Edhe kur thot\u00eb se nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai kreu i shtetit, kjo duhet besuar vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr momentin kur Berisha shprehet ashtu. Nj\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb momentale, e cila ka pak lidhje me at\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi q\u00eb duket i nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur gjurm\u00ebt e p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur skem\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, q\u00ebndron opozita, e cila formalisht ka hedhur qysh tani n\u00eb treg nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb presidenti t\u00eb negociuar. Duke u kapur fort pas precedent\u00ebve Moisiu e Topi, PS po tenton edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00eb n\u00eb postin e presidentit nj\u00eb person q\u00eb s\u2019do t\u00eb ket\u00eb militantizmin banal t\u00eb Jozefina Topallit, apo urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e depersonalizimin e verb\u00ebr t\u00eb dikujt tjet\u00ebr pran\u00eb vath\u00ebs s\u00eb Kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn e sotme, n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb par\u00eb, artikulimi i emrit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs si president t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, ka efektin e nj\u00eb krisme arme n\u00eb mes t\u00eb nj\u00eb koncerti. P\u00ebr arsye historike dhe aktuale, socialist\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u2019i binden instinktit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, i cili i sugjeron luft\u00eb totale kund\u00ebr \u00e7do posti ku kandidon qytetari me emrin Sali Berisha. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme, duke par\u00eb d\u00ebmet q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb pushteti i tij n\u00eb dy dekada, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn direkt, por shum\u00eb m\u00eb gjer\u00eb se kaq.<\/p>\n<p>Por ka edhe nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes. \u00cbsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ka hedhur n\u00eb faqet e shtypit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ndrojtur e si pa dashje, nj\u00eb deputet verior i mazhoranc\u00ebs, Sherefedin Shehu, duke p\u00ebrkrahur rikthimin e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb pas 15 vjet\u00ebsh, shprehet nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera se kjo do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe nj\u00eb dalje e but\u00eb e tij nga politika.<\/p>\n<p>A mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb Sali Berisha president i ardhsh\u00ebm i Republik\u00ebs?! Padyshim, p\u00ebr \u00e7do p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb! Kurrsesi p\u00ebr secilin prej opozitar\u00ebve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm, q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb emri dhe roli brenda korpusit t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs. K\u00ebtu duket se harrohet vazhdimisht di\u00e7ka, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb sa e thjesht\u00eb, aq edhe e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Nj\u00eb Sali Berish\u00eb i l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb postin q\u00eb mban aktualisht edhe pas zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb Kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb thyer, i cili do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb fishekun e fundit q\u00eb i ka mbetur n\u00eb vezme. E th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, Berisha Kryeminist\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb prezenc\u00eb eksplozive n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e ardhshme, e duke pasur parasysh at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi ver\u00ebn e shkuar me gjykatat dhe KQZ, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb supozohet se do t\u2019i fitonte s\u00ebrish zgjedhjet.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, duke fantazuar pak (nuk kushton asgj\u00eb, ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash), mund t\u00eb imagjinohet se nj\u00eb president Berisha, i larguar nga qeveria dhe formalisht edhe nga partia e tij (e thot\u00eb Kushtetuta), do t\u00eb ishte s\u00eb pari nj\u00eb prezenc\u00eb jo aq mbyt\u00ebse n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn e ardhshme. S\u00eb dyti, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb ekzekutivin dhe drejtimin e mazhoranc\u00ebs n\u00eb Kuvend, ai do t\u00eb shtr\u00ebngohej t\u00eb q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb nj\u00eb cep, n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb rezultatit t\u00eb nj\u00eb fushate zgjedhore, e cila do ta shihte protagonistin historik n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion jo m\u00eb primar.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetja e thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb shtrohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, do t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrse Kryeministri do ta pranonte nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb till\u00eb?! P\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb dukje, po kaq e thjesht\u00eb: sepse do t\u2019ia impononin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt. Padyshim, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr garancive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, t\u00eb cilat imagjinohet se cilat mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nuk ka funksionuar asnj\u00eb zgjidhje, n\u00eb 20 vjet, pa vul\u00ebn e t\u00eb huajve. Aq m\u00eb pak duket se do t\u00eb funksiononte tani, kur dy krer\u00ebt politik\u00eb po shkojn\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb dyluftimi p\u00ebr jet\u00eb e vdekje! Duke hequr (m\u00eb mir\u00eb, m\u00ebnjanuar) Berish\u00ebn nga fushata e 2013-s, qoft\u00eb edhe duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb atij Presidenc\u00ebn, t\u00eb huajt kan\u00eb rastin q\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb pakti t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyesh\u00ebm me partit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb leksion nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimi, i cili do t\u00eb ishte pik\u00ebnisja e \u00e7montimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ng\u00ebr\u00e7i politik disavje\u00e7ar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb sillte rotacionin politik vitin e ardhsh\u00ebm dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllte ciklin e mbetur p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb t\u00eb largimit nga timoni i pun\u00ebve, t\u00eb lidershipit historik. Kjo skem\u00eb ka padyshim risqet e veta, por jo p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye nuk vlen t\u00eb merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb\u00e7ka n\u00eb rebusin politik t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb ardhshme mbetet pezull. Nj\u00eb element i tij megjithat\u00eb duket i paravendosur qysh tani: n\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb tij, fati i zgjedhjeve do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij viti, kur t\u00eb zbulohet emri i pasardh\u00ebsit t\u00eb Bamir Topit. Ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb kjo gar\u00eb emrash, q\u00eb do t\u00eb influencoj\u00eb direkt apo indirekt m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi do t\u00eb sillen partit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn e vitit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, kandidat\u00ebt p\u00ebr kryeminist\u00ebr dhe intensitetin e gar\u00ebs elektorale. Kjo gar\u00eb presidenciale, n\u00eb dukje pa histori dhe pa fabul (PD po e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit deri n\u00eb m\u00ebrzi se kreun e shtetit do ta vendos\u00eb mazhoranca e thjesht\u00eb e shifrave), do t\u00eb jet\u00eb me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh i kriptuar p\u00ebr votimet e p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe nj\u00eb shfaqje direkte e kalkulimeve q\u00eb po fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen qysh tani, p\u00ebr ndarjen e madhe t\u00eb pushtetit politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr vitet e ardhshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb taktike globale, p\u00ebrfshihen padyshim edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po tregojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb meditojn\u00eb seriozisht rreth impaktit q\u00eb zgjedhja e presidentit do t\u00eb kishte, mbi rregullimin t\u00ebr\u00ebsor t\u00eb pun\u00ebve n\u00eb sken\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike. Deri tani diplomat\u00ebt e huaj n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e kan\u00eb treguar edhe publikisht, n\u00eb daljet e tyre, se jan\u00eb n\u00eb reflektim e sip\u00ebr, rreth identikitit t\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm. Nga ambasadori Arvizu, i cili muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb tha se ishte pak e mundshme nj\u00eb \u201cfigur\u00eb konsensuale\u201d, te koleg\u00ebt e tij europian\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shprehur nj\u00ebz\u00ebri p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidatur\u00eb bashkuese, mes PD-s\u00eb e PS-s\u00eb, duket se luhatjet jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe se bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ende nuk e ka vendosur as metodologjin\u00eb, e aq m\u00eb pak emrin konkret t\u00eb buj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb q\u00eb evoluon papushim, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb afrohet sezoni presidencial, pasqyrohet dilema e Per\u00ebndimit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb but\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit e gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, me t\u00eb cilin pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet Shqip\u00ebria.
