Komisioni Q\u00ebndror i Zgjedhjeve nuk kishte mundur t\u00eb merrte nj\u00eb vendim duke qen\u00eb se nevojitej mb\u00ebshtetja e 5 prej 7 an\u00ebtar\u00ebve. Socialist\u00ebt e cil\u00ebsuan si nj\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb vendimin e Kolegjit pasi sipas tyre ai nuk mund t\u00eb merrte nj\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka KQZ. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr demokrat\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin k\u00ebrkuar 100 zona t\u00eb administrimit zgjedhor, vendimi i sot\u00ebm ishte sipas tyre &#8220;nj\u00eb leksion ndaj kujtdo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon bllokimin e procesit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 21 dhjetor pas polemikave, KQZ nuk arriti t\u00eb merrte nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebr numrin e ZAZ n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave nd\u00ebrtohet m\u00eb pas edhe e gjith\u00eb infrastruktura zgjedhore si dhe vend num\u00ebrimet e votave. Pal\u00ebt ishin dakort q\u00eb numri i zonave t\u00eb administrit zgjedhor t\u00eb rritej, nga 66 q\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Por u ndan\u00eb n\u00eb numrin e propozuar. Fillimisht KQZ paraqiti nje variant me 76 zona t\u00eb administrimit zgjedhor. <\/p>\n<p>Ky propozim u mb\u00ebshtet nga socialist\u00ebt. Por m\u00eb pas, papritur KQZ paraqiti nj\u00eb propozim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr 89 zona, i cili u kund\u00ebrshtua nga opozita sipas t\u00eb cil\u00ebve duhej q\u00eb zonat e administrimit zgjedhor t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt zgjedh\u00ebsish. Demokrat\u00ebt nga ana e tyre k\u00ebrkuan 100 zona t\u00eb administrimit zgjedhor. (ose b\u00ebn\u00eb sikur k\u00ebrkuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur tek numri 89). Sidoqoft\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjet bllokuan vendimarrjen p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb c\u00ebshtje dhe pozita n\u00eb pushtet ju drejtua Kolegjit Zgjedhor. Kolegji vendosi sot p\u00ebr numrin 89.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr socialist\u00ebt, vendimi i Kolegjit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur me ligjin, pasi merr nj\u00eb komptenc\u00eb e cila i njihet eskluzivisht KQZ-s\u00eb.
