Nj\u00eb incident i r\u00ebnd\u00eb ka ndodhur tek banesa e ish-Presidentit, aktualisht kreut t\u00eb FRD Bamir Topi, teksa nj\u00eb helikopter ushtarak ka qen\u00eb sip\u00ebr banes\u00ebs s\u00eb tij e ku shprehet dyshimi se \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjim. Si e vler\u00ebsoni k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt, 100 dit\u00eb para zgjedhjeve?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ngjarja \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjell\u00eb frik\u00eb te familjar\u00ebt e ish-Presidentit dhe te fqinj\u00ebt e tij, p\u00ebr t\u2019u treguar atyre se \u201cqeveria ka dhe mjete t\u00eb tilla, q\u00eb dhe mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb, prandaj<\/em>\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nuk besoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjuar, ata e dinin mir\u00eb se ish-Presidenti nuk ishte n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr helikopter\u00eb, ka sot mjete shum\u00eb efikase dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb zhurmshme se helikopteri.<\/p>\n

PS akuzon p\u00ebr survejim e v\u00ebnie n\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjim. Sa rrezikshm\u00ebri paraqet nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb opozita p\u00ebrgjohet kjo s\u2019vihet m\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim, dhe fakti q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb futur dhe SHIU dhe kjo s\u2019do shum\u00eb m\u00ebnd. Kund\u00ebrshtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb llogari p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt nga Ministria e Mbrojtjes \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse.<\/p>\n

Dua vet\u00ebm t\u00eb kujtoj se m\u00eb 1997, kur p\u00ebrgjimet e telefonave ishin shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira teknikisht, ne gjet\u00ebm t\u00eb lidhur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjim disa telefona t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, me siguri ishin nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e atyre q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjoheshin por q\u00eb ishin harruar e nuk ishin zgjidhur.<\/p>\n

Implikimi i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes n\u00eb k\u00ebto afera \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrezikshme, pasi demonstron se pushtetar\u00ebt e ndjejn\u00eb vet\u00ebn shum\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt, aq sa i lejojn\u00eb vetes dhe \u00e7udira t\u00eb tilla. Duket q\u00eb programimi i k\u00ebtij aktiviteti \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kur akoma nuk e kontrollonin plot\u00ebsisht SHISH-in.<\/p>\n

Sh\u00ebrbimet inteligjente SHISH dhe SHIU i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes kan\u00eb rrefuzuar kontrollin parlamentar, madje dhe ligjin e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr kontrollin parlamentar. Komenti juaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Komenti im \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb, nj\u00eb kontroll refuzohet n\u00eb dy raste: ose kur nuk b\u00ebn asgj\u00eb dhe nuk ke \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb tregosh ose kur veprimtaria \u00ebsht\u00eb e paligjshme dhe ke frik\u00eb ta tregosh. Mund\u00ebsit\u00eb teknikisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakufishme, por tani n\u00eb fushat\u00eb gj\u00ebrat thuhen m\u00eb hapur se kurr\u00eb, tani s\u2019ka m\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur prandaj nuk e quaj se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet ndonj\u00eb d\u00ebm i madh. Megjithat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paramet\u00ebr shum\u00eb i sh\u00ebmtuar i \u201cshtetit demokratik\u201d dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb populli n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs duhet t\u2019i d\u00ebnoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, p\u00ebrfshi CIA-n por dhe sh\u00ebrbimi sekret britanik kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik faktin se kjo fushat\u00eb do jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00ebse vijon k\u00ebshtu, pas zgjedhjeve priten ngjarje m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda se ato pas vitit 2009. Mund t\u00eb parandalohet nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nga opozita por dhe nga nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fushata ka nisur dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, sepse po p\u00ebrplaset dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrplaset me nj\u00eb shtet policor, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb mos jap\u00eb llogari n\u00eb popull. Opozita nuk mund t\u00eb vazhdohet t\u00eb akuzohet p\u00ebr \u201cthika me helm, p\u00ebr pistoleta-stilolapsa apo pushk\u00eb-\u00e7adra<\/em>\u201d. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e interesuar opozita p\u00ebr ta r\u00ebnduar situat\u00ebn e konfliktit, pasi ajo pret t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb meriton.<\/p>\n

Trazirat i nxisin ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb frik\u00eb se po humbin at\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019e meritojn\u00eb. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se miqt\u00eb tan\u00eb parashikojn\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda duhet t\u00eb tregohen m\u00eb t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm se her\u00ebt e tjera, q\u00eb para zgjedhjeve dhe ta l\u00ebn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn diplomatike, kur e dik\u00ebrkan se terreni \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbarsur me luft\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb e pohojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Thuhet q\u00eb Berisha e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb largohet nga pushteti, duke rrezikuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e vitit 1997. Cila mendoni se do ishte zgjidhja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar k\u00ebt\u00eb rikthim n\u00eb kaos t\u00eb vendit?<\/strong><\/p>\n

E mira do t\u00eb kish qen\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shkonim n\u00eb zgjedhje me nj\u00eb Qeveri tjet\u00ebr, m\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese, me detyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb organizuar zgjedhjet. Megjithat\u00eb tani s\u2019ka m\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb till\u00eb, tani nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb e shp\u00ebton k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, q\u00eb populli ta ket\u00eb kuptuar se si kan\u00eb lozur me t\u00eb qeveritar\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb votoj\u00eb mbi 70% p\u00ebr ndryshimin e madh q\u00eb pritet.<\/p>\n

Dhe e fundit, Zv. Ministrja e Mbrojtjes, Arta Musaraj rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pad\u00ebshirueshme p\u00ebr SHBA, p\u00ebr mashtrime me dokumente. Sa e r\u00ebndon imazhin e shtetit shqiptar, si vend an\u00ebtar i NATO-s nj\u00eb fakt i till\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mendoj se e r\u00ebndon shum\u00eb, se tregon se sa t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb funksionar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti. Nuk e kuptoj se si ka besuar kjo zonj\u00eb q\u00eb amerikan\u00ebt nuk do t\u2019i verifikonin dokumentet e saj?<\/p>\n
