At\u00eb dit\u00eb salla universitare ishte e mbushur plot me qytetar\u00eb, k\u00ebng\u00ebtare dhe muzikant\u00eb t\u00eb njohur, disa nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij apo zbulimet e tij. U fol shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Ferid Balen, aktivitetin e tij, librat e tij, ndihmes\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e talenteve t\u00eb reja, por shkaku q\u00eb m\u00eb ngacmoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar k\u00ebto rreshta \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosm\u00ebria e tij (edhe pse n\u00eb pension) p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar sa mundet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn dhe specialitetin e tij.<\/p>\n

Shpesh her\u00eb, statusi i pensionistit, e pengon Feridin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb realitet daljen n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb librave q\u00eb shkruan dhe q\u00eb i mbesin gjat\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrim. K\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja dhe p\u00ebrpjekja e panderprer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontaktuar persona q\u00eb i \u201cjapin nj\u00eb dor\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb cuar n\u00eb fund projektet e botimit t\u00eb dor\u00ebshkrimeve, kontaktet, takimet n\u00eb kafe apo telefonatat p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pata fatin edhe un\u00eb t\u00eb jem \u201ci ftuar\u201d i Feridit, por q\u00eb e shfryt\u00ebzova edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb drit\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim.

Feridi lindi n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje qytetare shkodrane me 12 prill 1934. N\u00ebna e tij Naxhija ishte e bija e Ahmet Boricit, bir nga familja e p\u00ebrmendur e Daut Boricit. Ajo pat 6 femij\u00eb, tri vajza dhe tre djem. Babai i saj Ahmeti ishte drejtor i doganave shqiptare n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb deri sa n\u00eb mospajtim me politik\u00ebn e Zogut, u dor\u00ebhoq nga detyra.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Babai i Feridit, Nuhi njihej si pronar i madh tokash n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Fisi i tij, si origjin\u00eb, vinte nga Pecajt n\u00eb mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e Dukagjinit. Nga familja dhe fisi i Feridit ka pasur shum\u00eb arsimtar\u00eb t\u00eb njohur p\u00ebr ndihmes\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb arsim si n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ashtu edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr vellez\u00ebrit e Feridit, Vehbiu, ishte profesor i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe njihet si themeluesi i deg\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjuh\u00eb e let\u00ebrsi n\u00eb universitetin e Shkodres (at\u00eb koh\u00eb instituti i lart\u00eb padagogjik). Ai ishte mesues i popullit, deputet si dhe i lauruar me cmimin republik\u00ebs s\u00eb klasit t\u00eb par\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa Nazmiu \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur si administrator dhe krijuesi i ides\u00eb s\u00eb parqeve t\u00eb mallrave n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e veriut.<\/p>\n

Shkoll\u00ebn fillore Feridi e b\u00ebri n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr n\u00eb m\u00ebsonj\u00ebtoren 24 Maji ku m\u00ebsues muzike pat kompozitorin Prenk Jakova. Q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb Prenka e klasifikoi Feridin, s\u00eb bashku me Enver Dibren, si nj\u00eb nga z\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs dhe e aktivizoj n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Pionierit, n\u00eb melodramen Dasma Shkodrane. Aty djaloshi shkodran bie n\u00eb kontakt me k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt e njohur File Gjeloshi, Bik Ndoja, Leo Prela (Bariton). P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb z\u00ebrit t\u00eb bukur e t\u00eb vecant\u00eb ai zgjidhet s\u00eb bashku me Klotilde Shantojen, Florinda e Ndrek Gjergjin, nga specialist\u00ebt rus t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb Festivalin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Rinis\u00eb n\u00eb Bukuresht. Ky aktivitet, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 100 koriste nga Shqip\u00ebria, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb veshur me kostumet e bukura shqiptare, pat si drejtues artistik muzikantin e njohur Gaqo Avrazi dhe u vler\u00ebsua me cmimin e 3-t\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Duke par\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe talentin e Feridit, piktori Foto Stamo nguli k\u00ebmb\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb futet n\u00eb Liceun Artistik t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs ku n\u00eb vitin 1953 filloj t\u00eb studioj\u00eb p\u00ebr kanto n\u00ebn kujdesin e vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtares Marie Kraja. N\u00eb fillim punon me tenorin Maliq Herri e m\u00eb von\u00eb me sopranon Jorgjie Truja. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00ebsueset q\u00eb pat ndikim t\u00eb madh tek Feridi ishte pedagogia bullgare Vasilika Bakerxhieva e cila at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte edhe m\u00ebsuesja e k\u00ebng\u00ebtares Vace Zela. Me mbarimin e liceut n\u00eb 1957-t\u00ebn, s\u00eb bashku me Cesk Zadejen e Gaqo Cakon jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb themelojn\u00eb dhe pun\u00ebsohen n\u00eb Ansamblin e K\u00ebng\u00ebve e Valleve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku Feridi ndejti vet\u00ebm tre muaj pasi u thirr n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin ushtarak.<\/p>\n

Ministria e mbrojtjes e p\u00ebrzgjedh at\u00eb, jasht\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebrguar me studime si ingjinier n\u00eb sherbim t\u00eb flot\u00ebs ushtarake shqiptare, n\u00eb Bashkimin Sovjetik (Leningrad, sot Pet\u00ebrsburg). Nga k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ai lejohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Ansamblit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb. Pas periudh\u00ebs ushtarake, emrohet si shef muzike n\u00eb Klubin e Rinis\u00eb \u2013 Herojt e Vigut \u2013 ku ishte bashk\u00ebpunetor me kompozitorin Zef Leka, i cili e mb\u00ebshteti shum\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij. N\u00eb janarin e vitit 1962 fillon studimet e larta n\u00eb konservatorin e sapo krijuar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e kantos. Ishte bashk\u00ebstudent me k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt e njohur Gaqo Cako, Luisa Cako, Irena Gjergo, Kirstaq Paspali. Me mbarimin e studimeve univetsitare u emrua si k\u00ebng\u00ebtar n\u00eb TOB ku pat disa koncerte vokale si dhe disa role n\u00eb opera t\u00eb ndryshme(1). N\u00ebn veshtrimin e ndikimin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave u transferua n\u00eb Shkoder n\u00eb Klubin e Rinis\u00eb si shefi i muzik\u00ebs ku q\u00ebndroj deri n\u00eb 1970-t\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1971, fillon pun\u00ebn n\u00eb deg\u00ebn e sapo krijuar t\u00eb kantos n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e muzik\u00ebs Prenk Jakova n\u00eb Shkoder, ku nxori maturant\u00ebt e par\u00eb apo zbuloj talente si: Valdete Hoxha, Agim Hushi, Violeta Gashi, Enriketa Kuqani, Valentina Hasani, Sabahet Vishnja, Myfarete Laze, Frano Lufi. N\u00eb shkoll\u00eb merret me krijimin e programeve m\u00ebsimore si dhe jep eksperienc\u00ebn e tij metodike n\u00eb hapjen e shum\u00eb shkollave analoge n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. Si pedagog dhe specialist i muzik\u00ebs, Feridi merret me punime shkencore, shkruan artikuj t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm problemor t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00eb kanto n\u00eb shtypin shqiptar apo merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb emisione televizive. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit dekorohet me Urdh\u00ebrin Naim Frash\u00ebri t\u00eb Klasit t\u00eb III-t\u00eb. Q\u00eb nga viti 1886-t\u00eb, Feridi mban titullin \u2013 M\u00ebsues i Dalluar -. Cmimin Naim Frash\u00ebri t\u00eb Klasit t\u00eb II p\u00ebr arritje t\u00eb larta n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor, e merr n\u00eb vitin 1990 dhe n\u00eb 2011-t\u00ebn nderohet nga Bashkia e Shkodres me titullin \u201cPrenk Jakova\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ferid Bala ka nj\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb didaktike dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i disa librave p\u00ebr shkollat e mesme t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs, si \u201cUshtrime Vokale\u201d, \u201cP\u00ebrmbledhje me Arie e Romanca\u201d, etj. S\u00eb bashku me shok\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb muzikant\u00eb themelon n\u00eb Shkoder shoqaten Artistike \u201cDashamir\u00ebt e K\u00ebng\u00ebs Shkodrane\u201d duke organizuar aktivitete t\u00eb ndryshme koncertore dhe shkencore. Si cdo shqiptar, mbas daljes n\u00eb pension n\u00eb vitet 1990-t\u00eb, provon emigracionin n\u00eb SHBA dhe n\u00eb Kanada nga ku kthehet rreth vitit 2000. Po k\u00ebt\u00eb vit boton librin kritik \u201cN\u00eb lulishten e k\u00ebng\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtarve popullore shkodran\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb vitin 2009 boton librin \u201cFjalor muzikor i komentuar\u201d, n\u00eb vitin 2011 (me rastin e 50 vjetorit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb muzik\u00ebs Prenk Jakova), boton librin \u201c50 vjet Art e Kultur\u00eb\u201d dhe librin \u201cK\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt\u201d. N\u00eb vitin 2012 nxjerr n\u00eb treg nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr \u201cP\u00ebrmbledhje pjes\u00ebsh popullore\u201d q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim i autorit me shum\u00eb kompozitor dhe krijues shqiptar\u00eb. S\u00eb fundit n\u00eb vitin 2014 nxjerr monografin\u00eb \u201cK\u00ebnga dhe K\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt shkodran\u00eb, pjesa e par\u00eb\u201d e n\u00eb 2015 pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri.<\/p>\n

Si k\u00ebng\u00ebtar lirik dhe si solist i Ansamblit Amator t\u00eb Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs Shkod\u00ebr, Feridi, u shqua p\u00ebr interpretimet e tija me nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete e konkurse t\u00eb ndryshme komb\u00ebtare, ku u vler\u00ebsua me cmime, diploma dhe medalje t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb takimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb intervistuar Prof. Balen, m\u00eb b\u00ebri p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb madhe energjia e tij pozitive dhe d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr n\u00eb drit\u00eb krijimin e tij t\u00eb ri, nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr mbi historikun e muzik\u00ebs klasike shqiptare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai sapo e kishte formatuar n\u00eb kompjuter. D\u00ebshiroj tu b\u00ebj t\u00eb ditur lexuesve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi si dhe dashamir\u00ebsve t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb botimin e k\u00ebtij libri t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave mbar\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb vendos\u00eb nj\u00eb gur\u00eb me shum\u00eb n\u00eb themelin e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare.
