Ne k\u00ebto situata t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, secili shtet i ka edhe aleatet e vet si mbeshtetje. Historia sikur po p\u00ebrseritet bashk\u00eb me aleancat e vjetra. Ne vitin 2014 ishte 100 vjetori I Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Edhe situata e sotme e kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb analoge e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb kaluar m\u00eb bot\u00ebn e sotme. N\u00eb dy luftat bot\u00ebrore shtetet e vogla kan sh\u00ebrbyar si monedh\u00eb p\u00ebr kusuritje. Sot, kur shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb kthyer me fytyr\u00eb kah Vashingtoni dhe Brukseli, serb\u00ebt jan\u00eb kthyer kah Moska, kurse myslymanet e Bosnj\u00ebs e festuan fitor\u00ebn e Erdoganit t\u00eb para pak dit\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kroat\u00ebt edhe m\u00eb rastin e shp\u00ebrberj\u00ebs s\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb si aleat\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e kishin Gjermanin\u00eb e Gensherit, kurse tash Gjermanin\u00eb e Merkelit. K\u00ebto aleanca nuk duhet shikuar si shum\u00eb strikte, sepse secili shtet ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet mik n\u00eb bot\u00eb ose n\u00eb Evrope. Edhe Kosova, por edhe shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit kishin shum\u00eb aleat\u00eb nga Evropa, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i dol\u00ebn n\u00eb krahun e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fundshekullin e kaluar Ballkani u shk\u00ebput nga regjimet diktatoriale me rastin e shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes se ish \u2013Jugosllavis\u00eb. Mini shtetet e dala nga kjo krijes\u00eb artificiale, sikur pak kan levizur ose edhe kan stagnuar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha proceset zhvillimore. Ky stagnacion po ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak s\u00eb elitat politike jan\u00eb t\u00eb pa reformuara, ose t\u00eb cilat trash\u00ebguan shum\u00eb \u00e7ka nga regjimi komunist.<\/p>\n<p>Kemi nj\u00eb mish mash politik\u00eb strukturor q\u00eb po reflekton m\u00eb shum\u00eb negativitete. Mu p\u00ebr ate me duket mua edhe reformat po shkojn\u00eb shum\u00eb ngadal\u00eb. Disa her\u00eb e kam th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe po e p\u00ebrseris\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebtem ligji i lustracionit dhe hapja e dosjeve e spastron situat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Zat\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha shtetet e ish bllokut komunist e kan pasur dhe kan\u00eb kusht hapj\u00ebn e dosjeve p\u00ebr tu inkuadruar n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn e Bashkuar.<\/p>\n<p>Pushtet tona n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi i b\u00ebn\u00eb koncesione Serbis\u00eb, duke l\u00ebn d\u00ebme t\u00eb pa riparueshme mbrapa. Po i b\u00ebh\u00ebn koncesione edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur po preket statusi politik i vendit. Kjo edhe solli gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zhurullti n\u00eb sken\u00ebn ton\u00eb politike, sidomos koh\u00ebn e fundit. T\u00eb gjitha luft\u00ebrat e m\u00ebdha jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr territore. Ne, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk po k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb as m\u00eb pak as m\u00eb shum\u00eb veq mbrojt\u00ebjn e territoreve tona etnike, t\u00eb cilat s\u00ebrish po cenohen nga fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb serbosllav\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kriz\u00eb globale ekonomike dhe politike t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e potencova n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi, duhet pasur shum\u00eb kujdes s\u00eb si dhe kah po rreshtohemi. Duhet pasur kujdes dhe ti kthehemi unitetit, mir\u00ebqenj\u00ebs dhe prosperitetit . Ndryshimi i pushtetit n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb gjeja m\u00eb demokratike. Prandaj, \u00e7do ndryshim kualitativ shum\u00eb i nevojshem p\u00ebr vendin edhe duhet mir\u00ebpritur nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.
