej n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha planet, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb at\u00eb qytet\u00ebrues, duke kopjuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb banale iden\u00eb e Hantigtonit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrplasje t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimeve.<br \/>\nNga ajo koh\u00eb e manipulimeve cinike, t\u00eb lejuara nga klasat politike, sidomos serbe, kan\u00eb mbetur fraza paradigmatike propaganduese, si togfjal\u00ebshi &#8220;Zetra&#8221;, emri i nj\u00eb salle sportive t\u00eb Sarajev\u00ebs,(zelena transferzala, transferzalja e gjelb\u00ebr) q\u00eb sugjeronte iden\u00eb e dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb islamit nga Turqia, Bullgaria (ku paska m\u00eb se dy milion\u00eb mysliman\u00eb), pastaj Maqedonia, Kosova, ku stafet\u00ebn e dep\u00ebrtimit islam n\u00eb per\u00ebndim e bartin shqiptar\u00ebt dhe ua p\u00ebrcjellin mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb Sanxhakut, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pastaj ua dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebve&#8230; dhe pastaj, si\u00e7 leht\u00eb-leht\u00eb parashikonte agjit-propi (agjitim dhe propagand\u00eb) serb, s&#8217;do t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebto pohime shum\u00ebkush tallej ngaq\u00eb besohej se jan\u00eb trillime tipike t\u00eb serb\u00ebve q\u00eb kauz\u00ebn e vet p\u00ebrpiqeshin ta p\u00ebrhapin si terapi planetare p\u00ebr pengim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rreziku, t\u00eb islamizmit q\u00eb i kanosej Per\u00ebndimit&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Boshnjak\u00ebt nuk e lodhnin veten q\u00eb t&#8217;i kund\u00ebrviheshin propagand\u00ebs kund\u00ebr-islame serbe ngaq\u00eb ata besonin thell\u00eb se Evropa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr-islame dhe se ata paskan t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb ta ekspozojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre fetare. Evropa mbase jo, por serb\u00ebt gjithsesi po.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt u treguan shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rezervuar dhe betej\u00ebn e tyre historike e zhvillonin n\u00eb dimensionin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Pas vitit 1999 edhe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat shqiptare, disa grupe t\u00eb vogla besimtar\u00ebsh mysliman\u00eb, filluan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb intensive, demonstrative, me prapavij\u00eb kryek\u00ebput politike, ta shquajn\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre fetare, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb argumente propagand\u00ebs kund\u00ebr-shqiptare serbe. Nga k\u00ebto elemente, demonstrime, m\u00eb shum\u00eb teatrale sesa fetare, propaganda serbe e sajonte akuz\u00ebn e tyre kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Koh\u00ebt e fundit argumente t\u00eb k\u00ebtilla q\u00eb e ushqejn\u00eb propagand\u00ebn serbe mjerisht vijn\u00eb edhe nga shteti m\u00eb demokratik islam n\u00eb bot\u00eb, Turqis\u00eb, hi\u00e7 m\u00eb pak nga vet\u00eb ministri Ahmet Davutogllu, nj\u00ebri nga intelektual\u00ebt m\u00eb brilant jo vet\u00ebm i Turqis\u00eb, por i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs islame. CV-ja e tij intelektuale \u00ebsht\u00eb mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i disa librave interesante socio-politike t\u00eb botuara n\u00eb shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, natyrisht edhe anglisht, si bie fjala &#8220;Paradigmat alternative&#8221;, &#8220;Transformimi qytet\u00ebrues dhe bota islame&#8221;, &#8220;Thell\u00ebsit\u00eb Strategjike&#8221;, &#8216;Kriza globale&#8221; etj. P\u00ebrmes veprave t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb shkruara me nj\u00eb metod\u00eb moderne hulumtuese, ai n\u00eb Turqi u b\u00eb personi m\u00eb me ndikim n\u00eb trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshin ushtri-qeveri dhe akademi.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1 maj t\u00eb vitit 2009, z. Davutoglu u em\u00ebrua Minist\u00ebr i pun\u00ebve t\u00eb jashtme i Turqis\u00eb. Shum\u00ebkush priste prej tij q\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj t\u00eb &#8220;brain storming&#8221; (nj\u00eb stuhi ndjell\u00ebse mendore), mir\u00ebpo, sipas t\u00eb gjitha gjasave kjo nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shkas p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pesimiz\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj\u00ebrata e tij, mbajtur n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb, lidhur me politik\u00ebn e jashtme t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan. Shum\u00ebkush u befasua nga tezat aktuale radikale t\u00eb ministrit, q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputheshin me natyr\u00ebn e dikurshme t\u00eb intelektualit racional.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar ta lexojn\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Google: DANI, Ahmet Davutoglu &#8220;Sta hoce Turska na Balkanu&#8221;(23 tetor 2009), ose n\u00eb NSPM (Nova Srpska Politicka Misao, Mendimi i ri politik serb).<\/p>\n<p>Me ardhjen e tij n\u00eb kreun e diplomacis\u00eb turke ai n\u00ebnshkroi disa marr\u00ebveshje me fqinj\u00ebt e saj, duke zbatuar parimin &#8220;zero probleme me fqinj\u00ebt&#8221;. Zbatimi i k\u00ebtij orientimi strategjik menj\u00ebher\u00eb rezultoi me zbehje t\u00eb raporteve me Izraelin. Cilat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb k\u00ebto pasoja p\u00ebr Turqin\u00eb me prishjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Izraelin do t\u00eb kuptohet shum\u00eb shpejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Reagimi i par\u00eb ndaj ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebs s\u00eb tij &#8220;Trash\u00ebgimia osmane dhe bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb myslimane n\u00eb Ballkan&#8221; mbajtur n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb, erdhi nga diplomat\u00ebt e huaj, t\u00eb habitur nga tezat radikale, plot vet\u00ebbesim t\u00eb ministrit turk. Nj\u00ebri nga ata e pyeti &#8220;pse kaq befas rat\u00eb nga qielli n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb?&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shp\u00ebrfill\u00eb esenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje q\u00eb n\u00eb vete p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb doz\u00eb fine t\u00eb akuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb ironis\u00eb lidhur me rolin e zbeht\u00eb t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, ministri turk i p\u00ebrgjigjet: &#8220;Nuk zbrit\u00ebm nga qielli me parashut\u00eb, por n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb erdh\u00ebm me kuaj, duke aluduar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb osman\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00ebton ta ringjall\u00eb rolin e osman\u00ebve n\u00eb Ballkan, p\u00ebrhapet ideja se riosmanizmi i k\u00ebtyre hap\u00ebsirave qenka strategjia e vetme p\u00ebr qet\u00ebsimin e gjakrave. Duke kritikuar konceptet per\u00ebndimore q\u00eb e trajtojn\u00eb Ballkanin si zon\u00eb periferike gjeo-strategjike t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, ministri turk e trajton Ballkanin si zon\u00eb qendrore.<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si n\u00eb librin e tij &#8220;Thell\u00ebsit\u00eb Strategjike&#8221;, ai Ballkanin e trajton si baf\u00ebr-zon\u00eb (si tampon zon\u00eb) nd\u00ebrmjet Evrop\u00ebs dhe Azis\u00eb, duke filluar nga Balltiku e deri n\u00eb Mesdhe. Vlera e dyt\u00eb e Ballkanit osman \u00ebsht\u00eb pesha e tij gjeo-ekonomike, nd\u00ebrkaq vlera e treta qenka nd\u00ebrveprimi kulturor.<\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt kjo vler\u00eb e tret\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetohet, ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebve u ndalohej shkollimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare dhe disa ve\u00e7ori etnike (ata nuk trajtoheshin si &#8220;milet&#8221; por si &#8220;akraba&#8221;, kush\u00ebrinj).<\/p>\n<p>Duke trajtuar Ballkanin si zon\u00eb qendrore dhe jo periferike, si\u00e7 e trajton politika per\u00ebndimore, ministri i tanish\u00ebm turk i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme, n\u00eb esenc\u00eb e ringjall periudh\u00ebn e sundimit osman, pra rolin thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb popullit turk, duke filluar prej Afganistanit e deri n\u00eb Sarajev\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb konferenc\u00eb ai nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm (n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unilaterale) e zbulon strategjin\u00eb shum\u00eb ambicioze, lidhur me rolin e Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb ish kolonit\u00eb e saj, ose th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb sakt\u00eb rolin e ardhsh\u00ebm global t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan p\u00ebrfshihet Ballkani n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, pastaj Lindja e af\u00ebrt, p\u00ebrfundimisht edhe Afganistani. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, Ballkani prej nj\u00eb zone periferike t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb perandorie t\u00eb re universale, t\u00eb ngjashme me at\u00eb osmane, ku rolin ky\u00e7 do ta ket\u00eb Turqia.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb zb\u00ebrthim nuk e b\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb politikan margjinal, por nj\u00eb intelektual i formatit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe minist\u00ebr i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb shtetit m\u00eb demokratik islam n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Por, kjo strategji ka nj\u00eb mang\u00ebsi elementare: Nuk ka p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs, ve\u00e7mas ngaq\u00eb autori i k\u00ebtij projekti e shpall periudh\u00ebn e sundimit osman si ideal, si periudh\u00eb t\u00eb art\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, ky projekt me karakteristika perandorake, hap dy lloje problemesh:<br \/>\n&#8211; si do t\u00eb realizohet dhe<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb me trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Ataturkut, i cili e mbylli t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn anakronike dhe me guxim hapi krahun p\u00ebr modernizim t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, sipas standardeve evropiane?<br \/>\nProblemi i par\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me vet\u00eb popujt e Ballkanit q\u00eb gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb luftuan sundimin osman dhe ende vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb manifestojn\u00eb haptazi nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb fanatike ndaj \u00e7do ringjalljeje t\u00eb ides\u00eb osmane.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb distanc\u00eb e kan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e Ballkanit, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e popullit turk, por edhe shtetet evropiane. Si do t\u00eb merret p\u00eblqimi nga Greqia, Bullgaria, Serbia, Rumania, pastaj UE-ja q\u00eb t\u00eb formohet nj\u00eb shtet universal q\u00eb e bashkon Evrop\u00ebn me pjes\u00ebt m\u00eb problematike t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, me Lindjen e Af\u00ebrt dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Larg\u00ebt? P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje nuk ka p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb argumentuara n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn e ministrit Davutoglu. Argumentet e tija p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb opsion jan\u00eb kryesisht emotive.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00eb ai periudh\u00ebn e sundimit osman e lart\u00ebson me pohimin se jeta n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb paska qen\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb sesa sot. &#8220;Po t\u00eb mos kishte qen\u00eb Perandoria Osmane \u00e7do t\u00eb ndodhte me fshatarin e varf\u00ebr serb, Mehmet Pasha Sokolloviqin, pyet z. Davutoglu?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigjen e jep vet\u00eb: ai do t\u00eb mbetej ashtu si ka qen\u00eb, nj\u00eb fshatar i varf\u00ebr serb. Po k\u00ebt\u00eb argument ai e p\u00ebrdor lidhur me Mehmet Ali Pash\u00ebn, shqiptarit q\u00eb e themeloi Egjiptin modern. Me k\u00ebto shembuj ai p\u00ebrpiqet ta bind\u00eb auditorin se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e sundimit osman Ballkani ka pas progres, jo vet\u00ebm njer\u00ebzit, shtetet, por edhe qytetet.<\/p>\n<p>Pas luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme nd\u00ebrmjet popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit, si mund t\u00eb arrihet q\u00eb ringjallja e k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb padiskutueshme politike dhe gjeografike e Unionit Evropian t&#8217;i dor\u00ebzohet nj\u00eb shteti, Turqis\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi pretendon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e UE-s\u00eb? A pretendon Turqia t\u00eb hyj\u00eb e vetme n\u00eb UE, apo do t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb zvarr\u00eb pas vetes Sirin\u00eb, Irakun, Libanin, popujt e Kaukazit, Avganistanin etj?<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00ebse ndodh kjo mrekulli, at\u00ebher\u00eb si do t\u00eb arrihet pajtimi nd\u00ebrmjet popujve t\u00eb armiq\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht? Si t\u00eb harmonizohen k\u00ebto dy pretendime antagoniste turke, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb UE dhe ringjallja e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, madje qoft\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb frym\u00ebs s\u00eb saj?<\/p>\n<p>Ose si do t\u00eb harmonizohen konceptet historike t\u00eb popujve q\u00eb kan\u00eb formuar shtetet dhe identitetin e tyre etnik mbi baza anti &#8211; osmane? Si do t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebt tez\u00ebn se Mehmet Pash\u00eb Sokolloviqi qenka fshatar serb? Me k\u00ebt\u00eb tez\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet nj\u00ebra nga premisat kryesore t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebve, ajo e prejardhjes s\u00eb tyre prej bogumill\u00ebve!<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigjet e tij p\u00ebr pyetjet shum\u00eb konkrete si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb bie fjala vullneti i popujve p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb perandori t\u00eb ringjallur jan\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb naive, sidomos n\u00ebse shikohet nga aspekti i nj\u00eb projekti tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb formohet mbi baza t\u00eb interesave konkrete t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb ndryshme si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i Unionit Evropian dhe NATO -s.<\/p>\n<p>Ballkani i ri si ur\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse mes Afganistanit dhe Evrop\u00ebs me rolin qendror t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet vet\u00ebm mbi baza emotive, as me oferta t\u00eb paketuara me nj\u00eb fjalor t\u00eb but\u00eb demokratik, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb bie fjala bashk\u00ebjetesa shum\u00ebkulturore. Kjo tez\u00eb i acaron sidomos boshnjak\u00ebt ngaq\u00eb hap\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitull tragjik q\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb do t\u00eb korrigjohet. Shum\u00ebkulturalizmi n\u00eb historin\u00eb e popujve t\u00eb Ballkanit gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebve do t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb si nj\u00eb ngjarje tragjike q\u00eb i ka traumatizuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>Ofertat e k\u00ebtilla retorike-emotive, krahasuar me ofertat reale t\u00eb strukturave per\u00ebndimore perceptohen si nj\u00eb fyerjeje jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndjenjat e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb traumatizuar, por edhe t\u00eb intelektit t\u00eb \u00e7do populli q\u00eb tashm\u00eb premtimet joreale i vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb si nj\u00eb ciniz\u00ebm kardinal. Si do t\u00eb interpretohej teza &#8220;Se ne (Davutogllu) parap\u00eblqejm\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon ballkanik, t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb vlera politike, nd\u00ebrvar\u00ebsin\u00eb ekonomike dhe harmonin\u00eb kulturore?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kush nuk e parap\u00eblqen k\u00ebt\u00eb? Cila do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigja e serb\u00ebve dhe grek\u00ebve bie fjala? Serb\u00ebt reaguan shum\u00eb ashp\u00ebr kund\u00ebr vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit turk Abdulla Gylit n\u00eb Beograd dhe mund t\u00eb merret me mend se si do t\u00eb reagonin ndaj ides\u00eb s\u00eb shum\u00ebkulturalizmit, n\u00ebn patronazhin turk.<\/p>\n<p>Ose si do t\u00eb interpretohej nga \u00e7dokush fjalia se &#8220;gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb &#8217;90-t\u00eb jemi ballafaquar me shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb BE, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Maqedoni. Kur shfaqen problemet e k\u00ebtilla, nga e kthejn\u00eb kok\u00ebn boshnjak\u00ebt, shqiptar\u00ebt dhe maqedonasit? Nga Turqia!
