Pun\u00ebn e arsimtarit e filloi, kur ende s\u2019i kishte mbushur t\u00eb tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjetat dhe e vazhdoi at\u00eb p\u00ebr mbi 40 vjet me radh\u00eb. Punoi me p\u00ebrkushtim, m\u00ebsues dhe drejtues n\u00eb shum\u00eb shkolla t\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit. Kudo q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbeu e jetoi, la pas emrin e m\u00ebsuesit dhe drejtorit novator e tep\u00ebr energjik.Ai ishte i lidhur ngusht me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsuesit. Me dijet dhe guximin e tij, theu barrierat dhe metodat e vjetra ,q\u00eb e mbanin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin ,m\u00ebsuesin dhe prindin larg problemeve themelore t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit dhe edukimit.Kjo b\u00ebnte q\u00eb ai t\u00eb arrinte rezultate t\u00eb larta, kudo q\u00eb punoi dhe t\u00eb g\u00ebzonte miq\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe respektin e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm.<br \/>\nLuani lindi n\u00eb Zhepov\u00eb t\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit, m\u00eb 5 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1949, n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb nderuar, me tradita e kultur\u00eb. M\u00ebsimet e para i kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, nd\u00ebrsa shkoll\u00ebn e mesme pedagogjike e p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. P\u00ebr arritje t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera, me t\u00eb cilat ai u diplomua n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, emri i tij gjendej me shkronja t\u00eb arta n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb kryeqytetit, nd\u00ebrmjet maturant\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr brezin e tij. Motra e tij, Nafije Abazi ,q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb vazhdonte shkoll\u00ebn pedagogjike bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb, tregon se e ndiente veten tep\u00ebr krenare, q\u00eb v\u00ebllai saj shk\u00eblqente n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt dhe q\u00eb i ndihmonte pa u lodhur, jo vet\u00ebm at\u00eb ,por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shok\u00ebt dhe shoqet e shkoll\u00ebs.<br \/>\nKrahas pun\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb profesionin e m\u00ebsikmdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, Luani i nisi studimet e larta n\u00eb deg\u00ebn histori-gjeografi, pran\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat i p\u00ebrfundoi me rezultate t\u00eb mira.Fal\u00eb k\u00ebmbnguljes, aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00eb\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur mend dhe mund\u00ebsive, q\u00eb iu krijuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar e jetuar n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, ai m\u00ebsoi t\u00eb flas\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb lirsh\u00ebm gjuh\u00ebn greke dhe italiane. Njohja e p\u00ebrsosur e k\u00ebtyre gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja dhe temperamenti i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i tij,b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb krijonte nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb gjer\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrtej kufijve t\u00eb vendit.<br \/>\nKush jetoi dhe punoi bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb dhe nuk iu g\u00ebzua miq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb rrall\u00eb. Kush u mat me Luanin dhe nuk e ndjeu veten \u201ct\u00eb mundur\u201d nga forca e logjik\u00ebs,puna e palodhur dhe pathyeshm\u00ebria e karakterit t\u00eb tij ,p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrxyer \u00e7do penges\u00eb dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. I lexuar dhe me nj\u00eb kujtes\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, ai kishte gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebshill\u00eb optimiste p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb takonte. Luani ishte burr\u00eb i pamosh\u00eb dhe energjik, ndaj pleq\u00ebrin\u00eb nuk e provoi kurr\u00eb.<br \/>\nPor, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, pas nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeje t\u00eb pash\u00ebrueshme,pik\u00ebrisht nat\u00ebn e 14 tetorit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti , m\u00ebsuesi dhe edukatori i paharruar, Luan Shkurta u nda p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb nga jeta.Ishte e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019i thoshe \u201clamtumir\u00eb\u201d, sepse ai kurr\u00eb s\u2019do ta pranonte at\u00eb! Megjithat\u00eb , me qindra ishin njer\u00ebzit, q\u00eb kishin ardhur p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrcjellur p\u00ebr n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e fundit, nga brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<br \/>\nUdh\u00ebtoi p\u00ebr 18 or\u00eb ,nga Italia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri,p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpirt i qet\u00eb, n\u00eb vendin e sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij, n\u00eb tok\u00ebn amtare. I bindur se la pas gruan e tij fisnike dhe t\u00eb fort\u00eb, Tr\u00ebndelin\u00ebn ,tre f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e mrekulluesh\u00ebm, Alm\u00ebn,Cenin dhe Kel\u00ebn ,si dhe shum\u00eb nip\u00ebr e mbesa, q\u00eb i donte dhe e donin aq shum\u00eb! Me humbjen e tij, f\u00ebmij\u00ebve do t\u2019u mungoj\u00eb babai i tyre i shtrenjt\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur drejtimin e duhur n\u00eb jet\u00eb.
