Por tensioni i shkaktuar nga nd\u00ebrhyrja e familjes Berisha u pa qysh n\u00eb fillim. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb pal\u00ebt nxjerrin n\u00ebn z\u00eb, nd\u00ebrhyrjen e s\u00eb bij\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit Berisha n\u00eb proces. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sulmi t\u00eb paprecedent t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, disa prej emisioneve m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekura t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Top Channel si \u2018Portokalli\u2019, \u2018Top Story\u2019, \u2018Top Show\u2019, \u2018Procesi Sportiv\u2019 apo \u2018E dua vendin tim\u2019 rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpresin transmetimin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Historia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prej kat\u00ebr vitesh Top Channel ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e ish-Ekspozit\u00ebs, kur ministri i Ekonomis\u00eb i asaj kohe, Genc Ruli, vendosi pa asnj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb tij si minist\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme dhe t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme me Top Channel dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb udh\u00eb sulmit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs ndaj Top Channel me synim eliminimin e televizionit. N\u00eb letr\u00ebn e beft\u00eb q\u00eb i d\u00ebrgoi at\u00eb koh\u00eb Top Channel, ministri Ruli i referohej ligjit p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e nj\u00ebanshme t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs, por nuk thoshte asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr kushtet ligjore t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs mes ministris\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Top Channel, e cila kishte vler\u00eb ligjore deri n\u00eb vitin 2025. Top Channel i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtur jo vet\u00ebm me rigorozitet, por ka tejkaluar me disa her\u00eb kushtet e kontrat\u00ebs, duke e kthyer godin\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ish-Ekspozit\u00ebs \u201cShqip\u00ebria Sot\u201d, n\u00eb ekspozit\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs dhe artit t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes. Ky vendim i ministrit Ruli u padit n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb nga Top Channel.<\/p>\n<p>Top Channel deklaron se respekton t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ish-pronar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pron\u00ebn e tyre dhe ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb i fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtje te t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre. Por nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Top Channel k\u00ebrkonte edhe zbatimin e ligjit nga ana e qeverise, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rastin e kontrat\u00ebs q\u00eb Top Channel kishte n\u00ebnshkruar me qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr objektet ku ushtron nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe ku ka kryer investime n\u00eb disa milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb d\u00ebshmoi vullnet t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn e pretenduesve t\u00eb pron\u00ebs dhe kur pretenduesit ish- pronar\u00eb tentuan t\u00eb manipulojn\u00eb me njoll\u00ebn e pron\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb brenda saj dhe nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, e cila nuk ka qen\u00eb pron\u00eb e tyre, por shtrat i lumit Lan\u00eb. Pas diskreditimit n\u00eb media p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb ua ofroi at\u00eb pjes\u00eb ish- pronar\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta bler\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u2019ia ofronte Top Channel si subjekt q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb at\u00eb mjedis. E gjitha u b\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej beteja p\u00ebr t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb jasht\u00eb nga mjediset para 23 qershorit.<\/p>\n<p>Nxitimi i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb median m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb vend n\u00eb mes t\u00eb kat\u00ebr rrug\u00ebve para zgjedhjeve, synon presionin mbi t\u00eb p\u00ebrpara zgjedhjeve dhe frik\u00ebn e ndryshimit t\u00eb pushtetit m\u00eb 23 qershor, pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs mund t\u00eb dalin dhe gjith\u00eb manipulimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb pal\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb komentet e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, drejtuesit e Top Channel kan\u00eb akuzuar qeverin\u00eb p\u00ebr presion ndaj tyre dhe jan\u00eb shprehur se nuk mund t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin fizikisht s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr tre muaj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protesta n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb Top Channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pamund\u00ebsia e Top Channel p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur do t\u00eb thot\u00eb mbyllja e emisioneve m\u00eb t\u00eb shikuara t\u00eb tij para zgjedhjeve.
