Pra kemi nj\u00eb qasje unike por edhe me ve\u00e7orit\u00eb specifike n\u00eb ato mjedise ku shqiptar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb popullsi shumic\u00eb, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb shetteve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<br \/>\nEsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht qasja profesionale e autorit i cili n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse tenton qe t\u00eb arrij\u00eb sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebs se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo filozofi q\u00eb profilizon dimensionin dhe reflektimet e diskursit politik shqiptar gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb shekulli, me prezantimin e anomalive si dhe me mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb eliminimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjen e shqiptar\u00ebve.<br \/>\nNga leximi i k\u00ebtij libri del qart\u00eb se autori nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb me qasjen e holl\u00ebsishme t\u00eb etapave historike t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare, sepse qellimi i autorit \u00ebsht\u00eb qe te merret me vlerat konkrete t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsuar n\u00eb ter\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare nga shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb deri t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs.<br \/>\nDhe kjo periudh\u00eb kohore prej nj\u00eb shekulli ka qen\u00eb e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr autorin qe t\u00eb sjell t\u00eb dh\u00ebna me interes ne lidhje me procesin politik shqiptar, filozofin\u00eb politike shqiptare, kultur\u00ebn politike shqiptare, eliten politike, parimet dhe vlerat e politik\u00ebs shqiptare, paradokset e demokracis\u00eb etj. \u00c7\u00ebshtjet e tilla qe kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar shqiptar\u00ebt si ne sistemet despotike, diktatoriale, pluralizmin politik autori na ofron shpjegime t\u00eb qarta ne lidhje me diskursin politik p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e trajtuara.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Veton Latifi - Shekulli i ri i politik\u00ebs shqiptare\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2015\/veton_latifi_shekulli_i_ri_i_politikes_shqiptare.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" \/> Nuk ka dilem\u00eb se nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr i till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb ma se i nevojsh\u00ebm, sepse sikurse popujt e tjer\u00eb edhe shqiptar\u00ebt pas nj\u00ebqind viteve t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit shqiptar kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb bilancin e arritjeve, por nj\u00ebherit edhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimeve t\u00eb procesit politik gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb shekulli.<br \/>\nDuke pasur p\u00ebrgatitje profesionale nga fusha e politikologjis\u00eb dhe i d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb saj t\u00eb botime t\u00eb publikuara, autori ka p\u00ebrdorur si referenca nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuar, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur qe t\u00eb prezantoj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet me qasje teorike p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, duke ia arritur qellimit n\u00eb ter\u00ebsi t\u00eb indentifikimit t\u00eb vlerave dhe t\u00eb diskursit politik<br \/>\nLibri \u00ebsht\u00eb i mir\u00ebseardhur p\u00ebr student\u00ebt kryesisht ata te politikologjis\u00eb dhe sociologjis\u00eb por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarit e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb iu intereson qasja profesionale ndaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona.<br \/>\nKonceptimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve dhe trajtimi i tyre nga aspekti i politikologjis\u00eb e sidmos duhet cekur gjuh\u00ebn dhe stilin e t\u00eb shkruarit them pa hezitim se ky botim mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si model p\u00ebr studiuesit e ndrysh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nDuke marr\u00eb parasysh se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb madje do t\u00eb thoja edhe t\u00eb rrall\u00eb ne shqip, ky lib\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm qe t\u00eb lexohet dhe analizohet patjet\u00ebr nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e politikb\u00ebrjes t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kudo qofshin ata n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn etnogjeografike shqiptare.
