Vlerat e tjera ata i p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga sistemi, kurse aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb koalicion e kan\u00eb \u201cgjob\u00eb\u201d nga sistemi q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuan vet\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak dhe m\u00ebnyra se si ata sillen n\u00eb procesin e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb koalicionit, rrezaton shum\u00eb n\u00eb opinionin publik aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb lider apo marifet\u00e7inj elektoral\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, \u00e7do formul\u00eb q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet mbi nj\u00eb parim dhe q\u00eb nuk persekuton aleat\u00ebt e vegj\u00ebl, por u jep atyre at\u00eb q\u00eb u takon, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm sa i p\u00ebrket mbledhjes s\u00eb votave, por dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Rama dhe Berisha demonstrojn\u00eb n\u00eb raport me ta. Brenda Partis\u00eb Socialiste, si partia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb vend, por dhe brenda PD-s\u00eb si nj\u00eb parti e madhe, ka boll bezdi p\u00ebr aleat\u00ebt. Ata shikohen si njer\u00ebz t\u00eb bezdissh\u00ebm, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej tyre, q\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb jan\u00eb si gjahtar\u00eb vendesh pune dhe p\u00ebrftimesh pushteti pa u shtuar vlera politike, morale apo identitete profileve t\u00eb koalicionit. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi, por pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi ata kan\u00eb mbetur parti t\u00eb vogla. Problemi q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrpara dy partit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha tani, \u00ebsht\u00eb si t\u00eb jen\u00eb dinjitoze dhe parimore n\u00eb ofertat p\u00ebr koalicion, pasi ata nuk gjykohen vet\u00ebm nga aleat\u00ebt e pak\u00ebnaqur apo shum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur, por dhe nga publiku.<\/p>\n<p>Kemi tre raste ndaj t\u00eb cilave t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kujdes. Rasti i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kur PD dhe PS krijojn\u00eb iden\u00eb se kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr LSI, rasti i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra e sjelljes ndaj partive t\u00eb vogla respektive, dhe rasti i tret\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb eficienca e polit t\u00eb tret\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht n\u00eb rastin e par\u00eb, pritshm\u00ebria q\u00eb LSI t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor me PD apo PS, ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar moral. Koalicioni i LSI me Partin\u00eb Socialiste, teorikisht duket sikur i mbyll zgjedhjet pa filluar me fituese t\u00eb majt\u00ebn, por realisht ngjall aq shum\u00eb reaksion dhe acarim tek kampi opozitar, sa nuk jam i sigurt t\u00eb them n\u00ebse jemi duke b\u00ebr\u00eb matematik\u00eb apo tektonik\u00eb elektorale. Mundet t\u2019u kthehet dhe kund\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet dhe p\u00ebr PD. Thirrjet e Berish\u00ebs, apo Imamit dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve p\u00ebr LSI q\u00eb ta shikoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin me PD \u201csi interes komb\u00ebtar\u201d(?!!!) \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb fyese p\u00ebr elektoratin e djatht\u00eb, i cili ndjehet i p\u00ebrdhunuar nga nj\u00eb forc\u00eb politike q\u00eb ka kidnapuar pushtetin e tyre dhe sillet si nj\u00eb qeveri tribale brenda pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, kur PS apo PD i b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje LSI t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb me t\u00eb, nuk duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb parasysh vet\u00ebm numrat fizik\u00eb q\u00eb i zhvendosin si dollap\u00eb, por dhe popullin. T\u00eb sjellurit sikur populli nuk ekziston dhe sikur nuk ka par\u00eb \u00e7ka ndodhur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, \u00ebsht\u00eb fyes dhe mund t\u2019u kushtoj\u00eb pal\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Rasti i dyt\u00eb, ai i sjelljes ndaj partive t\u00eb vogla, ka shum\u00eb rend\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar lidership. Koalicioni opozitar duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet me transparenc\u00eb dhe pun\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, me debat publik dhe argumente t\u00eb pal\u00ebve, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb mbylljes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij debati kush kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Partia Socialiste ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr vagon\u00ebt e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb koalicionit, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha elektorati opozitar ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb ndihet i sigurt dhe i drejt\u00eb n\u00eb aleanc\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb. Qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po ndeshen nga zgjedhjet n\u00eb zgjedhje me pushtete q\u00eb merren peng shpesh dhe nga pakica, duhet t\u00eb ndjehen t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb debat, para se t\u00eb mbyllet. Kjo do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb koalicionin frym\u00ebzues dhe nuk do t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb dyshime p\u00ebr pazare apo klienteliz\u00ebm personal.<\/p>\n<p>Rasti i tret\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i eficienc\u00ebs s\u00eb polit t\u00eb tret\u00eb. P\u00ebr rrethanat e krijuara, poli i tret\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjedhje e pushtetit, por kurrsesi nj\u00eb pozicion i partive q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb pushtetit. Shqiptar\u00ebt gjenden p\u00ebrball\u00eb zgjedhjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga viti 1992, dhe vota p\u00ebr ndryshim duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar, e qart\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzuese. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb un\u00eb i kuptoj t\u00eb gjitha dilemat e Bamir Topit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion opozitar q\u00eb dominohet nga e majta, por nuk kuptoj se si shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb motivohen dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr Berish\u00ebn, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nj\u00eb forc\u00eb q\u00eb jasht\u00eb koalicionit opozitar humbet fuqin\u00eb reale t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb jam nj\u00eb votues teorik i Bamir Topit. Jam mik dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i tij, por do ta votoja at\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse vota ime fuqizon iden\u00eb e ndryshimit t\u00eb pushtetit. Si mua, q\u00eb jemi opozitar\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, por jo socialist\u00eb, ka me mij\u00ebra. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb mendjen se Sali Berisha duhet t\u00eb ik\u00eb, disa fraksione t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs brenda koalicionit opozitar do t\u00eb ishin leht\u00ebsim dhe alibi p\u00ebr t\u2019ua dh\u00ebn\u00eb vot\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt se kan\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr ndryshimin. Rasti m\u00eb konkret ndodhi n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr para disa dit\u00ebsh. Rreth 300 e ca an\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike n\u00eb at\u00eb qark, p\u00ebrfshi themelues t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb rangjeve t\u00eb larta n\u00eb pushtetin e saj dhe deri para nj\u00eb viti, u mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb sall\u00eb dhe u takuan me Edi Ram\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte nj\u00eb nga takimet m\u00eb entuziaste q\u00eb kam par\u00eb, me m\u00eb shum\u00eb fjalime t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe optimiz\u00ebm. Teorikisht ata njer\u00ebz duhet t\u00eb votojn\u00eb Bamir Topin, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb elektorati q\u00eb partia e tij pret t\u00eb ik\u00eb nga PD-ja. Por problemi i njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb duan q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb ik\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ide q\u00eb ka lindur nga dalja e Bamir Topit n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, por nj\u00eb vendim personal dhe p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb lider ai q\u00eb garanton ndryshimin e pushtetit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebto arsye qenia e Topit brenda koalicionit opozitar ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb fuqizuar val\u00ebn e votave anti-PD q\u00eb rrjedhin nga vet\u00eb PD-ja, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa nga q\u00ebndrimi m\u00eb vete duke rrezikuar gjith\u00e7ka, deri dhe mosnum\u00ebrimin e vot\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem t\u00eb pamoralsh\u00ebm hienash.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, pra n\u00eb rastin e polit t\u00eb tret\u00eb, lider\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb shikojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ofertat e Ram\u00ebs dhe Berish\u00ebs, por dhe pragmatizmin e elektoratit q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon ndryshimin. Shoq\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb polarizuar aq shum\u00eb, sa njer\u00ebzit duan ndryshimin dhe rreshtimin e qart\u00eb pro apo kund\u00ebr regjimit. Nevoja q\u00eb brenda koalicionit opozitar\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb profile t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs si Topi, Ngjela, Zogaj, Kola, Gumeni, etj, u jep atyre m\u00eb shum\u00eb dinjitet, se sa do t\u2019i jepte nj\u00eb gar\u00eb e pasigurt, m\u00eb vete. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, aleat\u00ebt e majt\u00eb, t\u00eb djatht\u00eb apo t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndryshimin, nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrball\u00eb \u201cpazarit\u201d me Edi Ram\u00ebn, por dhe p\u00ebrball\u00eb \u00e7mimit q\u00eb publiku iu v\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit dhe siguris\u00eb q\u00eb japin p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e koalicionit anti-regjim apo jo.
